The place is situated like a maze with different rooms everywhere. Most of it is for the actual salon. There are 4 tanning beds. She does monthly packets that you don't have to sign a contract for. I thought that was nice. I guess I am spoiled with Saule tanning across town where the beds and place is immaculate and actually less expensive. I would definitely go back here for a massage or a service cause I did like the owner. If you are a lover of a high quality tanning experience, this is not it. They are closed weekends and after 5 on weekdays, too so that makes it really rough. Good people, though!

Due to an error on my end, I thought my appt was an hour later than it actually was, and missed my scheduled time. The moment I realized (about 20 min into the appt time), I called the spa. They offered to reschedule me but also told me I'd have to pay my full appt cost ($85) as a no-show fee either way. I completely understand a business needing to charge a no-show fee. Employees' time is valuable and employees shouldn't suffer for my mistake. However given that I was wanting to reschedule/pay again, and that it was an honest mistake, I asked if there was ANYTHING they could do to help me financially on the no-show fee, to allow their employee to still be paid but to maybe cut me a bit of a break on the no-show fee. $85 is a lot of money, especially to pay it twice to get 1 service. Unfortunately they were completely unwilling to do so. Clearly based on the glowing reviews, the spa is great. But the no-show policy seems to me particularly extreme and rigid based on what other spas charge for no-shows. Again, the missed appointment was my mistake, 100%. But I also know as a business owner myself that there is always a little wiggle room, and I wish they had been more flexible for someone who could have been a regular client.

Now that I'm getting closer to my wedding, brow maintenance is becoming crucial, so I went to see Feah. I also have pretty wiry brows (cuban and italian parents), so I need a professional! She was amazing at consulting with me about my brows, delicately shaping them, while still letting them grow in from my botched wax job. When I went, there was no one there and I had no wait at all (a Monday evening). As the previous reviewer said, the price is a bit higher than I usually pay for threading in Philly or New Jersey ($7-10 max); I paid $12 plus tip. She does accept credit card and tip on credit card though, so that was convenient. Overall, I'm very glad I decided to see Feah and will continue to do so until I leave Wilmington. They also do a lot of other beauty services for decent prices, too. Don't waste your time at a waxer or salon/spa... this is worth it.
