Very friendly staff here. It's too bad my first experience here came off a little bit weird on them because it was right when I moved to my home and I was very nervous that the post office lost my wall mount for my TV. Now thinking back to that, I think how silly that I was and I could have approached that situation a little differently back then. Today I learned how nice the post office staff here are and want to help you with your mail. I was just trying to mail out my wedding slideshow for my in-laws today and they were so helpful because I didn't know that the package I selected would have cost so much just to send to Cincinnati. Instead of choosing priority mail, the post office worker had me go with first class which end up costing less than the price priority was costing to send out the CD. I am so happy I came here today and can't wait for my in-laws to open up their package on Wednesday! I know they will be so happy to see our slideshow from my wedding. Well, we dealt with two different people. The first, horribly unkind and made us feel like we were literally causing her pain to be there. We are getting our passports for the first time. The sheets that I did fill out ahead of time were filled out in blue. It says black ink only on the top of the sheet. Crap! I didn't see that! I was trying to be prepared. Annoyed, she hands us new paperwork to fill out. We do, we go back in line, and are helped by someone else. He is so kind! He even says how if we had gone to him, he would have just photocopied our paperwork in black and white. UGH! So. I'm not sure how to feel about this place. We got what we needed, but I sure wish I had gone to the right person in the first place!!! read more

Used to live over here, and it's still sometimes handy so I use it once in a while. It's in kind of an odd area; especially when it was built there was nothing around, now things are filling in around it. It's in an odd area between Dublin and Hilliard, with large populations nearby, so it's an inspired location. Parking lot is large and arranged well. Service has always been good, and there's not usually a long wait. read more

Finally got the package. Had to file a claim with usps, they informed me the package was at this location. Walked in gave the tracking number and they tried stalling. "It's out for delivery, it's stuck in a bin, it's been sent back to sender." I tell them it's been 2 months since the label was created for tracking and I paid for priority. She says "well give me your phone number so I can do some research and I'll call you." No....no. It's been 2 months. Last time I left my phone number they never called and sent the package back to sender. So I said I'd wait. "Well it'll take a while." So i volunteered to call the cops and have them help look and press charges for mail theft. She leaves and 1 1/2 hours later my package is magically found. Coworker took care of everyone out front because veejay? Was missing and he told the girl helping me. She gets huffy and says "yea because I have to help HER!" And throws her hand towards me. Horrible horrible service. 2 months for a single package sent priority? Then blame the customer for your incompetence? read more

This is one of the better post offices in or around Dublin, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I rarely, if ever, have an issue The only reason I knocked a star off is because when I had an issue with an undeliverable package, I was told to go to the door to the right of the counter and ring the bell, which I had to wait nearly an hour (and ring the bell multiple times) in order to get service, at least when I did finally get service, they were helpful and gave me the information I needed read more

Friendly staff, convenient hours, central Dublin location between residential and business areas. This location has convenient hours that I can stop in before or after work without much hassle. Lunch time is a bit tricky as everyone else seems to be here too. Service is great. They are always providing explanation of best options to mail your package and if they would recommend certified mail especially when I'm sending to the government with specific postmark deadlines. read more

When I came to review I was so surprised to see negative reviews! In my one and only experience there I felt the man that helped me was so kind and helpful! I went in a Friday around 11:00 and there was no one in there he helped me chose my package and told me what option was best for me and my price range! I have had pretty much good experience in all my visit to this post-office except some couple bad experiences involving that India guy. He was very rude starting from the moment I stepped up to him. He started pin-pointing mistakes in the address label I stuck on top of my package to be mailed. He then tore that label from the package without my consent. My package which usually gets delivered in 5-7 days has not been delivered yet (after 25 days). I wonder whether he made some mistake. He started giving this big lecture of how things need to be done. Dude I am here to mail my package and you should be doing your Job instead of getting into altercations with the customers. This is a good post-office with friendly staff, again other than that Indian guy. read more

Quick pick up and service from Julian! The line was pretty short and I was able to purchase my stamps very easily.

