Steve, the owner, is great and easy to work with. He gave me a very fair and reasonable price for significant damage to my car. I was impressed that he actually answered the phone every time I called. The work was impeccable and my car looks beautiful and new again.Their services were also very timely. I highly recommend Ultra Collision for your car's body repair. read more

Sadly, my BMW was rear-ended at a red light. Of COURSE I took it to Steve. As usual, he did an AMAZING job. Looks better than new! If you need ANY type of body work, THIS IS THE PLACE! read more

This place is 5 stars for a reason. First I got a quote that was great. He said he needed the car for a week. OK. I dropped off the car and they took me to the rental car because the last customer had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up. Two day later I get a call that the car is done. Went to pick it up and are you ready. Wait for it. He said it didn't take as long and wasn't as damaged as he thought and only charged me about two thirds of what he quoted. I almost fell over. I will tell everybody I know about this guy. Thanks so much. read more

Beautiful work! Steve was helpful, communicative, and honest through the whole experience. He has my truck looking better than the day I bought it! read more

I concur with everyone who is giving Ultra Collision five stars. Steve was so helpful and explained everything to me from start to finish. I truly dropped my car off, told the Farmer's people who I was using, and that was it! I didn't have to deal with the insurance company once after that, and my car is back to perfect. They're reliable, do high-quality work, and they treat the customer right. There is a reason they have such a such a high rating and so many reviews. I highly recommend them. read more

Steve is a straight up guy. No bull no hard sell. You get what he says at the time of providing the quote. The work is phenomenal. The car looks like new. The price is reasonable compared to other places. read more

Steve is awesome, took care of dealing with Allstate who wanted to use used or aftermarket parts. When those did not work out Steve just ordered parts from Acura and made Allstate pay for it. If you need any collision repair of any kind go to Steve, don't waste your time comparing prices. If you want it done and done RIGHT - ULTRA COLLISION. Steve is a a great communicator, I would get an email every day or so, I never had to call or email him. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH ULTRA COLLISION 5 star review #36 read more

Getting in a car accident is my worst nightmare so needless to say I was distraught, thankfully I was recommended ultra collision (Steve) Steve was very helpful from beginning to end. He reassured me that everything will be ok. He dealt with the insurance company, he always kept me updated, he waited for me an hour after his shop closed. Just downright great guy and excellent work my car is looking sharp and I will never go anywhere else. read more

I have been a customer of Steve's for years. He actually introduced me to my mechanic as well. They have both taken excellent care of my family and myself for over 20 years. I recommend Ultra Collision to anyone who asked for a referral to a body shop. I wouldn't take my cars to ANYONE else. read more

It's hard to find honest people in this world, Steve the owner is definitely one of the very few. I had damage on my hood from something bouncing around on the freeway and I saw reviews on his shop which led me to him. I wanted a quote over the phone and shop after shop kept saying I needed to bring the car in which is tough with my work schedule, but he gave me an honest quote over the phone and i was happy with our conversation so I decided to use him. When I dropped the car off I was told from Hertz car rental that I was out of their driving distance to get picked up so Steve without hesitation took time out of his day to drive me to the rental car location which was about 20 min away, I could have paid for an Uber but he wouldn't let me do it. The car got fixed and everything looked excellent, there was a small bubble on the hood which I would have never noticed until he had me look at an angle very close to even see it, most shops would just let you drive off and never tell you, but Steve told me to bring the car back to get it done right, even after I told him that I was fine with how it was. If you want great quality, an honest person, and a perfectionist bring your car here, Steve is the best and I'm glad I went with him over anyone else. read more

Just got my VW fixed. Professional service. Good price. Quality work. I am a very happy customer!

ONLY THE BEST IN TOWN.....My world was turned upside down after being in a hit and run accident that ended with a chase and an extreme DUI. I had just bought a new car three months earlier. My son & I were driving home when we were side swiped. After an extremely long night, I found out the driver had progressive. I spoke to my mechanics at Precision Imports and they said Steve at Ultra Collision was hands down the best in town. He got me in immediately and made my car look brand new, all while dealing with the insurance company for me. While I have months left of therapy, Steve has no idea what a weight he took off my shoulders with his 5 star service. THANK YOU!!!!!! read more

I was rear ended and my car was in awful shape, I could not afford another. I shopped around to various repair shops and they were giving me the dumb woman attitude like I did not know what I was talking about. It was always bring your car here and we'll take care of you. Not Steve, he came over and looked at my car and was honest and pleasant to talk to. He explained everything that had to be done, the process, and gave me timeframe and the exact day it would be ready. He brought my car back to it's original state the paint job was so nice it looked even better. DO NOT WASTE ANY MORE OF YOUR TIME LOOKING! Take your car to Steve so he can lay the process all out for you, work with your insurance, and help you through the horrible situation of an accident. read more

Steve and his crew did a great job on my Lexus. Good, honest folks. Will return if I ever need more work done. read more

I highly recommend Ultra Collision! They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process (repairs after an accident where the other person wanted to avoid going though insurance companies) and always looking out for my best interest. I felt like they were fair and honest with the estimate and came highly recommended from the auto mechanic who works on all our vehicles (and is also awesome). They did an great job on my repairs and my truck was spotless inside and out when we picked it up. (That felt like a huge luxury considering I have two young kids and my truck is rarely ever spotless!). read more

