While I understand that many businesses have cancellation policies, this was never disclosed to me at the time of booking. There was no clear mention--verbally or otherwise--that I would be charged the full cost of the visit if I did not show up. Only after the charge was processed was I informed that this is part of their policy. Transparency is critical in any service-based business, especially when it involves significant fees. Failing to communicate such an important policy upfront is unacceptable and misleading. In addition, the way the situation was handled reflected poorly on the business. The staff came across as inexperienced and lacking professionalism. Instead of addressing the concern in a clear and customer-focused manner, the interaction felt dismissive and unstructured. Overall, this experience left a negative impression. Clear communication, accountability, and professional conduct are essential, and unfortunately, those standards were not met here. The staff were professional and the background sounds were relaxing. We both enjoyed our visit. My only suggestions would be to offer robes for couples massages and find a larger space to do them in. We were in a small room and the staff had a cramped space to moved around us. I would also suggest offering larger waters. We received two Dixie cups worth of water over the span of almost three hours. It was pricey, but again, the service was awesome.

Next she started my foot peel and covered all pertinent info with me. Lastly, Terry ended up checking me out and she provided her card in the event I had any questions or concerns. She gave fantastic service. Her touch and communication is definitely what I'm looking for when I visit any type of spa. Highly recommend!!
