I've had many types of massages for the last 45 plus years, this one was in the top three. I then had a complimentary introduction to a facial with Karen. Every detail was explained, product, effects, ingredients, etc., again, WOW! Studio was squeaky clean, inviting, comfortable, and thankfully sooooo quiet, only the light/soft sounds of very soothing spa music/sounds piped in at the perfect volume. Lighting dimmed to absolute perfection. Yelp only allows 5 stars, these folks exceeded that. The therapist also had an air purifier running which was quite loud itself in such a small room right near my head. When I asked to turn it off, the street noise became even more distracting. When you're investing in a 90-minute treatment plus tip, you expect a sanctuary. Instead, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I won't be back, which is a shame because the talent is there--the building just isn't suited for massage therapy.
