Im a travel nurse, yet I have never shipped my car before. I always heard people tell nightmares about companies, but I had no other choice and took a leap of faith. I've put in for plenty of quotes, however Nova transport stood out to me. They had good review, after good review, and their price was decent. I cared the most about the contract, which was rock solid. They cover any damage to the vehicle during transport. The driver contacted me the day before and gave me a specific time frame upon arrival. He arrived on time, loaded up the car and we both took pictures. A few days prior to arrival, the company was in contract with me to give me approximate day of arrival. Upon the day of I got a call twice from the driver to give me approximate location as well as time. The transaction was smooth. The payment was super fast and easy. They gave me the receipt right on the spot to my email. Both of us examined the car And took pictures. My car came back in the same shape it was picked up. Later that day I got another follow up call if there were any concerns or issues I had. They were always quick to answer me calls and questions. Very nice and professional. I was transporting my car from Boca Raton FL to Dix Hills, Long Island NY and spoke with Shane as one of my first calls. After reviewing over 10 other carriers responses, I chose Nova Tranportation, and very glad I did. I realize the stars were in alignment for this ride, within a very short time, he called to follow up on all the details of the job, timing, location addresses, etc. Very thorough so there wouldn't be any mistakes. Within 4 hours, he called back with a car carrier available the very next day. Since the car was available, it all worked out, and 2 days later the car was delivered. Driver that picked the car up was very professional, and truly an excellent driver, very experienced. Same driver unloaded the car also, slow and methodical. Excellent experience. I Moved 2 cars from New York to North Dakota I received so many emails from Brokers and they wanted a Crazy Price due to going to North Dakota I received a quote from Shane at Nova it was a fair price Compared to the other emails I received. So I took a Shot and went with Shane at Nova As the move date was getting closer I receive a phone call from Shane he has a Carrier for me on the date I needed it moved. Shane at NOVA Transportation did an excellent job at coordinating the shipment of my daughter's car from San Francisco Bay Area to Miami, FL. He was terrific at giving us updates during the whole process. Once a driver was assigned, we received updates on the delivery day/time. We received our car in Miami in terrific shape and the driver also worked with us on the delivery. We also changed the delivery location at the last moment, and the driver had no problems working with us and making it convenient for US!! Shane was abs amazing. I have a lifed Tacoma and oversized tires and was worried about it not fitting on a normal car carrier. he took care of that and had me put on a single flat trailer. I had to talk to him multiple times and never did make he make me feel that I was be annoying or a problem. Very friendly and polite.
