This branch is located at 1822 Henderson Rd and sits back off the road in a strip mall. Plenty of parking, and easy in and out. There was a line but it only took under 10 mins and it is the holiday with everyone mailing packages. There were two employees working the counter and were working at a good pace. The employee I worked with was friendly and courteous and checked a couple of cards for weight for me as extra postage was required. No issues here at all, good service, and friendly employees.

But: service was good, and safe, with suggestions for how to mail my package along with warnings to stay back, use hand sanitizer, etc. I used my own pen. All in all a good experience. It's in a nice old building, which makes me wonder how it has not been reviewed yet, being in the heart of Worthington. A little street parking out front, a small lot in back. Side entrance with a ramp from the back, nice for my knees. An area with PO boxes, of course; a couple of tables with supplies; and a couple of counters. Price was reasonable for Priority Mail; I believe the large envelope was free.

The facility is clean and in good shape, fairly large for a neighborhood post office, plenty of parking, big self-serve areas inside. Two people at the three counters today, I only waited a few minutes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pickup process was fairly easy. Got a note in the mail explaining what was coming, where it was from, and the options. Had to show ID and sign, and verify address, etc. As for overall service, it has had its ups and downs but mainly been good. We signed up for emails telling us what's coming, and they are usually accurate. A year or two ago we had a long stretch when they were not- we wouldn't get mail for several days then got everything they saved up, apparently. But before that, and for the last year or so, the emails have been pretty accurate and deliveries come almost every day. I think they were shortstaffed and went through a lot of carriers. When we moved in it was the same person for years, and here lately it's the same guy. I think that helps, them and us.
