It sits on top of a bed of flavored rice from the slow roasted juices of the lamb. Wow, just describing it makes me wanna go back as soon as I can to have it again! We also got the Flat Bread that was baked in a flame oven with melted butter . It was so crispy but chewy and lite.. SOO GOOD!
