The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway! That was really challenging for us working out receiving the car.

I found Get It Done on Yelp, where they were ranked in the top 10 with no negative reviews. I booked them to transport a vehicle from the 95340 area to the 91325 area for a quoted price of $550, and I paid a $260 deposit by Zelle on 9/2/26. After a week of delays, the vehicle was picked up, but the price had increased by $160, attributed to gas prices and other costs. On 9/9/26 I paid the remaining $450 directly to the driver at delivery, for a total of $710 against a $550 quote. The driver was professional and I have no complaints about him. The company representative I spoke with, based in Fort Lauderdale, promised to refund $75 of the added charge. That refund was never issued. A quote should be a quote. I'll update this review if the company responds and makes this right. As a sidenote, I booked the return of this vehicle (91325 to 95340) with another transporter for a total cost of $500.

I spoke with him on Wednesday, he had a driver who could pick up that Saturday with a drop off estimated for Monday!! (although the driver ended up arriving Tuesday morning). Jon was friendly, helpful and professional. The price was less than some of the online quotes I was getting but not as cheap as one a broker was promising. However, Jon was in constant contact and I believe he was correct that I was probably gonna get bumped up by the other guy. I was always able to reach him or Oscar whenever I needed an update (NOT TRUE for many other transport outfits). The pickup and dropoff were quick, the price was reasonable, the communication was excellent (so important) and my car arrived safely without any damage. Highly recommend them!
