I've been coming here for about 6 months now and have had all of the technicians, and I can honestly say they all do a great job. The issue I have is with the appointment scheduler. I make my appointments using their online platform, and the last two times, they've tried to change my appointment. I do not get out of work until 4 PM, so the soonest I can get there is 4:30 PM. Last month, someone called and asked if I could move my 4:30 PM appointment to an earlier time. I told her that I worked until 4 and couldn't get there sooner. This month, I did the same thing- made my appointment for 4:30 PM, received confirmation, etc. HOWEVER, when I showed up for my appointment, the technicians looked irritated when I walked in. They said I had a 4:00 PM appointment and was 26 minutes late! I told them my appointment was at 4:30. The technician said someone called me to confirm I had a 4:00 PM appointment. I didn't have my phone, so I never got the message. It looked like they thought I was lying. I came home and promptly checked my confirmation emails and sure enough, I had the 4:30 PM confirmation and they sent me an email this afternoon saying my appointment is a 4:00! I don't know who is in charge of changing appointment times, but they shouldn't change a client's appointment time unless they actually speak to that client! Overall, this is the best place I've gone to get my lashes done, but just be careful about appointment times being switched up the day of your appointment.

Awesome spot to get lashes done! Pricing, scheduling and cleanliness were on point. Tried the Classic YY Set as well as the 3D Volume Set w/ Cat Eye and loved both! It's hard to see the difference in pictures but definitely prefer the 3D Volume - it's a full but natural look that is also soft. They have a lot of options for lashes as well as shapes, hybrids, etc. Their fill prices aren't bad either and range from 2-31 day fills that are charged by the week. Anything over the 4 weeks (31 days) will require a new set. They also do fills from other stores but it's automatically $80. So far the lashes have good retention and haven't gave me any issues so definitely worth it! UPDATE: Been a reliable lash spot and they always have done a good job! Tried other places but kept coming back here, even with outside fills. I just get some redness and burning right after but it goes away, otherwise, no complaints!

Definitely recommend, very clean and calm. They even offered a blanket. I was tired so I kept falling asleep and they were very nice about it. My lashes lasted a little longer than expected but I really liked them.

I was excited to get my lashes done here booking was easy and the appointment itself was peaceful. I even took a nap during the session. But later that night, I experienced severe eye pain and went to urgent care the next day. I was diagnosed with an eye abrasion. I couldn't sleep, had to miss work, take medication, and pay someone else to remove the lashes. A second opinion suggested they were placed too close to the skin. I contacted the salon, and they kindly offered to redo the lashes, but honestly, I'm now a little too frightened to try again. I do feel I should've been offered at least a partial refund. I understand there are waivers and business policies, but I'm out $120. Still I believe God will bless me double and hopefully give the lash tech more knowledge from this.

Beautiful lashes EVERYTIME. I don't wear makeup so my lashes last a full month. I get a new set every 4-5 weeks. The place is clean and cozy, they even put a pillow under your knees and give you a blanket.

**PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT AN HONEST THOROUGH REVIEW FROM A PROFESSIONAL LASH CLIENT WHO HAS EXTREMELY HIGH EXPECTATIONS** (lol, but seriously) -also sorry this is so long but I've been waiting months to make this review because I wanted it to be a true, authentic, and VERY honest review of my experiences with Una lash. Let me start off by stating that I found them on Google & was EXTREMELY hesitant and just had all my lashes DESTROYED by an eyebrow threading business next to the Tyler mall in Riverside, this led me to get them removed for a couple months so they could grow back & truthfully I was "over it", I felt scanned & defeated & paying over $200 a month just wasn't worth it to me anymore until I found Una lash. (FYI I take my lashes super seriously & this review took me like 2 weeks to write!! lol, I'm a busy mom yall!!) ~I cannot say enough good things about Una Lash! My lashes are one of the most important parts of my beauty routine, and after five years of getting them done, I know exactly what I want. While I'm not a Karen or overly picky, I am very particular when it comes to my lashes--because let's be real, when you're investing $200 a month and a couple of hours of your time, you should expect the best. I'm not afraid to speak my mind if a service isn't up to par, but I can confidently say that Una Lash is the absolute BEST lash and brow business I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The salon is spotless, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful--it's a space where you can truly relax. And then there's Dora, my incredibly talented lash artist. She is soft-spoken, kind, professional, and actually listens to what you want. She's respectful of my time, never rushes, but also doesn't take longer than necessary--her precision and efficiency are unmatched. Plus, she's so gentle; I've never had my natural lashes damaged or ripped out here (which sadly, has happened with other techs in the past). Now, let's talk retention. These lashes LAST. I used to struggle with my extensions falling out within days, looking sparse before I even made it to a two-week fill. With Una Lash, my lashes stay looking full even past the two-week mark--and I sleep on my face! That alone tells you something. I've even stretched my fills to three weeks, something I NEVER could do before. Before finding Una Lash, I actually took a break from getting extensions because I felt like I was constantly getting ripped off. My whole family kept asking when I was going to get my lashes back, so I decided to give it one more shot. I found Una Lash, set my expectations low (because, let's be honest, specials and fast bookings can be red flags), but WOW--they completely exceeded my expectations. My first full set was just $75 (a steal for the quality!), and every appointment since has been just as amazing. Not only is this place clean, professional, and consistent, but their prices are also extremely fair and absolutely worth the investment. I used to only trust at-home lash techs after multiple bad salon experiences, but Una Lash completely changed my mind. I've now been a loyal client for six months, and I don't plan on going anywhere else. If you want long-lasting, beautifully done lashes in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment--this is THE place. Trust me, you won't regret it!

