I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

Had phone screen fixed. After the phone was fixed, they said the case couldn't close all the way,…read morebecause case was bent. So gave it back with case partiallly open. Phone stopped working two days later. Brought it back. The person said, they never would have done that and given back to us. Asked how much we paid to have it fixed, told him and he said they would never have charged that much. Told us to come back in 20 minutes. In the mean time another couple was there. They had a screen put on their phone. Their phone stopped working after screen was put on. I kind of hung around to hear their resolution. He had started taking our phone apart and said the cable was broken and he'd fix it for 30.00. Told him he probably broke it opening it. He insisted we dropped it and they wouldn't give a phone back if it wasn't closed.he kept making up different stories. He called someone over to help him. That person remembered us and the phone and said, yes, he left the case open because the frame was bent. Still no resolution for the other people. They had a perfectly good working phone, still making payments on it, they change the screen and now their phone doesn't work. So mall security was called. They gave the couple their 130.00 back for the screen, but said they would never give them money towards a new phone. So they went to mall security office, so don't know the outcome. So we spent two hours between two complaints. By that point, I think they wanted to get rid of us, so they put a new screen, a new cable and a new battery and wow, the phone case closed perfectly! So, it was never put back right to begin with. They kept saying their was a 90 day warranty, but kept finding things wrong and wanting to charge us. They kept changing their stories, making both customers seem at fault. The security men stayed there until we were all set. Stay away.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Brought my boyfriends XR to have it's screen repaired. Was quoted…read more$90 and it would be done in 15 minutes. Came back to the screen not done and the bottom of the phone scratched to hell. Stood for roughly 1.5 hours watching him stab at the bottom of the phone. I finally asked what was going on and he blamed it on it being a "refurbished" phone-- it wasn't, it was brand new from Apple. And that the screw was stripped. He apparently tried 4 more screws and they all were stripped as well. After this entire time, he states he is going to put one screw in and leave the other out. We were very upset and stayed that we brought a phone with no damage other than a crack on its screen and now it's missing a screw and the bottom is absolutely F*CKED. He said "this won't effect trading it in and you can paint the bottom with nail polish. Also, since I have opened it, it is no longer water proof". We asked for a discount and he called his boss, all while laughing at us. The boss said we can have $10 off and free case. He blamed it on the "lack of tools" and then blamed it on Apple specifically, taking no responsibility at all for wrecking a brand new phone, stating "you're taking it way too far". I gave the example, if you were to take your car in for new tires and the wrench took paint off; and he said "that's not even the same thing" We argued for another 15 min before finally just agreeing so we could leave. I would never, ever suggest this repair spot to ANYONE. The most shady, untrustworthy people I have ever met. Absolutely disgusting service..
