This place is 5 stars for a reason. First I got a quote that was great. He said he needed the car for a week. OK. I dropped off the car and they took me to the rental car because the last customer had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up. Two day later I get a call that the car is done. Went to pick it up and are you ready. Wait for it. He said it didn't take as long and wasn't as damaged as he thought and only charged me about two thirds of what he quoted. I almost fell over. It's hard to find honest people in this world, Steve the owner is definitely one of the very few. I had damage on my hood from something bouncing around on the freeway and I saw reviews on his shop which led me to him. I wanted a quote over the phone and shop after shop kept saying I needed to bring the car in which is tough with my work schedule, but he gave me an honest quote over the phone and i was happy with our conversation so I decided to use him. When I dropped the car off I was told from Hertz car rental that I was out of their driving distance to get picked up so Steve without hesitation took time out of his day to drive me to the rental car location which was about 20 min away, I could have paid for an Uber but he wouldn't let me do it. The car got fixed and everything looked excellent,there was a small bubble on the hood which I would have never noticed until he had me look at an angle very close to even see it, most shops would just let you drive off and never tell you, but Steve told me to bring the car back to get it done right, even after I told him that I was fine with how it was. If you want great quality, an honest person, and a perfectionist bring your car here, Steve is the best and I'm glad I went with him over anyone else. read more

I chose this business based on Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I can't say I had the same great experience. No complaints about the body work, it was fine; he even negotiated with my insurance company for additional parts. It did take way too long to replace my bumper, over 2 weeks. My chief complaint is that when I picked up my car, it was FILTHY inside. Greasy handprints/fingerprints on the doors, dash and steering wheel. Somehow, the arm rest on the front passenger side had been partially detached? And to top it all off, the tint on my driver's side window was torn. Steve didn't seem to care, offered me $50 to fix the window tint, then promptly told us he was leaving town as if he had better things to do. After an unfortunate incident where a stand pipe in a parking garage attacked the Passenger side front Fender on my brand new Subaru, I went to yelp and searched for body shops. I took pictures of the damage to my car and requested a quote from the first three 5 star body shops that came up. Ultra Collision has a very professional and easy to use web page to request a quote. One of the other sites just had an email address and the third had nothing on their site that looked like an email address or any type of page for doing quotes, though I did find an email address but no one ever responded to my email. Ultra Collision responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote. After trying one more time to get a quote from the other sites all I got was a quick one line response from one of them and nothing from the other. I spoke with Steve and scheduled a time to come in. He said he would need three days to do the job and he called me on the third day that it was ready. The price quoted is the price I paid. The interior of my car had been cleaned and vacuumed (a nice touch). I picked it up the next day and I could not tell that any damage had ever been done to the car, the fender had been replaced and the paint job blended in perfectly. I've now just picked up my second car from Ultra, and they did a beautiful job on this classic white Genesis.
