Then someone lead you through the salon to go upstairs where Julie has a space for her work. The salon itself is rather pleasant looking. The spray booth is basic but works. She was kind enough to offer various levels of darkness desired. This was a first for me and I thought a great idea. The routine was similar to what I had in Charlotte. I've received many body wraps before and they are warm and relaxing. Your covered in a nutrient rich mask after exfoliated,and wrapped up in a cocoon of blankets and heat blankets. Then you get a face and scalp massage for an hour. When your unwrapped you know all of the fluid surrounding you is yours. At prima you are wrapped in bandaged soaked in fluids and bags on your hands and feet. Then you go on an elliptical machine for an hour and every 15 minutes your bags are emptied and your re-soaked with minerals. So, you know the amount of fluid from the bandages and your own sweat cannot be distinguished. I was cold and the whole time, and was trying working really hard on the elliptical to stay warm. But the elliptical is called a gazelle and has zero resistance. So being wrapped head to toe in bandages really tight, plastic bags on your hands and feet, and riding an elliptical with no resistance is just a disaster waiting to happen. The woman wrapping me was very nice! The woman at the front desk was very nice as well. She seemed to have a lot more knowledge about the products than the woman giving the wrap. The massage was amazing! I cant remember the name of the guy giving it,but he asked a lot of questions about pressures and was professional. I'm looking forward to getting my facial soon!

You get sold the highest membership for which there is only one bed. I made a joke about how long the wait was when I finally got to the counter. Most of the girls behind me laughed but the girl behind the counter got mad and snapped at me. I couldn't use the bed I pay for so I took a level down bed. I was just relieved the wait was finally over. The girl behind the counter purposely didn't turn it on! I didn't want to completely get dressed and waste more time so I yelled down the hall "can you turn my bed on please." The girl chastises me and says "you don't have to raise your voice!" Then politely says to the girl who arrived last and didn't wait as long as the rest "thank you for your patience." Then she was rude to me again on my way out! I have a severe brain injury that is triggered by stress. The incident was days ago and I still have a migraine. I've been going there since before it was called palm beach tan but I guess I'll have to cancel my membership bc every time I go in now I'll have to worry if I'll be sabotaged! I've had problems since it became palm beach tan but that took it too far. I hate I am even paid up for the rest of the month. Don't go here unless you want a horrible experience.

The rest are so dim or flicker which is a sign that it's past time to replace them. I've tanned here for over 10 years and it's a shame that I had to find a new tanning salon. I loved it here but I'm not paying upwards of $100 a month to tan in beds that aren't tanning me properly. The gold bed, (their one and only super bed which is$115 a month) always has issues and has had a section of 8 consecutive bulbs in a row not working for over a year. It's pathetic.
