The place to be is Udom Thai. The first thing I noticed from the outside was the festive look of the restaurant. Once inside, the restaurant has a real, authentic feel. I also saw the care and attentiveness given to the customers, and my experience was no different. That said, I enjoyed my dining experience from beginning to end. As stated, the restaurant has a very authentic feel, and the staff is attentive. Now, a note on the food. My friend and I had a few delicious appetizers. Our main course was equally tasty. I like my Thai food extra spicy, and the chef fired it up. Every dish was prepared with love, and the chef's presentation of each entree, including the appetizers, was served excellently. I recommend you try Udom Thai for all the reasons I've mentioned. I promise you, you will will delighted ans pleased. Enjoy.

They fry fish items and chicken items in the same oil or pan. So unfortunately someone in my group couldn't even eat some of the food we ordered. We specifically asked in advance they said they cook everything separately but our chicken dishes tasted fishy. Everything had an overall watery taste it was so weird. The food is not good. The drinks are good and we came during happy hour so that was the highlight of the meal. I probably won't be back.

Average vibes. No frills. Look, this is not my first choice spot to go to in Brooklyn; HOWEVER, there are many attributes that make this place a frequently visit spot: - they are open later than most restaurants in the area. Want food on a late night? Don't waste your time at other places, come here and they are always ready and happy to serve you. - service is relatively fast even for a place that always has customers seated at the restaurant. - the staple Thai dishes are consistently great. I order the same dishes all the time. I should know My go to's: Shrimp roll Chicken and shrimp steamed dumpling Shrimp or beef pad Thai Chicken basil I will forever be a ride or die for this place. It has always had my back on hungry late nights!

Giant Shrimp Rolls comes in 4 but I ate one before taking a pic!

I was actually really pleased with my dishes! A few reviews mentioned that their meat was old and that things were bland. In my chicken pad thai, my chicken was not old. I also liked the flavoring. It was pretty typical and the way you expect your pad Thai to taste. I asked for mild spicy level because I wasn't feeling the heat that day... and it was definitely seasoned mildly. The amount that I received was great for a lunch special. But I'm just greedy and wish that there was more! The salad on the side was a nice addition. The peanut sauce/salad dressing was really good. The spring roll and dumpling were also a nice addition. I like the way that they have put together a lunch special that is well-rounded. I'll definitely be ordering a lunch special again. My favorite part of this entire order has be the giant spring rolls. Honestly, I never had a shrimp roll like this until the day I had these!!! They really are "giant". They are filled with chicken. They are just perfect to me and I'm ddeefffinniiitteelllyyy going back for those. Disclaimer: I did not get to see the inside of the restaurant because I ordered my lunch on DoorDash and was too lazy to walk a couple blocks to check out the spot. I'm hoping to walk over there eventually to update this review.

Yummy goodness! I tried the seafood fried rice during a previous visit and wanted to a bit more. The rice is called something else but it under F6 if I recall correctly. I also tried the fish cakes and they were delicious as well as the calamari. Seasoned good and married perfectly with the sauces they are served with which both have a nice kick to them. The staff was pleasant. Enjoy!

I love this place. Each time I come I wish I could order the whole menu. It's consistently good and well priced compared to other thai restaurants.

$7.52 including tax for 5 pieces of small fried wanton

I'm very very disappointed with this restaurant from lately . We've been supporting this restaurant in our neighborhood for over 5yrs or more and I've noticed a lot of changes with their high price for less. Less food for more money !!!!! My fried rice is way less than before and tonight my fried wanton(5 pieces for $7.52 including taxes) just pushed me off the edge that's like $1.50 for one small almost burnt wanton!!!!!!!

I already knew it was going to be a great place just by the other reviews, but I wasn't sure if it was going to be snooty or anything. Super chill, but very popular! My friend and I got lucky and got seats at the bar, but I could totally come here solo which is why I like it a lot! Beer is crafted and good. It's a tad bit bright but looks like people come to work, read a book or hang. The staff was really nice and I like how simple the menu is. I don't think I'd eat any snacks here, but I can try it out when I come back. Such a good find & highly reco!

Within 5 minutes, one of the employees comes outside to ask if I want to buy a drink. However, I'm almost finished with my lunch and answer no thanks, only for the employee to say in a huff, "Well, next time you should buy something if you want to use our seating." While I understand that as your business, you have the right to do this, it really just comes off as rude and condescending, turning what would've been a nonexistent interaction into a negative one that has completely soured my attitude toward this establishment. Considering that this establishment had roughly a dozen tables and 24 seats with only 4 seats or so occupied when I was around and I wasn't interfering with business on a slow afternoon, there shouldn't have been a problem with simply letting bygones be bygones. If this is what New Yorkers consider hospitality and acceptable behavior, no wonder people from most other states consider the population to be rude.
