When I went back the second time, only part of the issues were corrected and they hadn't even bothered to clean their paint marker marks off the vehicle. I decided to go ahead and take the vehicle because I had zero confidence in them correcting the issues. Upon leaving, I realized they hadn't even reconnected the headlights to the wiring harness.

They took their time to try various solutions before writing up a quote and charging for any labor. I ultimately decided not to pay for the service and see if I could get a better price elsewhere. However, Tom still came up with a temporary fix, and said the quote was good if I ever decided to come back.

But, I received honest answers and was even shown pictures of the Freon on everything under the hood. They fixed it in two days and were good at communicating. I still thought it sounded off so I took it back two weeks later and they were able to determine that the blower is slowly going, but they said they would just wait until it stopped working since it's still doing it's job, just makes a little noise. I appreciated the explanation they gave me and they made sure I understood. I felt like they really didn't want me to put more money into my jeep than necessary and you don't find that kind of service very much. I will definitely go back!

Once I left the facility my car started acting weird, my check engine light and my auto LSD light came on. I ended up stopping at Jiffy Lube and they noticed something was not plugged back in. They told me they had no clue why they would even touch that and that could've been a lot of damage to my engine if I would've driven further. They also quoted me higher price ($80) on my oil change when I had a coupon that stated it would only be $59. This facility needs to work on getting more professional workers.

Honestly, I can understand that attitude. The guy has been there 30 years, knows the vehicles inside and out, and has to interact every day with idiots who don't know an alternator from a disc brake. And he's supposed to do it with a smile on his face while treating the idiots like respectable human beings. Tough job. Still four stars and I can recommend.

They showed zero remorse and even held my registration up longer by not giving my wife and I the basic docs until we drove 45 minutes there and back to Westfield to pay a tax. I was grateful that Felipe's tire shop got me in the same day and patched up the tire that did in fact have a nail. It was fairly priced.
