I didn't check the reviews or anything like I normally would because 1) I was on the phone & 2) I just finally wanted my feet done. It had been too long. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what service I wanted, told them a pedicure. They told me to sign in, I looked around for the price list to see what their prices were and the guy inside told me the basic pedicures are typically around $40 (or so), from what I remember. As I was about to sit down in front and wait, Vinny told me I could go back and have a seat for my pedicure. They have a book that looks like a menu with nail colors, which I love. I chose my nail colors ,relaxed and enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. Vinny did a great job, he did exactly what was asked of him.

Visiting from NY, I found this place nearby from where I'm staying…read more I called Organic Nail for an appointment but when I walked in I realized it wasn't necessary during the day. I went in for a regular gel polish manicure but actually got their dipping powder instead and I'm very happy with it! The place is really clean and Ben, who did my nails was really great. My nails were a mess before I went in - I had a gel manicure and I broke I few nails and then picked and peeled them, making a huge mess of everything. I'm very impressed that Ben was able to save my nails- I wish I had taken a before picture. One thing I found interesting is that they didn't soak off my gel polish. They used some kind of remover instead which was a much better experience than soaking off in acetone. I'll be back for sure!

Well, I came yesterday for just a gel pedicure and the lady who did my nails, Linh, gave me a possible infection. My two big toes hurt so bad and are pink on the sides of my nail bed, the pain feels like an ingrown toenail but 10x worse and it was NOT like that when I came here. I feel like I can hardly walk on my toes with the pain. Not to mention I did tell her to cut my toes but she cut them REALLY short, to the point she cut my skin and it wouldn't stop bleeding so she kept trying to spray something on it but it still wouldn't stop. In my pictures you can see the inflammation on my big toes and where she cut me at the top of my toe. I am now currently trying to "heal" whatever this is by dipping my toes in hydrogen peroxide, something I didn't think I'd have to do after paying $60 for a pedicure. Do not come here!!

But if you enjoy talking to your technician, this is also a great option for you. The technicians spoke great English and are relatable. I spent a pretty penny on these nails, the only problem I had was they didn't clip my nails prior to gluing the nail. I didn't think anything about it until the finished product, you can see my nail under the clear filler which is disappointing. All in all, I would return.

Unfortunately, the communication was very poor, and the first technician ultimately said she couldn't do the service. Another technician attempted my lashes, but the application was extremely poor and nothing like the simple, natural look I requested. The lashes were uneven and poorly applied, and I left very disappointed with the experience. If a salon offers lash services, I would expect the technicians to be able to properly apply a basic cluster lash set. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
