Literly can't deliver shit to a simple address yall couldn't deliver a baby with a detailed instruction pamphlet

i'll have a package out for delivery at 8am and it will say it will be delivered by 8pm , well our mail carrior is to lazy to deliver . she brings the regular mail but dosn't bother to bring the packages and then it will say mis-sent . but she sits in her van for an hour on her phone but won't bring my package.. this happens all the time and it's getting old .. these businesses go out of their way to provide fast shipping and delivery but these usps workers could care less about it.. s.terrace ave. west columbus, oh, 43204 . sad but true.. she needs to stay off of her phone while working and do her job .. read more

Wow. I am COMPLETELY shocked at what I witnessed coming here. A foreign man came to send out a big envelope and his English was not good (which is perfectly okay !) and the older man named Scott that works there was very . EXTREMELY rude to this young mann. I am in disbelief. He was talking very loud and talking to him as if he was stupid because he didn't understand much English. Awful , complete awful, rude , DISRESPECTFUL UNACCEPTABLE behavior from an elder man working as someone who has to interact with customers. As someone who is also foreign I am very offended and will be contacting the manager about this . Completely unacceptable. read more

I love sending mail to family and friends and have for years, so it's safe to say that I have quite extensive experience with USPS. The employees at this location are warm and courteous, though they can be a tad slow compared to other USPS locations I've visited throughout the city. This can cause lines, especially since there is usually only one employee working at the counter. However, I understand that this is not the fault of the employees but that of USPS in general. What I really appreciate about this USPS location is the selection of postage stamps that are available. I prefer to send mail with beautiful postage, so I always stop at this location to pick up the latest stamp releases. This post office is best for quick, in-and-out business (i.e., sending a package, buying stamps...). For those who are in need of a USPS employee who can offer more service, I would recommend visiting a larger post office location for speedier service (not only for you but for others too). read more

I stopped in to drop a package off, and it was a decent experience. Right next to Lucky Dragon and Lucky's Market, so I was tempted to go to both of them. It's a small location, but they had plenty of supplies and plenty of room to move. The line was long but moved quickly (well, for a post office.) Service was efficient- not much wasted time or motion, which was appreciated. It's a bit out of my way, but if I'm in the area again I'll use this location. The one farther up High seems to be slower. read more

This is a small little post office. There is usually one person working behind the counter though if you're lucky there will be two. I think it was opened up to help take some of the overflow from the Henderson Road Clintonville location. I'm usually there in the mornings (right after it opens) or the afternoons (during lunch time) and it's unusual for there to not be a line. The postal workers are always helpful and are very good at juggling places in line so if a form isn't completely filled out you don't have to go to the back of the line. When the weather is nice, a homeless gentleman provides some color in addressing all the women as "Hey Beautiful". I don't know if he'll be there this summer or not. During the summertime the birds like to nest in the walkway ceiling so don't be surprised when you hear them singing. read more

You really can't win with USPS. My local post office in the Short North is notorious for its ineptitude, so when I decided I was going to ship a box to my sister for her birthday, I made a special trip up to this Clintonville post office. The counter service was fine (though apparently distracted), and I purchased the priority mail flat rate box, which was supposed to get to California by the 11th. After my sister mentioned that she hadn't received anything, I went online to check the status of the package and IT WAS IN WASHINGTON DC, which is on the opposite side of the country! According to the tracking info, it went from Columbus to PA to DC, then sat around until the 14th, when I contacted customer service. They finally emailed me back today, saying that the box had arrived in California on the 17th (the tracking number isn't valid anymore), and I still haven't heard if it reached my sister (almost a week late by now). I have no idea how this box got routed to DC. It's not as if I was shipping something Washington State; the zip codes aren't anywhere close, and it was clearly addressed to California. I'm guessing that someone else's package also got delayed by being shipped to the wrong coast of the continent. I'm annoyed because I paid for priority shipping, and at this rate, the cheaper first-class would have probably gotten there sooner. I may just have to go to Twin Rivers from now on. Or start shipping through UPS/FedEx. read more

Ok, I feel bad for the two women working here. They seemed pleasant and friendly so they are the reason for the three stars. Otherwise it'd be one. Line was out of control yesterday, it was extremely hot in there and it seriously smelled like rotten feet. I couldn't wait to get outside to breathe again! It's hard to fathom that the USPS is struggling with the long lines and long waits constantly plaguing this location. It's not unusual for the line to stretch nearly to the door, which is pretty deep. All of the packing materials are kinda disorganized. I suppose there's probably a rhyme to the reason, but I haven't figured it out. So people regularly get through line and end up having the wrong box or envelope they need. Fortunately, the ladies behind the counter (I've never seen a guy working it) are friendly and helpful. Plus, after they send you off to correct your error, they will let you come straight back to the counter instead of waiting through the line again. Overall, an a-ok choice if you're in the area. read more

This USPS location is very hit or miss. If they aren't busy 25% of the time you can get in and out. When they are busy you are going to wait and wait. They have shortened their hours and eliminated the third counter. When it looks like I am going to have time to watch an entire football game while waiting in line, I go up the street to Henderson and High and they are generally better. I think the ladies behind the counter are working hard, but I don't understanding closing a window down when there are fifteen people in line. I blame the postmaster for staffing issues and not recognizing that customer service and experience is still important. read more

Place is terribly slow. Only have one person working even on busy weekends. Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes to even make it to the counter. Worst part is there are other employees just standing around behind the counter when they could be helping the line. Save yourself and visit another one that is bigger with more employees to help. read more
