With his newfound confidence, Leo has now been able to enjoy so many new experiences including a road trip to Utah!

Leo is our family dog and he is a 13 year old Cocker Spaniel/American Eskimo mix. We have always struggled with his reactivity and because I was away for school and then work, I wasn't able to commit to training. Fast forward to moving back to the area, Leo came in to my care full time and I decided to pursue in-person training with Allie. My goal was to be able to get Leo to a place where he could feel more confident and fear free, allowing us to be able to enjoy more experiences together. He has always loved to go out on adventures with us, but would be conflicted about interactions with other dogs and people. Leo's improvement was remarkable, even just after the first handful of sessions. We continued meeting regularly over the next several months and with every session, Leo's confidence grew, his reactivity and fear lessened, and our bond deepened. Working with Allie taught me so much and she helped address my every initial concern and more. We learned and practiced foundational style dog training, which always put Leo's wellbeing at the forefront. He was completely comfortable and happy with every method we used. I loved to see him get so excited as I got his gear ready for each session. Allie is a fantastic teacher - she keeps you accountable, curates the pace to what's best for you and your dog, and most importantly, she cares. Not only do you receive personalized support from Allie, she also hosts monthly group sessions at no additional cost, just to provide a safe space for you and your dog to work with other likeminded individuals. The group classes helped Leo so much. Before, I would always be hesitant to bring Leo out, as his reactivity would stress us both out and I would spend the entire time out worrying about his triggers. With the group classes, we were able to practice what we learned with Allie there to guide us, alongside other trainers who had been in my shoes too. There is so much more I could say but to keep a long story short, don't hesitate and give Allie a call! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Thanks to Allie, my relationship with my dog, Leo, is stronger than ever. He's also the happiest he's ever been, thanks to his newfound freedom and confidence that Allie helped us unlock.

1) What prompted you to seek professional help for you and your dog? I was 6 months pregnant and had a 7 month old Dog de Bordeaux (french mastiff ) who was really starting to push, nip , and jump 2) Were your concerns addressed? Was the training plan simple and effective? Omg from our zoom call Allie explained so much about behaviors and leadership. I knew right away that this is what I had been looking for. I had talked to othe trainers. But they wanted to take my dog for 3 weeks and then bring him back. I just didn't feel comfortable with that at all. 3) Was your dog happy and comfortable with the methods used?  Zeus was even excited as soon. As we entered the street headed in for session !! He responded very well to all the training 4) Did you feel like the training was transparent and humane? Absolutely! Allie loves our pets as hers and she definitely has their best interests in mind. She's very knowledgeable and really works at the dogs pace and mine. 5) Allie at  Rogue K9 Academy Claims to offer FULL SERVICE training....did she? Yes absolutely she is fully involved and engaged with you and your pet during the entire session. She even got in the pool with my pup to help with swimming when o couldn't due to my very pregnant belly ! What else (if anything) could you add to give a personal perspective on your overall experience? My experience was amazing. I recommend Allie all the time. She helped me build my leadership skills and build my relationship with my pup. I love being able to take him out and know that I am in control of the situation. I'm 5 ft nothing with a huge dog ! It could be intimidating but I feel good and confident and because I do Zeus does. He's my big baby and I'm glad I trusted her . She's a God send !!

