I have one mail carrier that is just quite simply either unable or unwilling to do her job. She frequently drives away from my mail box leaving the mailbox door open. I have found mail on the ground. She crams packages that don't fit into the box ruining other pieces of mail. I have had to have documents re-sent to me because she damaged them so badly. When you call into the post office to talk with a supervisor, the person who says they are clearly is not, because they don't know the answer to the simplest of questions and they are rude. When you ask to speak with the post master, whether by phone or in person, she is ALWAYS in a meeting. It's no wonder that the mail carrier doesn't care to do her job correctly. Indifference starts from the top down.

This was the best service I have had in a long time when Simone goes above and beyond to help someone!

I only go in the post office a few times per year, as I usually use the USPS services they provide online to order stamps and print shipping labels. But every time I have ever been in this post office, the staff has been helpful and friendly. The challenges I have seen for efficiency have all been customers. I was behind a 40ish customer who didn't know which corner of the envelope gets the stamp, and watching customers get angry about customs declarations is common. Keep up the great work Chagrin Post Office!
