My 10 year old BMW had three dings on the bumpers. I was concerned that the quote would be out of my budget. I took it to Guy's Body Shop and the quote was quite reasonable. Now the car looks brand new! I'm so pleased and would highly recommend this shop. read more

I had dealt with Big O Tires on 7th Street a few times. They "got" me a few times but this latest time they wanted to overcharge me ALOT and I noticed. The fellas as Guy's were recommended by the NAPA crew. Guy's has earned my trust, business, and highly praised recommendation after my first encounter. This is a reminder to support small local businesses. The shop's not glossy. There's no 65" TV. You won't see ads on TV or the New Times for them. What you will find is no B.S., hard working mechanics, tremendous value, and a quick and affordable solution to a problem the big chain couldn't solve. Gabriel at the front desk and his crew have become my go to and they should be your's too! read more

I can't say enough good things about Guy's Body Shop! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. After my 2014 BMW 428I was in an accident, I was nervous about finding a quality, trustworthy shop. But the team here completely exceeded my expectations with the above and beyond quality of customer care and service. They handled everything with care and transparency. Adrian kept me updated throughout the repair process, explained every step clearly, and even helped coordinate and give me guidance when I was being hassled by the respective insurance company. Adrian's communication was top-notch and I always felt like my car was in good hands. When I picked up my vehicle, I was completely blown away. It looked brand new, the paint matched perfectly, the detailing was immaculate, and Adrian even went as above and beyond to assist and resolve minor issues I have had with my vehicle which were not collision related. If you ever need bodywork or collision repair, do yourself a favor and go to Guy's Body Shop. Honest people, quality craftsmanship, and fantastic service. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Adrian and his team on the quality of work and the very fair pricing. Every item and pricing was included on the estimate, and the work was completed on time. I can't see me going anywhere else in the future. read more

My vehicle was hit while parked during a weekend visit in Cottonwood in February. We weren't with the vehicle when it occurred so unfortunately couldn't find out who was responsible. It wasn't major damage, but the back bumper definitely needed replacement and I wanted it done sooner than later with driving around Phoenix. I looked into some local shops and the shop is extremely close to me, so it was very convenient. I also used the Yelp quote feature which gives a few shops your information and they give you a quote for repair. I decided to go with Guy's Body Shop and I'm very glad that I chose them. I worked with Adrian, he was extremely responsive and helpful. I initially called them to set up the consultation and they had an opening that same week but I went the next week due to work. After bringing the vehicle in, he gave me the quote, which I thought was very reasonable since I had my original quote from my insurance company to compare against. I went ahead and made a $500 deposit towards the parts they were ordering and agreed to bring my car back the next week. They stated if I dropped it off Monday morning I would get it back Wednesday or Thursday. Thankfully I was able to get it Wednesday, they close at 5:30 for pickups so it was enough time coming from work to get the vehicle. I paid the remainder of the bill at the time of pickup and everything was very smooth and easy! They also had washed my car! I really appreciated this experience being so positive since body work and car repairs in general can be stressful and expensive. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if the need ever arises! read more

Worked with Adrian and took my car in for minor dent and paint. He gave me a great estimate and said to bring it in the next day (Tuesday) and it was done the next day Wednesday! He and the team over there did AMAZING WORK! I will be going to them for all my needs! UPDATED REVIEW 6-24-2023: After I took it in 3 weeks ago. I accidentally hit a pole parking and needed a new front bumper. Again went straight to Adrian on a Thursday. He gave me a quote and I went through my insurance and he said to bring it in the following Monday. I took it in Monday, got a call that Friday ( 4 days later) and it was ready to be picked up and looked brand new! I would trust Adrian and his team with anything and their work is excellent and consistent and always a quick turnaround! Thank you Guys Body Shop for everything!! read more

Needed my bumper fixed and he did a great job! The price was a few dollars cheaper than others in the area. So I was appreciative. He did leave some tools in the car. But hat didn't affect the work he did. Haha read more

Had a little fender bender and went to several body shops before my service guy referred me to Guy's. Rafael and Adrian quoted me a price less than half the others and delivered on the repairs. The repaired area looks great and I definitely would go back! read more

Guy's Body Shop is a wonderful place. I had a big scratch on my car which he fixed for a third of the price of other body shops. Guy and his son, are honest, punctual, and craftsmen. What a fantastic local business to work with!!! read more

I had a front-end collision that wiped out the front grill, lights, both front fenders and the hood. The workers at Guy's worked hard on the car and put in lots of hours so they could finish when promised. I have a 2003 Impala LS and when they were done it looked like a new car. read more

I took my 2002 Nissan Altama in today for some minor work on the fender. Guy was very reasonable in price and had the repair work done in a few hours. I highly recommend him. read more

Hit curb with front bumper & got dinged but worse was tabs that held edge of bumper to car along wheel well broken so bumper would slightly separate on edge of body & Have to press back in. Big dealer says entire bumper needs replaced so found Guy's auto body & they hammered out the dink but more importantly replaced attachments so car like before at fraction of cost. Thanks Guy! He's been in business awhile I can see why. read more

The owner's son, Adrian did such an amazing job on my car it looks like new! Not only was the work done before he told me it would be the price was fair and reasonable. Adrian even offered to drive me home before starting the work. I just got back from Guy's Body Shop because I wanted to tell the owner, Guy in person how impressed I was with his son's work. I could tell he is very proud of his son as he should be! I have used Guy's Body Shop several times over the past 25 years and always have had the best body work done at the best price. My neighbor recently used them on my recommendation and she had nothing but positive things to say about the service she got and really liked the price best of all! read more

Excellent work at affordable prices. Hard to find quality "body" men these days. They will ask questions to get a feel for your needs and offer you your choices - rarely found anymore. read more

A friend of the owner who didn't have valid car insurance hit my car while it was parked. The shop was going to repair the car and work with him for payment. After over a month of excuses, I find out that they had a side deal going on. When I had enough and decided to turn it in to my insurance, my insurance didn't trust them and want to take it to their location to appraise it. The owner of Guy's wanted $2000 to release the car. I guess he wants to get paid whether he does the work or not. After refusing to give me the keys, I walked out to make a phone call to my insurance company. The owner had the nerve to throw my keys into the middle of the street. I have my car back, but it is missing parts such as the headlight. I didn't receive the honesty and integrity that I expected and, therefore, I will never go back. read more
