Had to wait for repair. Truck had low tire, needed replaced. Had wheel bearing go out on trailer during the trip. Our reservation was for 8:30 am got a call at 8 wanting to change the time to 11. Was then told they could get it at 9:30. Truck and hauler still not there. Got another truck that was on the lot. Car hauler arrived at 2 pm. Person at the pickup location went to move the truck without checking and snapped the brake line. By 10:30 pm we were still waiting for the tire to be replaced. 7am went to see if ready had tech come out he checked tire pressure and it was low. He assisted with loading the car. Got on the road at 10 am. Leaving indianapolis getting to Elizabeth Town ky and the bearing went out on the car hauler. We stopped at a gas station, called roadside assistance someone came out in 30 minutes to tell us it was the bearing and we needed a new hauler. We waited from 2:00 to 6:00 to find out the replacement car hauler is snowed in. Now they are looking for another one. Finally received a call back saying it could be another 45 minutes to 1 hour to get here. I would NOT!!!!!!!!! recommend anyone ever use this company.

I'm very clear on when I ask " unmount, mount, balance + tire specs ". I was very surprised when 3 other shops in the area were reluctant to do it unless I bought tires from them and their quotes were ridiculously high (and my baseline pricing is based on California prices). Not long after we were billed for e-tolls on that car as it made its way across the country from where it was exchanged ( eventually we were refunded on those charges.) We rented again through Costco travel this summer at this location and again the check engine light came on early in our trip. After calling roadside assistance, It was allegedly arranged for us to take it to the closest airport and a rental exchange would be available for us. When we got there, they had received no such information and only had a pick up truck available. They also billed us as we did not fill the gas tank on their shaky car on the way to do the exchange. The Philadelphia airport Budget staff were unprofessional, rude and not one bit concerned for our safety. What a disaster for our family with only the uncovered truck bed and a ten hour rainy trip home. We had to buy waterproof bags and straps to make it work. When we got back to this location, the staff member was able to adjust the gas charges from Philadelphia and give us a small refund on our rental to cover the supplies needed to secure our luggage in the truck bed to get it home. She was apologetic and recommended we call Budget customer service for a further discount. While we appreciate her willingness to help make this situation right, we cannot in good faith recommend this location to others.

It drained my battery completely and I had to buy a new battery. I spoke to the manager Tony r. And he was very rude and he cussed on the phone with us and also didnt take ownership or accountability for his actions when we tried explaining our situation to him. The FIRST truck I had broke down one hour from starting out on a 11 hour trip. 2. Road side assistance arrived 45 minutes later. "Fixed the problem" 3. Got back out on the road again and it broke down again. Giving us just enough time to get off the highway. Called again and they acted like they had never spoken to us and we hadn't called roadside before. 4. After about waiting an hour in the car for roadside to come again. It was about one am and I called to complain. They said the road side guy was going to be late and that they would PAY for a hotel and any expenses from the problems we've had with them. So we walked to the hotel. 5. We left the keys with the front desk for the service guy to work on the truck. I get a call 5:00 am saying that the truck needed to be driven to the Penske shop in Columbus. 6. So we take the Penske truck to the shop when it opened on to find out that it would take too long to fix so they would have to trade out trucks and all our stuff. 7. So we waited 4 hours for the "credible" people they hired to move our stuff. They broke the filing cabinet, bent a handle on my dresser, and DENTED my 100 lb safe. How do you dent a safe? I found all this out after we moved into our new place 8. So we finally got back on the road again. We arrived too late to sign for our keys to our apartment so we were forced to get a taxi to a hotel and stay at an hotel for the night. Thank god my apartments understood and let us wait another day to sign. 9. The next day we move in and go to drop off the truck. I was told I was going to get my expenses paid for there. The drop off location was a Home Depot. And they said they couldn't do anything. 10 so I call a number I got from a operator and get the mannassas VA direct #. I get ahold of a guy named Henry Udoh. He says that there is no notes or anything on our policy saying we had any problems. 11. I tell him to listen to the recordings and he'll hear it all. I had to call him every few days to check up on how it was going and he kept avoiding me. After about three weeks he finally said they would pay for our hotels and the taxi but nothing else or even give us a discount on our truck rental. No $ for damages. Nothing. 12. Two weeks later after Henry Udoh said he sent the check in the mail. It has yet to arrived. I've called twice with no answer and a girl named Tiffany answers and says he's "out on the lot". He never calls me back and I'm the one who has to do all the work. I am fed up with this company and I should have just taken them to small claims in Pittsburgh PA. I cannot stress enough how sketchy this company is and how they don't even know how to take care of their trucks. This isn't just for Manassas but any Penske dealership nationwide. I called and wanted to file a complaint. And the operator looked up the truck rental and policy. There was still no notes of any problems or any damages that we had to go through. Not only that but because I had to spend two days driving in a truck instead of one. I was sitting for too long. I got a pain in my leg. It was so bad I went to the hospital. I ended up having a blood clot in my leg. I have to be on blood thinners for the next three months and I am out hundreds of dollars even after insurance. Please do not use Penske. If you do make sure you get all of your problems in writing and if you have to put a holding payment on the truck make sure you get that back because I still am waiting for the $150 to go back on my card. In total this place has probably cost me hundreds if not a thousand dollars that I wasn't expecting to have to pay. And they think that 345.45$ will make up for it. I moved March 2nd of 2016. Returned the truck on the 5th of March. It is now April 25th 2016. And I haven't seen a penny and I've had to fight them every step of the way. I will be writing to corporate and my step fathers company that uses Penske is reconsidering. They probably rent five trucks a month. So they will be losing some business. STAY AWAY!! Even if they are the cheaper option there is a reason for it! You will have problems and it's not worth it! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We have a very heavy 73" bathroom vanity with the carrara mable top and double sinks already…read moreinstalled that had to be moved from our garage to the bathroom. It had to go through a wooden privacy gate, a patio door and stood on end to get into a hallway and bathroom door. At our age it wasn't even an option for us to attempt so I went directly to Yelp. I pulled up movers under Yelp, of course, and called three or four movers in the area. Bellhop charged by the hour, didn't seem dettered by the weight or standing on end and was available when we needed. Bellhop texted and emailed a confirmation and reminder while the lead mover introduced himself by text and confirmed the arrival time and exactly what they were moving a few days before. The day of the move they arrived separately and promptly, both were dressed appropriately (pants weren't down past their booty), polite, they worked well together, were careful and listened to suggestions my husband had without taking offense. We've had to move several large items into our house and knew what would work. We ended up having 3/4" to an 1" head clearance going through the bathroom door. They handled it like troopers and nothing was damaged. The move from start to finish only took an hour and 15 minutes. The bathroom vanity had no scratches and the marble top was in perfect shape. Bellhop doesn't provide furniture or appliance dollies unless you're renting a truck. We provided both for the movers but they weren't neccesary. They just carried the bathroom vanity and handled like pro's. If I need something moved again I won't hesitate to call Bellhops Moving.
