Went to take things up as I always do. Older african american male is completely rude and talks down to just about any human being that walks through. Claims to know more about shipping things than Amazon and Ebay. Even have video of him claiming it. And on top of that he said my package was too heavy. It weighed 3 lbs. If that's too heavy for someone they really shouldn't still be working. Especially if they are HALF as miserable as this cranky old man. Never returning. Will be reporting to everyone that i can.
