It was on point and pretty much what you would expect. BUT We watched them go out of their way when a customer who appeared to be Neurodivergent came in and ordered. Grapow Smash: Typical smash burger with a perfectly cooked egg. The resulting gooey yolk was glorious and the bun did its best till its structural integrity failed with about 2/3rds yet. The Grapow added quite a bit of heat but the sweet potato fries helped to tamp that down. The only thing that kept this burger out of the top 5 was the pickle. It simply was blown out by the onslaught of richness and the burger needed a briney element to provide balance. We are in nitpicky range here with this. This burger slides into a tie at #8 in my rankings and is the highest ranked fusion burger so far.
