The team took my ideas and helped refine them into something even more beautiful than I imagined, and they carried that same thoughtful design seamlessly through all of our day-of stationery. Everything felt cohesive, intentional, and so uniquely us. We received countless compliments on both our invitations and our same-day paper goods. Guests commented on how beautiful and elevated everything looked, and it truly set the tone for the entire celebration. Beyond how stunning everything was, these are keepsakes that I'll cherish forever. Looking back at our invitations and wedding paper instantly brings me back to one of the happiest days of our lives. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm so grateful they helped create such a meaningful part of our wedding.

Great for stationary and books. Good location in Georgetown. They helped me try a new tea I…read morewouldn't have normally purchased. I was chatting with the staff for a while about tea. I've really gotten into loose leaf tea and I think they were surprised by my knowledge (not trying to brag or anything) but sometimes I would ask a question and get a pause or something. Nowadays there's so many great small tea businesses to order from online with so many more unique blends. However it's nice to still shop in person and see the tea. This shop doesn't have an online website and they don't sell online. If I wanted more tea I would call to order and have it shipped. Which for a millennial who prefers to deal solely online is a lot of work. They didn't have as much tea as I would have hoped for especially in terms of flavors. Mostly just plain teas. The lady recommended a mango black tea they call Mango Mist. Unusual brewing instructions. She told me to heat my water to 190 for a black tea which is far too low. I tried both 190 and the usual boiling 212 and much preferred 212. Keep in mind temperature varies for what kind of tea. Pricey for loose leaf compared to other small businesses but it is in downtown Georgetown. I'm not local and I don't think I'd be back even if I was but it was a fun experience.

It's a beautiful bookstore, expertly organized, and very spacious…read more Best-sellers are easy to find, displayed in the front. There's a wonderful children's section on the 2nd floor. Don't forget to take some time to observe a huge replica of "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", a well-beloved children's picture book. It makes for a fun photo op, I think. There's a nice YA section with a sizable manga inventory. My son was so taken with manga, filling sketch books with manga-inspired drawings for years. Politics, sci-fi, travel, history, sports, personal growth, romance...it's all here, and much more. There's a cornucopia of non-book gift possibilities too. An easy 5 stars.

I know I have not been to Georgetown in a long time but I had no idea there was a Barnes and Noble…read morehere. I love big bookstores and this place was amazing. They converted an old historical building into a large bookstore. As soon as you enter the store you feel the classic renovation and great vibes. Other Barnes and Noble have the same regular retail feel but this location has a vintage originality that you don't find anywhere else. There were three floors filled with books of varying types. It was surprisingly filled with college kids and tourists who were in the area. I was like a kid in the candy store. I went from browsing nonfiction to graphic novels to self-help books. I was able to find a seat and spend my evening going through a good classic self-help book. The only downside was that it was almost nine and the store was closing. I had to head down and make my way out. I wished I had a longer stay in DC to come back here. Most of the Barnes and Noble stores in my area were closing down so it was great to experience a classic bookstore again.
