Ive had my same iPhone XR for about 5+ years now, and in that time i have broken the screen over 10 times. Every time it happened this was my go to place. I was charged no more than $100, and it only took about 15-30 minutes each time. Meanwhile other places were all charging a bit more, and said they would have to give them my phone for multiple days while they were fixing it. Wireless technologies is definitely a place i recommend! He does repairs on all types of tech too, not just phone. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. I call them inquiring about a cleaning for a PS5, its the latest model with the disc drive. Little background on the system, I bought it off of Facebook Marketplace, I tested it, everything was good to go. The main issue was that it was plagued with roaches and dust, I of course told them this beforehand, they said it wasn't a problem. So, I take it in to be cleaned, we get a ticket logged for me, and I was told he'd test it first to make sure everything worked before he could even start to clean it. Everything was good to go, about 4 hours later I get a text message saying its ready. I go to pick it up, I pay the ticket, it was $90+ after taxes, unfortunately I had my Son with me and he was running around the store, cuasing a fuss, so my initial thought was, he said he cleaned it, so he cleaned it, and we left, I should've looked at it right then and there... Once I got home and actually looked it at it properly, I noticed a few things with one of them being major... So the first issue was that, I payed them to clean it, and they barley did that... They didn't clean the console properly, or the outside plates. If you look at the pictures I attached, you can clearly see dust and dirt every where on it like they just blew out the fan and grill... I cleaned one plate with rubbing alcohol for two minutes and it came clean, so they clearly rushed and didn't care... Now heres the main issue... Whoever was responsible for cleaning it, didn't install the motherboard back in correctly, now the HDMI, Lan, and USB ports aren't fully flushed to the shell of the console... Because of it, my HDMI port is now significantly lose, you gotta force the Lan port in... Things that I would have to put more money in eventually to fix. I call them and immediately tell them about the issues, mainly the motherboard not being flush with the console. He tried to say that its "normal" and thats how they are but I told its not... I shouldn't be able to fit a penny between the Lan port and console shell. He tried to act like he didn't know what the words "flush" and "recessed" mean't, but I could clearly tell he did, so I even brung up a picture of a PS5s backside to show him the ports are supposed to be flush with the console, then I even let Google tell him that ports was to recessed, looked at the attached Gemini screenshot. Overall this was a horrible experience because they clearly didn't care about the console, hence from them not cleaning it properly so of course they wouldn't care in general. After I kept pointing out fact after fact, he pretty said f*ck me and told me to get out his store. I payed for a service that wasn't done properly and in the long run, they caused more harm essentially, I can't even play the PS5 until I get the motherboard re-seated properly.

I am not an Apple computer user, but use their iPad and iPhone exclusively. Last week I had a nasty trip and fall in my driveway, tripping and doing a full-face plant.  My neighbor was outside mowing his lawn and he immediately called an ambulance once he saw all the blood flowing from my face. I ended up being taken via ambulance to the hospital where after regaining consciousness I ended up with over 30 stiches in my face, nose, and a broken nose in several places. My iPhone was in my pocket at the time of my fall, and the screen was destroyed but the phone was still functional, although many of the items were unreadable.  Due to the severity of my injuries, I was given a head CT scan to check for a brain bleed and a chest x-ray, and as luck would have it, they also found a lump in my lung, which might prove to be cancerous (I have never smoked in my life). Having a functional phone was now a matter of life and death, as I had to make follow up appointments and needed to schedule a biopsy for my lung mass. This all happened last Wednesday the 14th. I considered simply buying a new phone (I have an older trusty iPhone model 6, which is perfect size wise for me and all the functionality I require), but instead opted to order a new screen and install it myself. I had previously installed a high-capacity battery with no problems after watching YouTube about 20 times and working carefully, step by step. Well as luck would have it, there was more damage to the interior of the phone (home button and audio cable) and due to my injury, I was having difficulty seeing clearly. Thus, I opted to try and find a local repair shop or just buy a new (used) phone, something I really did not want to do or could afford at this time. I came across Apple RX, and after reading some of the negative reviews was a bit apprehensive but felt worst case scenario, I would just get a new (used) phone if mine was not able to be repaired.  I went there this morning about 10:00 AM, and with my broken phone and various parts and screws, organized and separated into ziplocs, I asked if it could be made functional again.  The owner looked it over and within a few moments had my new screen installed, along with the replacement cables and a screen saver, all of which he did not charge me for.  The phone turned on and works perfectly.  The home button being generic does not recognize my fingerprint, but that is a minor inconvenience considering all that was done. Please read all the reviews and come to your own conclusions.  Following my repair, I was able to schedule the follow up appointments necessary for my well-being. Mobile phones have become a necessity in these times, and it is reassuring there is someplace I can trust for a fair and high-quality repair.  If I could, I would give six stars to help offset some of the negative reviews.  Thank you for all your help.  I sincerely appreciated it.

The old band would not come off. This can be a problem with Apple watch bands. I took it to Apple RX in Landen OH. They were able to finally depress the lock button on back of watch. Then, they worked to get the old band slid off, cleaned off the band slots. This was done all while I was waiting. I am grateful for their excellent work and for the referall from ATT store.
