Unannounced they decided to no longer purchase Aveda color. Their colorists were not advised about this nor did they have an explanation for the colorist to give to the client. What do you do when you sit down for a hair color and the colorist changes the product you love? You have no choice right then and there. I am not happy at all with the results, sure they will offer to fix it. Who wants to spend another 2 hrs at the salon. A phone call to warn me would have avoided my INTENSE dislike with how this was handled. I will find a better salon that treats their customers with respect. It is totally unprofessional to be treated like this without a call to give me an option to change my hair color treatment before I actually came in for my appointment.

I am new to the…read morearea and looked at review sites and decided to try this salon, hoping I wouldn't need to try any others. Let's say I walked in today and HAD to try a different place because they didn't have my reservation and didn't even seem concerned. They acknowledged they made the reservation, but since they were busy they couldn't do it. They said I they had openings later this week. I left work early to get there and just getting the appointment took days and was more work than I generally want to do for a service. So, when they didn't apologize and couldn't honor their agreement, I left. (I was not rude prior to leaving, even then I just said it was too much work and I had left work early, so no I didn't want more of their 'service'.) Went less than a mile down the street to a much more upscale salon and was able to get my hair cut right away for a very reasonable price. Unless you need to be patriotic (there's a big flag behind the empty reception area) while getting your hair cut, or have time to be jerked around, go somewhere else!

The elegant,…read morewell-designed business website truly sets them apart from other salons--it reflects their professionalism, attention to detail, and the high-quality experience you can expect before you even walk through the door. Deron did an incredible job on my hair. He truly brought it back to life, restoring its health, shine, and style in a way that exceeded my expectations. His skill, care, and passion for what he does are very apparent, and I left feeling super refreshed. Michaela also did an outstanding job coloring my teenager's hair. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. The color turned out beautiful, and she made my teen feel comfortable and listened to throughout the entire process. What really makes this salon stand out, though, is the atmosphere. Every single person who works there--whether you're their client or not--greets you with a smile and checks in on you. That level of genuine kindness and care is rare and makes the entire experience feel welcoming and special. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional service, talented professionals, and an environment where you truly feel valued from start to finish.