I took my 4-door Tacoma into their shop it had major door damage as well as damage to the cab I picked it up about a week and a half later they left it in immaculate condition it looks new again I will be bringing my 2-door Tacoma so that they can fix the small dent in The bed of the truck read more

Just picked up my truck from them after having a "dent" and a "dent removal attempt" gone wrong fixed by Steven and his guys at Ultra Collision...AMAZING...not a super big job but still it's as if nothing happened to my truck! I'm very happy with the work and the price was EXTREMELY FAIR in comparison to the other 4 estimates I got from both small and big collision places!! Love them! read more

I was referred to Ultra Collision (Steve) by my mechanics whom I trust explicitly, so I knew they would not steer me wrong. My son was in an accident in his 1999 Altima and the car was deemed totaled. I was the original owner of the car so we knew it was mechanically sound other than the damage to the front bumper & right headlight, so we decided to go the route of buying it back from the insurance company and having Ultra Collision do the body work. Ultra Collision did an amazing job on fixing the cosmetic issues within our budget. I highly recommend Ultra Collision, they are quick, professional and no nonsense. read more

Just got my BMW back yesterday and it looks fantastic! Very clean and looks like I never got into an accident. My car was done when Ultra Collision said it would be done. Very straightforward individuals that work to help their customers! Highly recommended. read more

After an unfortunate incident where a stand pipe in a parking garage attacked the Passenger side front Fender on my brand new Subaru, I went to yelp and searched for body shops. I took pictures of the damage to my car and requested a quote from the first three 5 star body shops that came up. Ultra Collision has a very professional and easy to use web page to request a quote. One of the other sites just had an email address and the third had nothing on their site that looked like an email address or any type of page for doing quotes, though I did find an email address but no one ever responded to my email. Ultra Collision responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote. After trying one more time to get a quote from the other sites all I got was a quick one line response from one of them and nothing from the other. I spoke with Steve and scheduled a time to come in. He said he would need three days to do the job and he called me on the third day that it was ready. The price quoted is the price I paid. The interior of my car had been cleaned and vacuumed (a nice touch). I picked it up the next day and I could not tell that any damage had ever been done to the car, the fender had been replaced and the paint job blended in perfectly. An excellent experience. read more

I chose this business based on Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I can't say I had the same great experience. No complaints about the body work, it was fine; he even negotiated with my insurance company for additional parts. It did take way too long to replace my bumper, over 2 weeks. My chief complaint is that when I picked up my car, it was FILTHY inside. Greasy handprints/fingerprints on the doors, dash and steering wheel. Somehow, the arm rest on the front passenger side had been partially detached? And to top it all off, the tint on my driver's side window was torn. Steve didn't seem to care, offered me $50 to fix the window tint, then promptly told us he was leaving town as if he had better things to do. Although the work was fine, I can't recommend this business. read more

I had a great experience! The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid and it was fast prompt professional service! Steve and his team have excellent customer service skills and are very friendly. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunchtime. I will definitely go back if I ever have another issue needing bodywork! read more

I have a Mercedes E55 AMG that got front end damage due to an accident. Ultra Collision is the only place I trust that will do the job right, and honestly (my car looked better than new). Steve has been in the business for 20 plus years and he is a stand up guy. He keeps you informed on everything that is happening with your car and he won't do the job unless it is done the right way... There is no cutting corners with these guys. The way that Steve handles his business is how every business should. Don't hesitate to take not only any vehicle here but also your high end vehicle as you will not be disappointed. Thank you Steve and your Ultra Collision team for bringing my gem back to life!! read more

If I could give Ultra and Steve the owner 10 stars I would. I had a major repair on my daughter's car that we had just bought a month before. I was paying out of pocket so I did my research and met with at least 6 other shops. The quotes were insane so I went to my mechanics at Precision Auto (the best in Phx). Al the owner insisted I call Steve at Ultra. Met with Steve the owner and he gave me a reasonable quote, gave me a ride to and from to make it super convenient for me, and they did incredible work. He & his staff are really good at what they do, The car looked amazing. Steve's one of those rare good dudes out there in the small business world. read more

The 5-star reviews are true! I took my car in to have my passenger side door panel repaired. I swiped a concrete column and made a huge dent on the side. New skin and new paint was needed. The owner, Steve, showed me the new door skin the day I dropped it off to assure the correct one was going to be installed. It took three full business days to repair, just as promised. When the work was complete, I looked at the car from every conceivable angle and found ZERO imperfections! Choose Ultra Collision. Fair price for perfect work. Ask for Steve. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Save yourself some time and do not look anywhere else for your auto body needs. I did the leg work for you getting various bids. Steve gave me the BEST DEAL while at the same time provided an EXCELLENT AND VERY TIMELY WORK on my Toyota Yaris. He is very honest, professional, accommodating and trust worthy. He stays to his word and calls EXACTLY when he says he will call. Very impressive! I could not ask for better CUSTOMER SERVICE. He even worked with me when I could not take my car to the shop or pick it up timely. A GREAT MAN! read more
