I took in my truck wanting a fresh door skin to replace a greatly damaged one. Despite being a Patriots fan, Steve was the sort of man I need working on my truck. Fair and well-informed, the man took care of me, my truck and delivered on time, keeping his men late on a Friday so I did not have to pay for my rental car all weekend. Although I plan on moving from central Phoenix to the west valley, should I need any more body work, I Will make the drive to Ultra Collision. I truly recommend these men if you need any body work. read more

I want to join the chorus here and sing the praises of Steve and the team at Ultra Collision. I've now just picked up my second car from Ultra, and they did a beautiful job on this classic white Genesis. My first car was in a fender dender, another Hyundai, and while they were not the cheapest quote, I liked Steve and it was only a hundred bucks more or so, and so we gave it a gamble. But it didn't prove to be that much of a gamble, as I saw the reviews, and the car looked brand new when I got it back. Loved that they detailed it out nicely after their work. The price was fair and the quality of the work (and service) was brilliant. We'll be back, but I hope not too soon, as I'd really like to avoid car problems if I can! read more

Steve and his crew did a flawless job on my 2017 Silverado. All damaged panels were replaced with proper OEM panels. Final fit was spot on. Paint match was perfect and I couldn't be happier. My new truck looks new again! read more

A+ service! I had some hack job replace my bumper after an accident. It started to fall off so I took it in to Ultra Collision. Within minutes Steve helped put my bumper back on, replaced the clips, and glued it just in case. Not to mention he felt bad for the crap job the other place did on my bumper so he did all of this free of charge! I will definitely go back to Ultra Collision for my future car repair needs!! read more

Recently moved out to AZ from the east coast. I relied on YELP to find a body shop when we caught the side of the garage pulling in one day. I checked out a few different places that I found with good reviews and ultimately went with Steve and his team at Ultra. When i pulled into the lot I saw vehicles ranging from luxury to your daily driver. Once insurance got involved Steve took over from there, within two weeks the car was finished and looked as good as new. Ultra also buffed out other scratches and paint marks that were unrelated from this incident and not in the original quote. Thanks for the great job! Would definitely recommend! read more

We trust Ultra collision to keep our fleet looking great!! When i view our fleet of trucks they appeared to be bumper cars. After sending them to Steve he got my fleet looking like new truck again. Big Thanks read more

Just picked up our car after repair work and paint job and the quality of work was terrific. Most impressive was the service, follow up calls, text messages on progress and going the extra mile with the insurance company. I am so relieved to have a stressful situation of car repair be such a positive experience with Ultra Collision. Thank you. read more

Something flew off a truck and broke the light cover of my Volvo. Steve was able to track down a used light and install it on my car saving me a significant amount of money. read more

Needless to say, most of us don't choose to frequent an Auto Body Repair facility. in 2002 my 2002 model Dodge Truck with less than 1K miles on it was hit twice! Neither time was it my fault, and both times it was repaired by Ultra Collision. Well, it's 2015 now and my 2013 car was hit (again, not my fault). I called Ultra Collision to see if/when they could fix my car. During that call I also made the comment that my main reason for contacting them again was due to the previous repairs being undetectable. What I mean is, you weren't able to tell that my truck had ever been hit. Steve assured me the same quality workmanship was being offered, and in fact the same guy that painted my truck would be painting my car. I scheduled for the repair, and on the day I dropped the car off Steve had 1 of his people take me to the rental car place, He said it would be faster for him to take me, than to have them come get me. My car was done 2 days prior to the promised date, and again the repair was undetectable. I called Enterprise to attempt to coordinate the return of my rental, and they said simply leave the rental at the Body Shop and they'd come get it. In short, the quality of the repair could not have been better, and not having to do ANYTHING with the insurance company/rental car people made it pain free. Although I hope to NEVER be a customer again (no one wants to be in a wreck), if/when it happens I'll be back. BTW, I live in Chandler and work in Glendale, so this is NOT the closest shop for me to go to, it is however the shop that I have come to respect/trust. My repaired vehicle is available to anyone that would like to see it. read more

I got into an accident and the drivers side of my car was really damaged. I went in for a quote, on a Saturday morning I might add, and was so happy when I returned and the cost was actually LESS than what I had been quoted at. Steve always answers his phone and returns calls promptly. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will recommend Ultra Collision to anyone that asks me! Excellent service. read more

2 weeks into moving here from the east coast I crashed and went to ultra collision based on good yelp reviews. And I am so glad I did - they did not dissapoint! Steve is THE MAN. Very professional, and very kind. He was fair, direct, and maintained great communication throughout the process. This was my first accident so I was shaken up and unsure of what to do, and he made the process easy and efficient. Ultra Collision had my super messed up car fixed and spotless in just a week! And being a new grad in student loan debt and financial distress, Steve really helped me out. Highly highly recommend Steve and his team at Ultra Collision! Your search is over - just go here! read more

They did such a great job I can not tell now that my car was in a very extensive accident! Steve is very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He is very thorough too, replacing a wheel bearing that other shops might have overlooked. read more

I had a great experience at Ultra Collision when my car got rear-ended recently. The payment was going to be made by the other party without going through insurance and we had hiccups getting everything coordinated. The owner was very accomodating to all the schedule changes and his team did a great job on my car. Highly recommend this team. read more

I am glad I did not hire this business. I was referred to this business by my insurance agent. I called and nobody answered the phone. No even receptionist to answer and take messages. I tried one more time and finally I talked to the MR. Peterutti and made an appointment. since I live in Ahwatukee-Foothills and the shop is in central Phoenix, MR. Peterutti Agreed to look at my car in his private domicile. I make an appointment for the next day but that was as far as we went. I called and called and called and he finally answered his phone after many attempts just to tell me that it was raining and he didn't want to look at my car under the rain. The thing is it was just drizzling. He said that he would be available the next day, but since it was cloudy and MR peterrutti doesn't like to do business when is cloudy or drizzling I decided to go and look for a more professional business with better customer service. Definitely a total lack of customer service skills and lack of professionalism. Bad experience. read more
