My mani

Ruby is ah-mazing for a manicure! The best ever massage and detail oriented. HOLLY is the one to ask for a pedicure. She did a magnificent job and so kind. I enjoyed my beverage during - top shelf! The front desk is attentive and on it. She was impressive as well. 5

I had Andy as my nail tech and he was so nice and did a great job. They looked better than my reference picture :) The atmosphere of the nail salon was very inviting and clean as well.

Gel manicure, LOVE !

Excellent service!! Kind and helpful from start to finish! Clean beautiful space for lovely self care today! Thank you for taking care of my short nails, love it.

this is the hand where all the gel (for the most part) has stayed on

Okay I really love this salon so it kills me to give a low review. Most of people there are so nice and are so friendly. But some of the workers there are really bad at doing nails. I asked for a mani pedi because my homecoming dance was coming up that weekend so I wanted acrylic nails. The guy who did my nails did nex gen and then used nail polish to do the designs I wanted and then put gel over them. I had to go back to days after he did them to redo one of my hands because the gel started peeling off really bad. Now the other hands gel has completely came off but honestly I don't care at this point. Serenity is really good if you get a good nail tech so I do recommend going here but make sure you tell them what you want and if they don't give you the right thing tell them.

Been going here forever. love them!!!! my nails hqve been on for over two weeks and they still look brand new!

Broken gel nails 3 days after done

This was definitely a rip-off. I asked for the pedi and mani with the most massage..made it clear massage was my main reason for coming, secondary was how well the gel nails would last. I bought the most expensive of both, and settled in to enjoy. Literally a 3 minute massage for the legs. Less for the arms. They rushed everything and acted like they did not care at all about doing a good job of either. Now, 3 days later I have three broken gel nails! I usually go to another salon but its closed for renovations and chose this as a quick last resort. Never ever again. With so many salons, pick one that does a good job. Even goes the extra mile. Oh and I paid $150 for that nonsense.

So a friend of mine frequents this nail salon. She wanted a group to go together, because one of our friends had never had a pedicure before. I feel kind of bad that this was her first pedicure experience. When you walk in it is gorgeous. It has the look of an upscale place. It is adorned with gold fixtures and mosaics on the walls. It was packed. I walked in and told them I had an appointment. There are only 3 chairs for people that are waiting to be seated in. They were already occupied. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. They never offered for me to sit at an unused spot or go ahead and already seat me at my pedicure chair. When our party arrived we were finally seated. I always get the deluxe pedicure (usually around $35) where ever I go. I like the paraffin wax. It makes your skin so smooth. I requested the deluxe pedicure ($43) and it did not come with paraffin or even a hot towel. I then was upsold to the organic pedicure ( has the hot towel, but no paraffin). The biggest difference I noticed also is that they only rubbed my feet for 5 minutes, usually other spas rub them for 20 min. The polish that they put on my nails was applied very well. They did a good job with that. The next morning when I woke up my feet were not soft and usually a pedicure will make my feet feel soft for the next week. They were hard and felt rough again, which tells me she also didn't take off all the calluses. So to break it down: if you want to pay more money, but get less services go here - you are truly only paying for the atmosphere. If you want to pay less money, but get more services go anywhere else.

I have been fortunate to visit several times since WS Colony opened. While not a fan of their pricing, I have managed to take advantage of offers to visit. I've completed early morning, almost full days and evenings but I enjoy end of the day as I tend to towel off, head home to bathe and sleep off the day. The locker rooms are big enough to handle large crowds as I've never felt uncomfortably close to other patrons in the room. The saunas located around the property are a nice touch and also welcoming as a moderate way to dry off. For and amped up experience, ask about the soaking regimens in which you soak in different pools for energy or relaxation/recovery. The food and drink offerings are satisfying and presented well. I have not used their services, but feedback from a friend from my last visit was positive. The downside is that patrons tend to leave their cups EVERYWHERE. ALSO - they haven't figured out the pricing so we have seen many changes in structure. I will continue to visit especially since they are completing some renovations to an already comfortable place.

Each mineral pool has their own benefits (circulation, muscle relaxation, etc) and the temperature of the pools changes daily. During the weekdays, it is soothing and tranquil. However, when it comes to weekends, its the complete opposite, almost like a pool club. It gets very crowded which is fine however, people play music on phone speakers, talk loudly and it gets very messy - empty cups, towels, drinks left everywhere and it can remain on the edge of a pool for a long time. I would recommend coming during the weekdays

I've since started physical therapy, and my therapist recommended massage to help release the significant muscle tightness in my scapular area, armpit, and collarbone. Today, I had a session with Naomi, and it was an amazing experience. She truly understood my pain and limitations and worked carefully within my range of motion. I had quite a few painful moments during the session, but she handled everything with skill, patience, and care. I appreciate how respectful she was of my limitations while still effectively addressing the tight, knotted areas. That balance is not easy to find. Because of this experience, I signed up for their monthly membership and booked a longer session with Naomi. I'm also looking forward to trying other services they offer. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing--which is a huge plus for me. I do expect to feel sore tomorrow, but as they say, no pain, no gain. Overall, I left feeling grateful and optimistic about my recovery.

Julie was recommended by the receptionist since it was my first time there. I had a facial with Julien and truly appreciated her bubbly and friendly attitude -- she made me feel welcome right away. That said, the facial itself needs significant improvement. While the room was clean, my skin was not properly cleansed at the beginning of the treatment, which did not create a good foundation for the rest of the service. The overall atmosphere also lacked relaxation, which is an important part of the experience. Unfortunately, this was the least satisfying facial I've had. The treatment would benefit from a much more thorough cleanse to start, as a lot of product was layered onto the skin. The steam was not functioning evenly and only reached one side of my face, which affected both comfort and results. Additionally, the massage pressure was extremely light -- to the point where it was difficult to tell if a massage was being performed. Overall, the facial lacked structure, confidence, and a sense of professionalism. While Julien has a friendly demeanor and potential, she would benefit from more hands-on training or mentorship to refine her technique and consistency.