Me and my husband have two Australian Shepherds. One is 3 and the other is 1 years old. Our 3 year old had aggression issues. He would randomly growl at us and act like he would bite us or at time did nibble and we feared it would get worst if we ever wanted to have kids. We knew he had to get help asap. He would get like this with his 1 year old brother as well. We reached out to Allie as we found her on yelp. We got a consult and loved all she had to say in regards to the situation we were dealing with. We right away got in person training with her. She had us do our homework and record videos so she can help us on training and our difficulties we were facing with our dogs. They are both boys . So we learned a lot in a matter of months and we as well were trained as well. It was a learning experience for myself , my husband and my two boys! There were times were i felt maybe it Isnt working because of 3 year old would be good and than had a situation where he acted like his old ways but she was there 100% by our side to remind us it takes time and patience. & she was right! I was so close to giving our 3 year old away because I feared him. She helps us figure out the problem and continue training. Our dogs grew to love her and because of the training they grew to respect us and know we are ones who make the commands not them. Our dogs are way better our in social settings. Where before they would bark and cry at other dogs. Now they just lay by us or we give them a command and they ignore the dogs. Our 3 year old shows no type of aggression. He respects our commands and tries his best to be his best. It took lots of play, training and trust for him to change but it was well worth it! If your going through a hard situation with your dog please reach out to Allie for help. I promise if u do your part she will help give you the tools to fix and issues you may have. It will be frustrating at times but in the end it will be well worth it. I love how after training we now have the tools to continue on our own and she is kind enough to allow all her clients come back for group walks. It helps our dogs socialize and helps us as well! She gives it her all to help you! & she gave us her everything for both our boys. Our oldest one no longer gets annoyed by his brother but they adore each other and respect each other's space. Don't think twice ! Book with her if you are having any issues with your babies! Especially aggression because trust me it is a scary situation. I thank her so much for helping us change our household to be a place where we now feel safe and happy!

just wanted to recognize Allie, and the excellent service she provides through Rogue K9 Academy. she has helped me immensely, with my relationship with my dogs, as well as educating me on the best nutrition for their health through the ages. her genuine love and care for animals is the obvious backbone of her organization. she is very understanding and never judgemental, always ready to meet me right where i am at. i appreciate you Rogue K9! these skills and knowledge are one of the best things to have happened for my puppers!

We recently rescued a belgian malinois from a shelter and when we brought her home, she was very stressed and meeting my other dogs added another layer of stress to the point that we were thinking of taking her back to the shelter. "Thank God we didn't". We contacted Allie from Rogue K9 academy and she jumped right in to help us with the training, she's always available and responds to our text immediately for which we have been so grateful. She truly cares about the dogs and helping people (you simply can't put a price on that) she's an excellent hardworking trainer that is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to help us become more confident and competent dog owners. She's been a blessing to our family/dogs.

We started training with Allie in Sept 2021 after our dog Rigatoni had reached an all-time high with aggression behaviors. He's always been sweet with my husband and I, but absolutely hates all other humans, with multiple bite attempts (and successes). We were so discouraged for so long but with Allie's help and lots of hard work and slow progress over the past 16 months, we've learned how to manage and prevent Rigatoni's behaviors and I am confident with handling him and giving him commands to help him feel secure instead of anxious and aggressive. We're mostly in phase 3 and I'm so happy that this past weekend, he did AMAZING sharing a house with my family - we used his "bed" command and he got to the point where people could walk by and he didn't even get up. We also went on walks and he went off-leash using "this way" and recall commands. We were able to practice a lot because it didn't feel as hard as in the past, when I would've said it was too stressful and kept him in the bedroom all weekend. I was able to relax and he was able to be a part of our family, which has been the goal from the very beginning! There are so many "miracle" training programs out there but I love knowing exactly what my dog is experiencing and being the one to do it. I've probably learned and changed more than my dog but that's how it should be since I'm his handler. Allie has been so supportive throughout the training process. She's always available when I have questions and loves sharing her knowledge with her clients! She really has gone above and beyond for us and we wouldn't have made such great progress without her.

Water break during training session!

