We rented a typewriter for a great price to give our wedding save the dates a vintage touch. Very nice to work with.

I gently put in a resume to desperately seeking jobs. I hadn't been there snce the pandemic. Its my first time back in a long while. This place has a huge parking area. As you walk inside you see so many iasles of various things , Laptops , Computers for sale . They hsve a copy machine area but the prices are various in nature depending how much you can pay . They have iasks for writing utensils , notebooks , Spiral notebook folders , Date books , Computer room Chairs To computer paper, To Journals staples for staples, To printers fr sale to printer inks and more . They sell batteries at various prices to poer up keyboads and more.. they have so many ither things there like school supplies for kids for what They need from elementary school kids to high school and college kids . Which makes things easier fir them to be ready . This place offers memberships to ong term patrons . That way customers get certain special discounts there . When people need help with technical assistance staples responds to people's needs immediately . I love the customer service this place provides and the knowledge what customers need and get it for them. They have great staff and management here . Im hoping they give me a chance for jobs there soneday . I want a place I can feel comfortable in and call home . If you love this place as I do , This lace is for you . We all look forward to seeing you all there very soon . Please people bri g back your patronage back rl stales to give them your business again . Im willing .iwant thr job there without being judged or used bad politics against without seeing what I can do ss a great asset to them . I hope they give me a chance .

Update: After I wrote this review. I knew that I could not let it go (it took me years to learn…read moreto stop letting companies "keep" my money when I was given the runaround). I contacted BBB, but the response from Staples was the same and I kept having to respond or my case would be closed. So I sat and thought about everything and finally decided that I would contact Office of Consumer Protection for my county. Thank you Attorney General!! (I am SO grateful to the Office of Consumer Protection, Attorney General's Office.) I reached out to OCP, provided my evidence and the AG reached out to the parties in my story. On July 16th, Amazon contacted me with notification that my $89.49 would be returned to me. To all that may read this. This is my story, my opinion and facts as it relates to me. If you find yourself in a similar situation, and you feel all Hope is lost. Do NOT give up. Just remember to have all your documentation, and present your evidence. Me, I have learned from my own personal experience. I will only use companies that provide me with a tracking number. No matter what they say to me. No tracking number, my item(s) will NOT be left. End of story! The only thing I hope with regard to staples is that they WILL amend the way they do things and provide the consumers with a tracking number. All of this would have been avoided.

Overall, the process of picking up my items was fast and easy. I only had to show the attendant my ID, and I was well on my way with my new clothes. One tip, you might wanna make sure you know how many packages you are expecting because the attendant might not be sure. However, I will say that I really appreciated that the attendant double checked several places to ensure that I was picking up everything. The only negative of my experience, which is not the fault of the UPS Store, there is no free street parking. If you are driving to pick up an package or to use any of the UPS Store's services, and are cheap like me, be sure to bring someone with you. That way you 1. can park closer to the store and 2. will not have to pay for parking. That said, parking isn't super expensive in these parts. It was a bit annoying to go through the rigmarole of dealing with the parking app to pay for 10-15 minutes worth of parking.

Customer service isn't their strong suit. Dropped off an Amazon return which lack tape on package…read more It was on the box delivered from Amazon. The (Asian-China) man, working, advised it's the responsibility of the customer to tape boxes. The guy then offered to sell me a $6.99 roll of tape or he'd tape it for $2. Appalled, I request to cancel the Amazon return & I'll return home to take the box. Listen all, it's the principle. Dude made me leave the store to return with the box taped. Where is the customer service here? Why not advise of the discrepancy, as a one time courtesy, tape the freakin' box. My stars!!! It would have saved energy, time & perhaps a repeat customer. These days, luv our immigrants but hate most arrive without hospitality knowledge. It's weird. Wish things were different or the old days when people looked out for people.

I needed to return an Amazon package and this was where I had to do the transaction. Honestly…read moredidn't know they did this type of thing, but it was the only nearby option I had. Weird, because I have done returns before to Amazon at other locations nearer to my apartment, but this one made me go here. I always forget that there are more stores in this are than just PG Plaza. Especially on this side of the street. Not knowing where to go exactly when making my way here, I ended up using GPS, luckily for me, it took me right to the free parking garage attached to the building. Be mindful when parking here, be aware of your surroundings and where the stairs/elevators are. I say this because, in a most likely scenario for you, the elevator will be out of order and you will have to use the stairs. The higher you park, the more stairs... I finally make it to the front door of Staples after fumbling with having to open doors with a large package in my hands. First thing I noticed is that there is not very clearly marked signage. When I paused and looked around and employee shouted from the print area that I needed to make my way to the returns area. I had no clue that is where I needed to drop off my Amazon package, but so it was. When I approached, the lethargic employee just stared at me, didn't say anything. Waiting for her to speak, and nothing. I then spoke up that I am here to drop off my Amazon return. Never having to do a return at a Staples before she expected that I would know what to do automatically. In a gruff voice behind a mask she demanded the QR code needed for the return. She then asked me which one is this for? Uh, the package right in front of you. Yes, there were two items in the box, they were exactly the same, but she didn't take a moment to even look inside the box. Once she got going, I watched to make sure that my items were properly processed. I watched her smoosh them into a box that was way to small for the both of them and then was handed my receipt that they were received and processed. I held my breath until I got confirmation from Amazon that the return was received. I'm hoping I don't have to go through this process again any time soon. If I do, it will not be at this location.
