My nails usually last about 2-3 weeks, and I am unsure as to why these ones didn't. I spoke to Tom, and he stated that there weren't any openings today (the 23rd) and to come on the 24th, at 5:30pm. After driving 30 minutes out of my way to Nail Bar, I arrived at 5:18, to find out they closed early. I am not complaining about closing early on Christmas Eve, my complaint is that I was not informed, and he set the time for the appointment. Even stating "come tomorrow the 24th at 5:30pm." I would consider myself a regular customer, since August 2021 I have not gone elsewhere for nails. Tom has always done my nails. I may not come for a month or so, and let my nails rest, but I always come back. I will not be coming back to Nail Bar, despite how much I love how they do my nails, and how reasonably priced they are. I am in a wedding the morning of the 26th, my nails that I had done a week ago should have lasted through the 1st of the year.

The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). I also felt like the scheduling process was a little informal and unprofessional. I called and instead of returning my call, I got a text message back with informal grammar "Texting u from Bloom wellness" - it came off as sloppy.
