I've lived in the bay area for abotu 20 years, and now am in the central valley. I've moved at least a dozen times both in CA and cross country, and this company is hands-down the best moving company I've ever worked with, from start to finish, with zero hyperbole or hesitation. My first contact was quick, easy, and reassuring. The owner got on the phone with me and saved me probably 10k because I was used to getting hosed by other movers, and was ready to rent my own 26' box truck, hire movers for the labor, and do my best. He's got EVERYTHING. Literally a one stop shop. You'll save money. You'll save headaches. You'll be so happy to hire these guys. my wife and I have one move left in our lives, hopefully, when we buy a home. it will 100% be done by M&M movers, hands down. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism, their efficiency, and their real care for our belongings. Nothing was damaged. They even remembered which rooms things went in for the stuff that wasn't labeled. WHO DOES THAT??? Young men who care about service do. These guys are it. Seriously... This is your moving company.

The only thing that Edgar's Moving Services had to do was to take care of the big furniture, all the small stuff was taking care of already. Knowing that my wife and I did that to save cost, they still went ahead and retapped the boxes my wife and I took care of, so I got charged for that. Long story short there were 3 of them so my wife and I fed them lunch showing our appreciation. They charge by the hour so I felt like they took there time cause the move started @ 9am and was not done til 2am in the morning! Then the payment came and it was outstandingly expensive! I spoke to other relatives and friends and they also said that's to expensive! Also there was damaged boxes that was not brought up to my wife and I and a very expensive WATCH that is missing! One of the boxes that was damaged was very expensive china ware, folding tables broken, I also have a shelf and when was putting it together it was missing a part and there the ones who took it apart! This was the worst expensive move and experience my wife and I ever had! Next time we will be very picky on who we will use in our next move! Definitely not Edgar's Moving Services! Don't let the stars fool you! So I give ZERO Stars!

Detail-oriented, explained the process fully and understandably. (We needed two phases of moving & storage--one to clear room to have a living estate sale and then stage & sell the house, and one to clear it out once sold so we could look for another.) She understood exactly what we needed and had experience with the same process. She set us up with Kiki to do an initial walk-through and give us an estimate for phase one. He was friendly and cordial (we hit it off due to our being fans of the same NFL team) and thorough. He made notes (by hand--old school!) of everything we needed to move & store. Within a couple days he sent a full and very detailed estimate. While we ended up going with someone else (due to reasons of logistics and convenience--we're moving out of state but found a company who could handle it end-to-end with the same trucks and people--it was a very tough decision!), I would not hesitate to call All-Star again for an estimate.

His initial quote was appealing, which prompted a home visit to assess what all was being moved and ensure he had the right number of staff/equipment. We ended up paying a little more than initially quoted, but given the amount of large items we had and distance, it was justified. The day of the move, Robert and his 3 staff arrived on time ready to work! We were thoroughly impressed with how the truck was packed, how quickly the guys worked, and worked well together. No major damages or broken items. The guys hauled ass in 105° weather and were all so kind, courteous, and professional. Robert was very communicative from the beginning to the end. Although we don't plan on moving for a while, we highly recommend The Precise Movers!