*Five stars for the post office, one star for the Indian man that always works there. The staff at this specific post office is wonderful EXCEPT the Indian guy. If you are at the post office for something other than simple stamps purchases DO NOT GO TO THE INDIAN GUY. You will be glad that you listened to me. When I am at this location and the guy that's supposed to help me is the Indian guy, I purposely let someone get in front of me so that I do not have to deal with him. The Indian man is extremely rude and short with you. Last time I tried to use my debit card, he wanted my ID because the signature on the back was wiped off but you can still see that the signature was existent. The problem is that I did not have my ID with me. He got upset with me and went off that I shouldn't be driving without a driver's license and I shouldn't be out doing so. Good point except I wasn't the one driving! I have seen the Indian man get upset when the other associates use the post office's tape when taping down the boxes for other customers. He gets upset telling the associate to tell the customer to buy the box tape. Whatever happened to customer service? Seriously? There is no point in complaining about the Indian man because been there done that. He is part of a union, which means he is pretty much untouchable. If you look through other Yelp and Google reviews, you see that the majority of the negative reviews are in regards of this Indian man. Everyone else there has been great. I dread walking into my post office when I see the Indian man working with high hopes that I don't have to deal with him! read more

I also had a problem with the Indian worker. He is rude and inconsiderate. I spoke to James this morning who said no appointment needed for me to drop off new passport application. When I came in well within passport hours - only the Indian gentleman was there. And he said no. I need an appointment. No appointments are available until middle of next month and if I have a problem with it I can talk to James. I said "I already talked to James". He didn't care and there was hardly a line at all. Next time I'll go to Hilliard or Worthington where they don't mind doing their JOBS. Other than that guy. It's a nice post office. Just don't try to get service. I hope he enjoys his cushy retirement. read more

As far as post offices go this is the best one. It's open till 7 and the line goes quick. Although many times there isn't a line when others are completely packed or don't even have parking available. These guys have it down. read more

This week paper bags were dropped off to each resident in our neighborhood to collect food. The bag stated to please fill and place next to mailbox for Saturdays mail run and they would pick up bag at that time. I just returned home about 2:40pm, mail was dropped off and bag was not picked up. I looked around and several other neighbors still had their bags of food under their mailboxes as well. I have been trying to call this location over and over and over since they close at 3pm - no answer no matter which option I choose and with storm coming soon all these bags of food the mailman left will be ruined. Pretty disappointed dublin post office. Maybe you dont have to worry about your next meal but others do and you dropped the ball on your own promotion. read more

This has got to be the WORST post office in the country. The people are condescending, they don't care about the customers issues at all. I've had YEARS of complaints about this place. The delivery driver for my rout constantly messes up. She admitted to doing her job sloppy by just punching in codes regardless of the actual delivery. Example: updating tracking to say it was delivered to my postal box when it was delivered to the front office. They lose mail, mostly packages, more than any other post office I've been served by. I have a package delivery on average once a week. At least 80% of the time the tracking will say it's been delivered and it's not in the parcel locker or at the office of my apartment complex. The only GOOD carrier they had was a substitute while the lady carrier was out for a while. When you go to talk to them about these issues they blow you off, they are rude, they hang up on you, and often times they leave the phone off the hook so you can't even call to address any issues quickly. I have tons of notes and photos of all of the stuff I'm saying here. I can back up every single claim. I've been keeping case notes on this whole thing. I've contacted the USPS help people and they can only take notes and issue requests for the local post office to call me about the problem. At one point the Post Master gave me her direct phone number because of these issues. I'm not sure what happened to her, but by the time I had a problem again the number didn't work. I'm tired of going in circles with these horrible people. Maybe this review will help someone else. I'm not really sure what else can be done. It's like they operate without any oversight. No one is watching them to make sure they get their job done right. I even did the math on this and based on an average rout the percentage of time they make mistakes is absolutely appalling. read more

If there is any way for you to go to another Post Office I would. I just filed a complaint with the U.S. postal service over how I was treated via phone. Someone had clearly opened my mail. A Manilla envelope with the tap pulled pack, a slit made to the edge and along the crease, just long enough to get the watch that was inside. It arrived without the "opened" stamp or anything. I uploaded a picture of the envelope. I have a locked mailbox, so there is no way a neighbor could have done it. When I called the post office, the front desk clerk accused me of lying, because "they don't steal". He told me it was my own fault because I didn't get insurance on the package(my friend sent it to me!) he then refused to give me the number to customer service, and said that "this conversation was making him mad"!! Are you KIDDING me?? He refused to try to go through where the package had been or take down the date and originating post office. He said he was going to try the carrier, and then hung up on me. Twice in less than a month a package of mine has been delivered and/or was attempted to be delivered to the wrong location. One time it wasn't even on the right street! And a few times a week I get mail that belongs to a street that's nowhere near where I live. This is downright concerning and a sign of incompetence. Read the package delivery slip!! read more

Don't go to postal worker Craig. He was very impatient and confused me as to which package and form we were working on. I had several things to mail. He ripped up my forms acting all annoyed that I filled them out wrong. I decided to go to UPS to mail one of the packages after enough antics.