My dog Pepper is a fear aggressive rescued Australian Shepherd, and has a lot of anxiety. We were dealing with it as best we could for a while. I really wanted to work with a trainer because I knew she had so much potential and Pep is the sweetest baby to non-strangers. I always told myself, what's some money and a few months of really hard work, if I can come out of it with a happy and trusting pup for the rest of her life? However, I tried other trainers, and I couldn't find anyone willing to really invest in her because of her behavioral issues. They would also up-charge us like crazy, only for Pep to end up with no real help or improvement. We didn't feel heard or understood, and were often essentially told that she was hopeless/good luck, or we were just given up on before we even began. So for a while, I gave up on trainers, and I researched and did as much as I could on my own to help her. We worked hard, despite strangers' snide comments on how we "should train our dog better" or "if that was their dog they'd never behave that way" as we walked by, but despite all my efforts, she ended up accumulating a handful of serious bite incidents under her belt, and I was so sad and desperate. Coincidentally, we ran into another Aussie pup at the park one day that happened to be a client of Allie's. She was so well behaved, and they seemed really understanding of our situation and gave us Allie's contact information. I reached out to Allie immediately via email, and she got back to me so quickly, with so much empathy. Due to the times, my sister and I met with Allie via video chat, and she explained all her thoughts and expectations with us and with Pepper. She was also extremely up front and open about her pricing, which was also so fair and reasonable, and never made us feel uncomfortable financially. We felt so accepted and understood, as well as motivated and hopeful!! We started training sessions once a week, with rigorous practicing during the week, and pretty much started to see results within weeks. Despite the fact that we had a weird situation (I lived away from Pep at the time, and she lived with my sister, so my sister took her to most of her beginning sessions), Allie guided us through smoothly and kept all of us on the same page so that our transition between who was handling Pepper was always seamless. The entire training process was so clear, organized, and honestly just made so much logical sense! Allie has been there for us emotionally and physically to support us and teach us the whole way through. Training has honestly been more about us as the owners learning how and what to do/expect, and guiding our pups, than anything else! As the training continues, our relationship and trust with our pup grows, and the more she trusts us the better our training works, and its just an exponentially positive cycle. Allie never makes us feel judged or criticized, and has only ever been so good to us and to Pepper, despite Pep acting like she'd rather have her dead for most of our first few sessions. It's been a few months now, and Pepper is completely in love with Allie, and whenever we get her training gear out she starts to cry and pace in excitement because she knows we are going to go do some work (and see Allie)! Just a few months ago Pepper used to run away and try to hide whenever we got her leash/harness out, because walks were so stressful to her (constant barking/lunging at strangers, both dog and human). We are still practicing all the time, and attending group classes or group events whenever we can because they are so helpful and fun for Pepper, and so motivational for me as I'm reminded of how much she's improved and how far she has come. While training never truly ends, Pepper is now so much happier and trusting, and her reactivity while not necessarily gone (it's who she is!) is something we can very easily understand/predict/manage now. As long as she is introduced properly, she no longer has any problems with guests coming over to our home (she loves them, and all the attention, in fact) and we are constantly experiencing more and more walks with less and less reactions. Allie helped the loving and happy pup we always knew that Pepper was on the inside, break out of her scared and aggressive shell. We have nothing but love and praise for her!! Thank you so much Allie!!

1) What prompted you to seek professional help for you and your dog? I am in my early 20's and had always wanted a puppy. I went out and bought one because I was attempting to fulfill a big childhood dream of mine. I had seen Marley and Me along hearing horror stories of puppy behavior. When I first got my Aussie pup I was in desperate need of a trainer because I feared having a CRAZY puppy. She was screaming bloody murder everytime I left the room and I was having major anxiety! A friend of my mom's referred me to Allie and she was my best friend from the get-go. 2) Were your concerns addressed? Was the training plan simple and effective? Allie got me started on a relationship building technique that was working wonders. She gives every detail to every step and she is very patient! He goal is to make sure you and your dog have a respectable relationship! My dog was working so hard to please me because we learned techniques that I had never even heard before. But they WORKED! 3) Was your dog happy and comfortable with the methods used? My pup is VERY pleased with our training. We BOTH get excited before training sessions and we're able to go out in public with NO FEAR of bad behaviors. My pup is a rockstar anywhere I take her. She is a happy pup and confident pup. 4) Did you feel like the training was transparent and humane? 1000000% This training is not harmful to the dog in way shape or form. If your dog isn't following through with commands.... it's most likely the dog handlers fault. This training is very sensitive to your dog's willingness to try. 5) Allie at Rogue K9 Academy Claims to offer FULL SERVICE training....did she? Allie's Service is like 1st class seats compared to other services I looked into. She makes it personal and does the VERY best she can to make you and your dog succeed. Not only does she work hard and kick butt at her job, she also makes you and your dog feel safe and cared for.

