Our little 16 year old Fur Baby Queenie
Dr Rosetta S.

I highly Recommend Ufuria they took such great care of our fur baby. She's 16 1/2 and has Kidney disease and Heart disease and let me tell you I was so at ease leaving her here. I Highly recommend them.

Love taking my fur baby here for daycare! My dog has had limited interaction with other dogs before coming, so it was really nice that Ufuria does an evaluation for first timers to see how they do meeting other dogs. Whenever we drop him off he gets so excited when he sees his friends! He's able to get his energy out and comes home tired! Everyone is so nice here! I also really like that their location and hours are so convenient for drop off and pick up. The only con is that he comes home smelly, but he needs a bath after playing anyway, so not a huge deal.

My dogs are my world and boarding them is hard as it gets for me. I was so worried before my long vacation an ocean apart from them. However, that all changed once my vacation started and Ufuria kept giving me updates every single time I called. My dogs came out of the boarding area happy relaxed, and completely smelling of blueberry, or some other great grooming shampoo... the staff answered all of my questions before and during the boarding process, and the overall price was beyond affordable compared to everywhere else. I did not do group play as I have small dogs.. so happy I decided on this place. Worth the 1 Hour drive from where I live. Thank you Ufuria!

Astro and Toby

We have been coming to Ufuria for a year now and we absolutely love this place! My fiancé and I are so glad that we found such an amazing daycare for our fur baby, Astro. We love it so much that we even brought Astro's cousin, Toby, to join in on the fun too! We have never placed our dog in a daycare before, but now we would not know what to do without Ufuria! Astro's socialization skills have improved drastically since going to Ufuria on a weekly basis and Astro loves Kevin and all the staff members that watch after him. Keep up the great work Soo and team! This place is a gem and thank you for loving our fur baby like your own.

Okay this will be kind of long but bear with me haha! Context: My little monster, Roxy, is a rescue. She was very badly abused, has burns on her etc., and due to this she is quite skittish. She is very friendly but is scared of new people/kennels. She is a German Shepherd Corgi mix, so she sheds like NO TOMORROW. We have always hand bathed her, but wanted her to get professional de-shedding treatment. We tried PetsMart and they wouldn't even try with her. They saw she was a scared dog and just turned her away. Fast forward, and a friend referred us to Ufuria because they do not have kennels or that "shelter-like" atmosphere. Skeptical we made an appointment, but we expected to get turned away. To my delight this place was sooooo kind! My dog was scared of course, and I had a muzzle on her just for the groomer's peace of mind-not because she bites. They even let me walk with my dog to the back so that Roxy would not be so scared. An hour later she comes out wagging her tail clean, de-shed, nails clipped, paw hair trimmed, etc. I had never been so happy! They talked about how sweet she was and how they even took off the muzzle because it wasn't necessary. Ufuria is the first place to ever give my little baby a chance and I am so grateful for that. I wish I could give more stars! Extra stuff I loved: Roxy has PTSD with kennels and I LOVE that Ufuria doesn't have those. There is no crazy barking when walking in: preventing that "shelter-like" bad vibe. It is very clean and the staff was so so kind! When Roxy was first scared they weren't annoyed or mad, but very gentle and kind. PetsMart could never! I also love how they don't dry the dogs in those blowdryer kennels; like they are dogs not cars going through a car wash! All in all Ufuria is the most amazing place I have ever been to. They were kind, caring, attentive, and so much cheaper than PetsMart. This place needs a million stars, a place that truly cares about their clients, whether they are a happy "yay its bath time!" dog, or a timid "no not baths!" rescue dog they give them the same positive attitude. Thank you so much Ufuria, Roxy and I are truly grateful!

