Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

They nodded and seemed to understand, but I was only able to get the removal because I was told they didn't have time to do the gel manicure. In hindsight, I'm actually glad they didn't, because the removal itself was concerning. The first person working on my nails was about to let me leave with noticeable clumps of builder gel still left on my nails. The photos attached are after she had "fixed" it. I had to point it out and ask her to "fix it" There was also no soak-off process whatsoever. After she said she was finished, I reminded them that I had also asked for a gel manicure, only to be told that they didn't have time. I then asked if they could at least buff and smooth out the remaining product. Just SOMETHING to make my nails look better and smoother but, they seemed frustrated because she had a pedicure waiting. I believe the owner or someone in charge eventually took over. Everyone spoke Chinese and only few words was spoken to me. She clearly saw that the nails needed additional filing and went over them again herself but it was still terrible. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was seeing an already opened pouch of tools being used right in front of me. The station I was seating in clearly was not cleaned up before they seated me. There was an open blue pouch of tools and powder every where. I'm sharing pictures so people can see the condition of my nails afterward. Unfortunately, I would not recommend coming here.