Teddy working on his socialization on a pack walk with Rogue K9 academy

Teddy was a 4 year old Shar Pei who was true to his breed and was very aggressive, rowdy and had no structure to his life. We wanted him to enjoy his life more and make our relationship with him enjoyable and more companion like with us and others. He also had a kitten brother on the way and we wanted to make sure we would do our best with that transition. Our concerns were definitely dealt with, met fairly quickly and we saw changes in not only his behavior, but his confidence too. The training plan was definitely a learning curve but is simple and concerns what YOU want as a dog parent.  At first Teddy was a little confused at and we struggled with the power dynamic shift to us as owners. It probably took him 15 mins into session 1 to understand and get comfortable with the new set up. We have a very sensitive pup when it comes to skin, so we did have to adjust accordingly but Ally is beyond amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. Today Teddy is happier and more confident than ever. He is best friends with his cat brother and is in some of the best health condition he has been in considering his health issues. He has gained weight and is so receptive and loving with the family and that's all we could've asked for from this. This is the place to go if you want to enjoy your pup and are willing to invest time and love into your future with them. The training method used is one of the most positive experience we have ever had with training both for us and the dog. Everything is straight forward and adjustable to what we as dog parents wanted and needed out of his training and behavioral improvements. Teddy is happier than ever with the structure in his life, and you really can't put a price on that. Allie at Rogue K9 definitely means full service when she advertises that. She is an on call angel for us that has provided us countless of important information when it comes to Teddy's behavior, skin health, eating habits, relationship building, dog parenting advice and so so much more! She is only always a call away and gives us the confidence and security behind our decisions with the use of all her knowledge about dogs. You can tell she deeply cares about and loves dogs, especially the ones that are going through her program. Rogue K9 has been the best thing to happen to us as dog parents and to Teddy's overall living situation and health.

Why did you seek professional help for your dog?We had just got a puppy that was ruining my backyard and really hyper. I was told to try training and I fought it at first, thinking he would grow into an obedient dog. 2) Were your concerns addressed? Was the training plan simple and effective? Yes. After my first couple of visits, I still fought the process a bit as I learned very early on that the issue was not Ace, but how I handled him. After a few sessions, I saw a pretty big change in his attitude based on what I had learned. 3) Was your dog happy and comfortable with the methods used? Definitely. And it still shows a few years later with consistency and dedication to your dog. 4) Did you feel like the training was transparent and humane? Yes. 5) Allie at Rogue K9 Academy Claims to offer FULL SERVICE training....did she? Yes What else (if anything) could you add to give a personal perspective on your overall experience? At this point in life, I don't think I can ever go back and NOT train my dog. I walk with him daily and enjoy my time with Ace. I often times see other dogs and the way they act, and I have spoken to multiple people that state that "your dog is so good. HOW?" Most people will tell you that working with a trainer is "too expensive and too time consuming". It is both, but I can honestly say it was the best thing we have ever done for our dog, as well as for me. It has made me a calmer person while also showing me that the way I interact with my dog dictates what I get out of him, and it's important to know that it is truly more than training an animal. This is training ourselves to co-exist by understanding each other. I would 100% recommend Allie to ANYONE as it has been a few years and she still answers my calls if I have questions or just want to showcase what Ace has learned. Her clients love her because of her knowledge as well as her dedication to our animals. If you need more information on how my family feels about Allie as our trainer, I have no issue with you calling me directly at 909-908-4230. Tim Stillions

My Malinois
Shantelle W.

