Terrible customer service. My aunt bought an overpriced cell phone case, poor quality. Anyway, she…read morefound one online that same evening and decided to purchase it. We decided to return her other case back to Cellairis the next day. I went into the mall for her and gave the receipt and case back to the employee there who told me that she could not do returns. When I asked why she said that she was not authorized, nor was she trained to do so and that I would have to come back when they had some other employees at the store. I told her that we didn't live close and that the phone case that was purchased was for my aunt and she was returning home to where she lives and we would not be able to come back. So I insisted that something be done to help us out and she said she couldn't do anything. I insisted that she call a manager and get the approval to offer the return and she said that she could not call him and that I would have to because his number is a long distance number. So I had to use my phone and called twice with no success at all. Chris was his name and he was the manager who hired the girl at the counter. Chris, why would you leave a seemingly nice girl, untrained, and alone at your store? You are a bad manager and have set her up to fail. The girl at the counter then said that we could try and call Laura, another employee of the store. Laura is the reason I am writing this review. The first thing that she explained was that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. I read their return policy........... In order to receive either a FULL REFUND or full value for an exchange, then you must (i) be returning a NEW AND UNUSED ITEM item that has never been opened (if the item was in a package); (ii) bring the item back ONLY to the store where you purchased the item; (iii) within 7 days of the purchase of the item; (iv) with the original receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for a more expensive item than the item you had originally purchased, then you would owe the difference in price, and if you choose to exchange the item for a less expensive item than the one you had originally purchased, then you will receive a refund for the difference. For undamaged used items or undamaged items that have been opened (if the item was in a package) then you will receive either a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price (unless the restocking fee is prohibited by law) or you can exchange the item and receive a credit of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee as long as you (i) bring the item back ONLY to the store where you purchased the item; (ii) within 7 days of the purchase of the item; (iii) with the original receipt. If you choose to exchange the item(s) for a more expensive item than the item(s) you had originally purchased, then you would owe the difference in price, and if you choose to exchange the item(s) for a less expensive item than the one you had originally purchased, then you will receive a refund for the difference. Any applicable restocking fee will not apply if you choose to exchange the item for another item of equal or greater value. I was returning a NEW AND UNUSED ITEM not an UNDAMAGED USED ITEM or UNDAMAGED ITEM THAT WAS OPENED. Laura thinks she understands the policy. She clearly doesn't. Not every return should be charged a restocking fee. There are two paragraphs listed here for a reason. When I asked about that she told me that my item wasn't new because my Aunt's phone was placed into it after she had purchased the phone, by the clerk who sold it to her. The case was in perfect condition. Back to the phone call. As I was trying to explain the company's policy to her, the employee, she became rude, demanding, condescending, and finally hung up on me. The clerk at the store had to call her back to learn how to do the return. I finally said return the item and keep the restocking fee because I knew that I would not be able to return to the mall that week. One of the things Laura tried to use to justify their "strict" return policy was tell me that Forever 21 doesn't even offer returns. I guess she tried to tell me that to make me feel better that I had to pay Cellairis money to return my item. When I told her that Kohl's accepts anything back she told me that that is not even the same thing and that I can't compare their store with Kohl's. I didn't know Forever 21 was a cell phone accessory store. News to me. To the girl who couldn't process a simple return, find a new job. It is clear Chris and Laura don't care much about you when they leave you untrained to handle the everyday situations that a person in your position should know how to take care of.

This place is great. Especially if you want to get a new but used phone, get home with it and think…read moreabout how easy that was, get it activated, then wake up the next day and have your iPhone Flash the blue screen of death for like 6 hours , while wasting all that time on the phone with Apple, but no fix . It gets better: That same day you drive 60 miles to take the broken phone back, thinking that it's just a coinsedense and you'll be able to make the next one work , (silly assumption on my part I guess). You arrive and the service is terrible, the worker is complaining about how she was supposed to get off of work 5 minutes ago, doesn't help you whatsoever, complains when you ask to see a certain phone, rolled eyes when you ask a question, and doesn't know a damn thing about the products she's selling .. Then finally you will pick out a phone that you fall in love with, you will think that it was just a one time thing (high hopes?), you trust them when they lie to you , and get home and try to activate it, then BAM. your carrier will tell you that the phone is not unlocked and it still connected with someone else's account and that there's no way you can activate it..... I drove over 200 miles for this to happen , then I call to talk to manager, no one would answer for an hour. When I did talk to someone, that could have cared less, (who was unhelpful and uneducated and useless to me for 1 minute), I dropped the call and lost connection to wifi, (because I was using an App on my "basically new phone") and guess what? No answer from me now.. They must not like being called out on their B. S. Don't trust them .