$99 for the worst experience of my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. I repeatedly told the tech what I wanted and what I didn't before the appointment began. I told her I wanted a natural 2D wispy look with slightly more fullness. I showed her photos as examples. She did not follow my requests and gave me lashes that were too full and thick, she told me she did 3D wispy even though I had asked for 2D. I asked her to remove some and she began to rip the lashes apart, which was very painful and uncomfortable. Even after she removed some lashes, they were not even close to what I wanted and my eyes felt so irritated. I told her I would just like them all removed and she told me she would do it again at no charge. So we removed them and tried again and they are still no where close to what I wanted. She did not remove ANY of the stickiness from the eye tape so when she removed it, it was extremely painful and made my eyes tear up. I was exhausted, this appointment was 3 hours long. I was still charged $99 at the door. I will never be returning.

Been coming here since they opened, as a resident of the Metro at Main complex. I noticed that my eyelashes never last longer than a week! I've tried hybrid, 7d, 9D.. etc. I've spent a substantial amount of money with this business hoping that they would improve their services. For laying down for almost two and a half hours I would expect my lash extensions to last the minimum two weeks. Won't be coming here anymore. read more

What can I say other than I would not go back. Hear me out. I have been a client for a year and am happy with my service. My Lash Lady left (KK), and I asked for another Lash Lady to do my lashes (Amanda). I get to my appointment and am greeted by another Lash lady who is not Amanda. They said Amanda was out. Once they said I was not happy, they said she was out on an emergency. I'm all for people having trouble, but communicate that with the client. The communication is terrible. ****THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED****. A successful business is driven by communication with your client. They lost a good client by not being honest and not communicating effectively. read more

I came in for very natural eyelashes. The girl worked on my right eye for 45 minutes & my left eye for 15 minutes. One eye had a lot more lashes than the other eye. I think she stopped working on the other eye because there were more customers waiting. It was bothering me that the two eyes were so different. I went out of town for the Holiday & when I returned I went back & ask if they could put more lashes on my left eye to make them match. I was told that I would have to pay again because it's been more than 2 days. I do not recommend this business. They easily could have added some lashes since it was their mistake to begin with. read more

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I purchased a Groupon to try their services and they would not honor it. I will not be supporting this business and would deter anyone who is looking for good, honest business owners as this business is far from it. I've been here twice and was very pleased with Amanda's work. I made an appointment with her 10 days in advance, and received a text message confirming that. The day prior to my appointment, I received another text message confirming my appointment. I arrive promptly to my appointment and I'm asked if I received a message, to which I answer yes. She asks if I received their calls, to which I answer no (because I hadn't). Apparently, they've called and left messages to confirm my appointment, and because I hadn't confirmed via telephone I now have to wait a little bit because Amanda is with someone (and the only tech that I saw). I asked what "a little bit is" and I'm just told she's with a customer. This can mean hours in the lash world, right? The gal said that's why they called-- so they knew how to make the schedule? I've checked my voicemails again now to be sure it wasn't something I missed-- it wasn't. And if it was, I'd understand. As much as I liked the lashes I had last time, I won't be coming back if this is how business is conducted. Complete waste of time. read more

This was my first time getting individual eyelashes. When my technician was done they looked beautiful. My eyes were a little bloodshot but I figured it was just the glue. However within 24 hours my eyes were extremely red an puss was forming on my eyes! I was able to get into my eye doctor within 48 hours and the diagnosis was pink eye!!! I went back and had them removed but was told that they NEVER give refunds! Buyer Beware!!! read more

Amanda did great job on my lashes. I got 2D-5D style and they are very comfortable and custom to me. Only thing I could say is I was in the chair for 3 hours so it got uncomfortable by hour 2, but it was worth it for the results. Great prices as well, I paid $78 for the set. read more