I have been a client of Allie's for several months and she has changed my life forever. I was having a horrible time with a puppy that I received as a gift. This puppy turned my life upside down. I loved him so very much but he required special training given his breed. He is a Belgium Malinois. I had never even heard of the dog until it was in my arms AFTER he was already purchased from a breeder by my boyfriend. It was a nightmare. I went through 4 trainers and thousands of dollars before I found Allie. She has changed our lives FOREVER. My dog listens, our household is so much calmer, and he is happy. She is God sent!!! If you have a difficult dog or you just want to learn how to train your dog properly without fear, intimidation, or force she is the one to go to. She is PRICELESS!!!

1) What prompted you to seek professional help for you and your dog? Honestly, I have been looking for professional help for literally several years! I have a Shina Inu (Hiro 5 y/o) & a deaf Border Collie mix (Eva 9 y/o). Shiba Inus are basically mini Akitas. Hiro is tenacious, reactive & sensitive. I wanted so baldly to hike with Hiro without the risk of him biting another dog & to actually enjoy our neighborhood walks. Because the ugly truth, was walking Hiro felt like a chore none of us wanted to do. He'd lunge at dogs, barked & would redirect his bite towards Eva or us. Hiro had ZERO recall. He was an opportunist with the door and would seize the opportunity as often as they came. Hiro would bolt down the driveway and run full speed to the neighborhood park one block away. He's did bit a small dog on his last great escape. Which brought up the battle with rehoming him out of desperation but didn't we want to give up on our guy. Eva, my Border Collie mix is our sweet deaf angel. After we rescued her I learned that a lot of owners used vibrating e-collars to communicate with their dogs off leash. I had zero clue on how to implement this and knew I'd better leave it to the pros. . 2) Were your concerns addressed? Was the training plan simple and effective? Were my concerns addresses?! OMG YES!!! Was the plan simple yet effective? 100% YES Allie always updates your Google Doc for easy reference on your session with feedback and goals for the week. Foundational style training paired with premack principle has been eye opening and life changing. You know the saying, " You'll get dessert if you eat all your dinner." Well that's Premack Principle. Not only do we understand it but the dogs do too! Allie works on replacing the undesired behavior with desired behavior and the dogs get treats, affection & freedom in return. Its pure magic. 3) Was your dog happy and comfortable with the methods used? Eva and Hiro LOVE going to Allie's house. It's the highlight of their week. 4) Did you feel like the training was transparent and humane? Allie taught us how to be fair to the dogs. The goal is less corrections, so we find ways to prevent our dogs from messing up. For example, with learning "Leave it" we can tell Hiro "Leave it" on walks with things we are passing like a dog across the street walking the opposite direction. Hiro only has to "leave it" while we are passing them which is quick and then the temptation is gone and he got minimal corrections and lots of love for giving us the desired behavior - walking past the dog without looking at it. Allie always has the dogs physical, mental and emotional state at the forefront of all the training sessions & their day to day life. We move at both our pace and the dogs pace. She has taught us how to lookout for body language that means they are stressed or confused. 5) Allie at Rogue K9 Academy Claims to offer FULL SERVICE training....did she? Allie is always available via text and phone calls. She's even made videos for us in the moment of needing clarity! I mean if that isn't full service I don't what is! What else (if anything) could you add to give a personal perspective on your overall experience? Full disclosure: 4 YEARS AGO We did work with a private trainer who came to our house, but he never felt like a good fit and wasn't concerned about HOW Hiro (my Shiba) was feeling. He just wanted to assert dominance and submit Hiro into commands. So after working with him the hunt continued. I have reached out to literally every single Shiba Inu rescue in Southern California to inquire who they use for professional training. I have spoken to SO many trainers I have lost count. Most of the trainers would suggest board & train after listening to my concerns, but I knew I wanted a hands on approach to training I wanted to learn how to work with my dogs & to understand where the behavior was stemming from. Allie not only has delivers 100% hands on approach (she doesn't handle your dogs- YOU do) She has sent me countless videos & materials to read to better understand dogs natural behavior & body language. We don't punish our dogs for how they are feeling. We replace the undesired behavior with desired behavior and then correct when they break the command. Training isn't all one sided. Dogs are NOT bad or jerks. They just don't understand what we want and we don't speak their language. Allie bridges that gap beautifully. She saved our pack when we felt desperately lost. Torn on the decision to surrender Hiro to a rescue. I am forever grateful to have crossed paths with her. THANK YOU ALLIE!!!!

