On a whim, I drove out to Springfield in response to an ad they'd posted on Craiglist. This place is fantastic! It's full of QUALITY office furniture -- desks, bookcases, chairs, etc. -- in good, clean condition. (There was some dust here and there on a few pieces, but nothing you wouldn't expect. Plus everything is shined to a sparkly clean before it's delivered to you.) Everything is neatly organized, so it's easy to browse and find exactly what you need. I ended up getting not just the bookcase of my dreams, but also a Steelcase adjustable desk chair with lumbar support. Even better, the price I paid for these two pieces together was a mere fraction of what it would have cost me to buy either one of them brand new. Best of all, there was delivery right to my door for a modest fee. I highly encourage anyone looking to outfit a home or commercial office to stop into Celio to check out what they have to offer -- attentive but pressure-free service, a clean showroom, reasonable prices, affordable delivery, and quality pieces. P.S. It's a little confusing to find when you drive into the parking lot. You basically have to go all the way around the back of the building to find Suite B.

I…read morewas surprised to find that the Big Box office supply stores only sell very basic office chairs (with height and full-seat-tilt adjust only), and nothing like what you'd find in a real office for an employer that cares about employee comfort (with back height, back tilt, tilt lock-in-place, arm rest height and angle, etc adjustments). We decided to check out Celio, and found a great chair for $75 that was much better than what we'd get for $250+ at a Big Box office supply store. While we were there, we picked up a heavy-duty filing cabinet. Prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since this is used furniture, the stock changes rapidly, but there's a lot of REALLY high quality stuff here that's in excellent condition. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Whether one is a dabbler, enthusiast, newbie, collector, or heavy duty daily driver, they have all your bases covered. The pricing of the pens was reasonable for what they were with both affordable and ultra-exclusive luxury options, and everything in between. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for anybody who still uses a pen or even those who simply wish to gift one to someone they know who does and will absolutely be returning, though I'll have to exercise some restraint due to how tempting I know it'll be to get something new.

Alina and another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn't get asked us easy questions and pulled out so many different pens for us to try based on our answers and how we felt about the pens she had pulled. She was determined to help us learn what we like in a very low pressure but enthusiastic way. I also didn't feel any pressure to buy anything or spend more than I wanted- Alina was clear on letting us know she didn't want us to feel pressured to purchase and she wanted us to find what we actually like! I ended up leaving with only a new ink to try, a preppy for my partner, and a couple free pen holders! I also feel like I learned so much more about what I like and am looking for in a pen and that's super valuable to me- I know next time I visit I will be way more prepared to find my next pen :)

The big chain office supply store where I usually go was closed, in fact all of their branches were closed. I did a search and this place popped-up. It was well worth the 3 Mile drive to come here and take care of my business. I also received a little help from an Associate who directed me to their self serve copier and printer, and she gave me some basic instructions. There were a few customers in the store which shows that life goes on, even during a national holiday. Had I not been able to print what I needed, there would have been drama tomorrow morning, as I don't own a printer.

I came here for walk in balloons at the Party City and couldn't even place my order at the that register because it was broken. The lines were growing so long: only one person behind the register for both check out AND returns?! The supervisor was just answering questions. I told him that people were growing frustrated that there's not enough help at the front end, and he was dismissive of my concerns. People were walking out because they were done with the line. If you're looking to make a purchase, be wary of registers not working and willing to wait 30 minutes to make a small purchase that should've been a quick 5-10 minute errand. If management is looking to keep customers, install a self check out line or hire an additional employee or two and pay them well. UPS side: Happy returns are wonderful. Never had an issue with them. If you have an option to make returns with them, go for it! Fast, easy, what my staples experience should've been from the scenario above.

I'm ashamed that I didn't get the name of the gentleman who asked me if I'd like coffee when he dashed out for Dunkin Donuts. So much kindness and flair from all. David Silber, a vintage pen restorer and seller, was setup with a table full of the most fascinating pens. He let me try over a dozen, I'm sure of it. I walked away from his table with 5 new friends. In situations such as these, I sometimes wonder if I'll experience condescension. I'm a woman with a fair knowledge of fountain pens, but I definitely wanted and needed guidance. I never once felt awkward or met with anything other than exceptional, attentive service when necessary. Everyone inked up anything I wanted and let me scribble away for a couple of hours. Bert switched around nibs for me in a new Regatta and let me know what sorts of rose gold nibs I could get for another pen I bought. He also special ordered me a Pilot Vanishing Point, and while it might be logical to send it directly to me, he's going to look at it first before sending it my way (I live in Colorado!). I drove all the way down to the office (over 20 miles) paid for parking, took the pictures and emailed them to the guy. I followed up with another email, then a phone call. He didn't have the decency to return my call or emails. A complete waste of my time. Wouldn't consider using them at all.
