( Have never been charged for this and am always asked, however they didn't ask if I wanted them cut. Every one of my nails is a different thickness. The one that is credit card thickness is extremely flat then gets thicker at the free edge. Two of my nails didn't get a tip and acrylic was put on my natural nails. My tech put so much acrylic it bled over on to my nails, so she took a drill and filed under my nail causing spacing between my tip and natural nails. Highly disappointed. The atmosphere and complimentary cocktails were nice, but not enough to over look such a sloppy job. Also she filed so hard into my thumb she sliced my eponychium.

Amber always did my manicure with next gen and always did a great job, she was very meticulous and made sure I was happy with my nails. I think some time in September or October the management changed, as well as the staff. I called in one time asking for Amber and the person said she was on vacation, so I ended up going some where else. The second time I asked for Amber they said she wasn't there but they had someone else available for manicure. I hesitated but really needed a manicure so I went in. The guy at the front desk was different but I didn't question it. Rachel was the lady who did my nails and she was ok, she also waxed my eyebrows, did a decent job but was on the phone the WHOLE time. I think that is annoying and very rude. Another time I asked for Amber and again they said she wasn't there. Angel did my nails and she did a great job. There were a few "ouch" moments when she buffed part of my skin but my nails turned out great. Finally when I paid, I asked the gentleman if he's the manager. He said yes, so then I put the pieces together and figured out Amber didn't work here anymore. What I didn't like was that when I called, they could have told me Amber no longer worked here. Instead they made me think I just got the timing wrong. I understand they want to keep the clientele but they went about it the wrong way.