1) What prompted you to seek professional help for you and your dog? Even before adopting, we knew that we were going to want professional training, not just a few classes at our local pet store. (Nothing against them, but we were looking for more.) . When we adopted Jackie as a young puppy, she was fun and playful...and a handful...we knew that we were going to need training from the beginning. Jackie is a Rottweiler, and we wanted to start training our large breed early so handling as an adult would be easier. 2) Were your concerns addressed? Was the training plan simple and effective? Absolutely! Training with Rogue K9 Academy went far above and beyond expectations! We definitely received the obedience training we signed up for, and so much more! The hands on approach to understanding our dog's breed and the best way to advance our relationship with our dog has been invaluable. The training is simple, easy to understand, and consistent. 3) Was your dog happy and comfortable with the methods used? Jackie has responded so well with the training methods. She understands the training, and knows when we switch to "work mode". She loves doing well and is happy when she knows she made us happy. 4) Did you feel like the training was transparent and humane? Allie's priority is maintaining the respect, care, and trust of the dog, the owner, and their relationship in the most humane ways available. She goes out of her way to make sure that the owner knows how to handle the dog, and explains why each training task is important. She makes sure we convey to the dog exactly what we want/expect in any given cue. She wants to be sure that expectation meets understanding in a productive and systematic approach to the training. 5) Allie at Rogue K9 Academy Claims to offer FULL SERVICE training....did she? ABSOLUTELY! Yes, Allie provides obedience and agility training services. She also cares about your fur-baby!!!! She has dedicated so much research and attention to understanding dogs. She helps with everything, all of my MANY questions: breed-specific information, feeding, health, training, toys, gear, socialization, behavior, medicine, everything! She routinely checks in to see how our progress is going, and is always available to answer my questions. What else (if anything) could you add to give a personal perspective on your overall experience? I cannot imagine raising our puppy without Allie by our side!!!! She is patient with all of my ridiculous questions, follows up with us regularly, and is genuinely interested in the growth and happiness of our dog! Honestly, if you are considering training your fur-baby, let Allie with Rogue K9 Academy lead the way!!

One thing I'm most thankful for this Thanksgiving is Sogand!! She is amazing. We didn't know what…read moreto do or who to turn to with our dog Clyde. He was usually good with people but super reactive with other dogs and animals. We got him as a puppy, he was always super high energy and reactive, even to animals on TV. We had to always try to walk him where there were no dogs or people. This past summer we went on vacation and our oldest son was watching him. He took Clyde on a walk when they saw another dog across the street, Clyde went crazy, started barking and lunging for the dog. My son got in front of him and Clyde ended up biting him several times. When we found out about the incident on vacation we had no idea what to do. We thought we had to give him up, it broke our hearts. Then I found Sogand when I was searching for trainers and options. Her reviews were great, but what sold us was our first conversation with her. We had talked to several other trainers during our initial search but no one gave us hope yet realistically assessed where Clyde was like Sogand. We were at the airport waiting to board our flight home. I'll never forget our first conversation with her. She patiently listened to us and then reassured us that Clyde was not a lost cause. She was direct and honest about her approach, and confidently said she could help Clyde. From our first session with her we knew we had made the right decision. She commanded obedience from Clyde like he had been her dog his whole life. Within 10 mins, she had him interacting with her dog and not going ballistic. This has never happened before. We have had to avoid other dogs all the time. In this first session she was able to assess several of Clyde's bad behavior and patterns and correct it. Because of the severity of his behavior and having bit our son so badly, she recommended we do the board and train for intense training. This was the best decision we ever made. Clyde came back a changed dog, and more importantly she trained us in how to train Clyde. With her help we have been able to keep up Clyde's training. We still meet with her for one on one sessions once a month to complete Clyde's trainings. The best result came yesterday at Thanksgiving, we had 22 guests and one other dog. I texted Sogand and she gave us guidance on how to handle the the event with Clyde. We followed her instructions and Clyde did amazing. People who have known Clyde said he was like a different dog. I can't recommends her enough! Her approach was just what we needed. She doesn't just train dogs, she becomes an integral part of the dog and owner's life and journey. Because of Sogand, Clyde has a new lease on life and we are able to keep our beloved dog without always fearing that something horrible will happen!!!