Our Kishiko loves going to Ufuria. Staff is always so welcoming and professional. Kishiko is always so happy to go and loves the staff. They always get kisses from him. They've been great at keeping us informed as to who he's played with etc. We love that they are helping make sure our Akita is an example to the breed with great fun socialization. We started with half days daycare and now we sometimes do full days to make sure Kishiko gets all his energy out. We also have had him groomed and he again comes home happy and clean. We recommend Ufuria to all the doggie friend from the dog park and everyone loves them. Thank you

They told us they had an opening around 3:30 PM. We then asked them if there was a way to be seen sooner. They told us to just show up and that they would charge us extra to squeeze us in between appointments but that we would be seen sooner than this appointment time. We showed up around 2:30 PM or so. They put us in a room where we waited for 30+ minutes without hearing anything from anyone. When we went to the front to have an update on when we would be seen, this chick called STACY came out of nowhere and spoke to us with a really rude and disrespectful tone "THIS IS AN EMERGENCY CLINIC SO YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT". We know this is an emergency clinic, we do understand that they see patients in order of priority, but STILL, there is a way to say things and talk to people. We told her that we previously spoke on the phone with someone who told us to come over saying that we would be seen before 3:30 if we paid an extra fee or something. We were trying to figure out who we spoke with, to demystify the information we received VS the current situation. Every time we asked sweet STACY to help us figure out who we spoke with, she replied "IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO YOU SPOKE WITH" in her adorably rude tone! After asking a few times, she said "YOU SPOKE WITH ME". Yeah right...! "WHAT YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME?" Nah, we don't, otherwise you would have said it earlier when we asked 10 times ago! "I'LL GO TALK TO THE DOCTORS" She then storms in the back room where all the technicians and vets are and starts complaining about us out loud. These are paper thin walls sweet STACY. We heard all your BS. Talking trash about us because we want to know who we spoke with...? We have been misinformed over the phone and just wanted to clarify stuff and not be charged for an extra fee for the visit, that's all. Not one time were we disrespectful in the way we talked to her. She just snapped for no reason. Probably having a bad day...? When she came back in the room to tell us "IT'S GONNA BE 20 MINS WAIT", we told her the walls were paper thin and that we heard her complaining about us to what she replied "YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY". She then storms back there again and complains one more time to the technicians and vets. Why are you disturbing these poor people with your toxic attitude? Let them do their work and keep your negativity to yourself. We took our sweet kitty and went to the lobby to ask her for her name. "YOU WANT MY NAME? IT'S STACY. OH YOU'RE LEAVING? PERFECT" Who TF says this to people? Why take your toxic vibes out on us tho? Aren't people working with animals supposed to be compassionate, human and caring? She'd be better off working as a prison warden. If you love your animals, please stay away from this place. If she has that kind of attitude towards humans in the lobby, I don't wanna see how she treat animals in the back. STAY AWAY!

St Mark's changed all of that from the first phone call. The lady who answered listened to Winnie's story and was very understanding. Walking into St Marks Winnie was a little nervous, but once she got in the door and started meeting her caretakers she looked so happy and comfortable. She didn't even look behind her as she was walked away lol Throughout Winnie's stay the staff sent me photos and videos of Winnie. I loved being able to have that, seeing Winnie have fun helped me to enjoy my own trip. Although it looks like Winnie had the better vacation lol I did choose to add grooming before I picked her up. Best decision...best groom ever, she came back smelling good and so so soft! Thank you St. Mark's for truly showing love and care, I know my baby is in good hands.

From our first grooming appt (about a yr ago) to sadly our last in Dec 2025, Jackie was the best! Kind, gentle, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable; always so warm and welcoming for myself and my pup. In March of this year, I called to schedule an appt and was told that Jackie no longer worked there and was provided no explanation or additional info. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed. I can't speak to what happened, as I don't know. Fortunately, after a bit of a search, I was able to find Jackie and thankfully, she has moved on with her own business. I'm so grateful I was able to reconnect with her as she's the best groomer we've ever had. As far as the 2 star rating, that stands for the business with regard to their lack of acknowledgement and communication with her clients. This rating by no means represents Jackie, as she is well beyond a 5 star rating! PS...For those of you who are former clients of Jackie and may still be searching for her, I do have contact info so please reach out to me.

I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.