Sogi was a miracle trainer to help my dog Dumpling get over his aggression issues towards other…read moredogs and people. We chose her 2 week board and train - aggression rehabilitation service, after a week her and her staff noticed my dog still being very aggressive in protecting his food bowl and she extended his training another week (no extra charge!) so she could really focus on that aspect to make sure Dumpling's aggression was addressed. Wife and I also highly recommend her private sessions after the board and train. 2-3 weeks is definitely not enough time to make sure behavior issues are completely addressed, so her sessions helped make sure we properly did our daily trainings with Dumping. Her sessions also evolved the trainings we did at home as our dog's aggression level kept going down and focus on his high alert/anxiety responses to stimuli, and try to help him associate his dopamine response to being relaxed. She also helped identify a food allergy that made him itchy, which added to his higher anxiety level. All these things added up and now our dog is a lot happier and hasn't displayed a snarl or showed his teeth in anger to anyone or any dogs in months! Thanks Sogi for helping Dumpling and us and hope this review helps others choose you over other trainers out there for their dogs.

We have waited wayyyy too long to post this review and I can confidently say even after 6 months…read moretraining has stuck with my pups! Our pug Boba, who is 6 years old, had a huge issue with barking and reactivity. Before training, anytime there was a loud noise, another dog, or even a person just a few feet away from us, he would immediately start barking and getting worked up to the point where he would do that pug scream, and no amount of reassuring would help. Walks were stressful and we constantly felt on edge trying to manage his reactions. Working with Yasin made such a difference. He was incredibly patient and really took the time to explain why Boba was reacting the way he was and what we could do about it. Instead of just trying to stop the barking in the moment, he helped us understand how to work through the behavior step by step. Everything he taught us felt realistic and doable in everyday life, which made it so much easier to actually stick with. One of the biggest moments for us was when we took Boba and his sister with us on a trip to Joshua Tree. Before training, something like that would have been stressful and probably not even enjoyable. But because of everything we learned from Yasin, it ended up being such a pleasant vacation. At one point we even stood and ate at a restaurant for almost two hours with multiple dogs around us, some of them were even reactive, and Boba was such a model citizen the entire time. It honestly felt amazing to see the difference. Because of Yasin's training, we actually feel confident bringing our dogs on vacations now, which is something we never thought we'd be able to do. Boba is a completely different dog in the best way possible, and we also feel so much more confident as owners because we now have the tools to handle situations that used to feel overwhelming. If you have a reactive dog or feel overwhelmed with training, we definitely recommend working with Yasin. He really cares about the dogs and the owners, and it shows.

Blue was three years old when I adopted him from the shelter and had been there for two years, essentially his entire life. He had no formal training and several behavioral issues, and he was extremely reactive to other dogs. Yasin has been helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He has a positive attitude and genuinely cares about his clients and their dogs. I truly wish I had found him sooner. I will continue working with Yasin and Empire K9 Dog Training to help Blue for as long as needed.
