All the design elements were beyond our dreams, I had the bride glow for weeks thereafter. All elements were planned and executed for our outdoor wedding with the highest level of professionalism, reliability and amazing grace. Our day would have been so different without them. The tablescape: greenery flowing garland with flowers and vintage crystal and gold & crystal tabletop chandeliers were gorgeous. Our couples table was amazing as well. Amal and her staff made sure we felt this day was truly our day, Taking away so many levels of preparation and stress, made the day smooth as silk. Especially dealing with all the vendors and guest. Very attentive. The entire event was filled with extra touches including the cake table and buffet stations. The lighting was perfected from the ceremony to the ceremony at night. Even with the downpour of rain, the design elements were adjusted accordingly as if we planned it that way. Special touches and design elements were throughout from the bouquets, ceremony platform, water feature, gazebo/bar , tent dance floor/ & table designs. The two arch designs for the ceremony were flowing with cascading flowers and tulle. Made the ceremony so dreamy. Even the lanterns designed with lighting, cascading flowers and ribbons... In rating Yamal Events, the message appears WooHoo! As good as it gets! This is exactly how we felt, except, it was beyond good. Dreamy

I guess I didn't respond in a time that was convenient for her? The messages that followed seemed really pushy and a bit rude. I said that I no longer needed the services and she called me "Stupid." Personally, I had to do what's right for myself and the energy wasn't right so I didn't want to book. It's as simple as that and my decision should have been respected as a customer. Glad I followed my gut because I know officiants can't legally charge more than $50 for the service but this company quoted me $100 for some obscure travel fees. Edit: I added a screen shot of her calling and two angry voicemails later...threatening to sue me if I don't take down my review. Personally, I'm not even mad or upset. I'm happy I didn't book her and I want others to be able to make well-informed decisions based on my truth. That's the beauty of all this. Everyone has their own experience and we are able to talk about it respectfully.

From the very beginning, Shann was incredibly patient, responsive, and generous with her time. She answered all of my questions promptly and walked me through the different package options, helping me choose the one that best fit our event. Before the party, she even visited the venue in person to plan everything out, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the day of the event, Shann and her team were fantastic. They worked through several thunderstorms, going in and out of the rain without missing a beat. The decorations turned out beautifully, and our guests loved them. The photo booth was definitely one of the biggest attractions of the night! At the end of the event, the team also arrived early to handle the cleanup, which saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort. Shann worked with our budget and gave us a great deal. We had initially estimated around 200 guests, but luckily Shann's experience really showed. After visiting the restaurant and following up on the guest count, she prepared for the venue's full capacity instead. We ended up with a full house, and without her foresight and the hard work of her team, the party wouldn't have been nearly as fun, seamless, or memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend J Double You Events!

When we became engaged, we knew we wanted more than a wedding. We wanted a chance to thank those who have offered us their love, advice, and support during these 8-tumultuous years. After our first call with Laurentis , we were confident that they understood our unusual ideas and our goals. And our ideas were unusual. The central theme, a French Inspired Organic wedding, had raised some eyebrows, but it was embraced by the Savvy Orchid team. Their enthusiasm with our vision gave us the confidence to fully pursue our quirky ideas, and their blunt honesty ("It's not going to happen") reined us in when we went a bit too far. They put together a dream team of creative and ambitious vendors, each of whom were a perfect mix of quirky and professional. Though we were on opposite ends of the country at times, it was easy for us to stay on the same page with Laurentis via email, text ,phone calls and FaceTime (yes, FaceTime). Due to scheduling restrictions, we had to cram vendor meetings into four short trips. Despite the hectic schedule, they were endlessly patient and always on top of what was happening. We were so confident with Savvy Orchid's progress that halfway through we asked them to plan a small, game-themed, bar hop bachelor/bachelorette party. As luck would have it, on the evening of our party an epic rainstorm blew in to ruin plans and prevent half of our friends from attending. Rather than succumb to defeat, they still made the wedding a HUGE success. The guests who could attend still brag about the party to anyone who will listen to this day. When the wedding day itself came, to say it was more than I expected is an understatement. Every phase of the wedding was amazing. Though there was a minor hiccup, nothing distracted us from having a wonderful time, appreciating one another, and sharing our love with our family and friends. During the wedding, a relative told my partner, "I feel like I am in your dream!" Laurentis and his team brought us closer to those we love, and that is a debt we can never repay

We had SO MUCH FUN on our wedding day, thanks to them, and experienced zero stress. They're a blast to work with, and everyone who's seen our pictures and heard about our "pop-up wedding" has been impressed and enthralled with the whole concept. I'm so glad I read about it, because it really is an innovative compromise between the big traditional wedding and the courthouse elopement. We knew that neither of us wanted the former, but I also knew that aesthetics are important enough to me that I wouldn't have been totally happy with the latter either. A pop-up wedding was perfect for us. Other awesome things: - We got our wedding pictures the next night! It was crazy, and such a nice surprise! Usually people wait weeks for those. - My husband and I are not photogenic. We're just not. But you would never guess that from our wedding photos. Maggie had a way of bringing out the best in us. We were so comfortable and giddily happy and stress free, that--not trying to sound vain here! it's a testament to her photography skills!--we look amazing in those photos. - The cake they provide is phenomenal. I didn't care about cake at all, but this was SO GOOD!

Before Andrew, we were wracked with anxiety. There was so much that we didn't know, and yet there was so much that had to be done. Immediately. And while we knew that we needed help, we did not know where to turn. So as one does, we picked up our phones and looked towards Google. Andrew Roby Events ("ARE") was at the top of the list for event planning services. After scrolling through ARE's website, reading articles about Andrew's background, watching his inspiring videos and - most importantly, looking at photographs of his work, I just knew that he wouldn't be available or would be out of our price range. After all, it was clear that he was a giant in the industry. There was just no way! But I crossed my fingers and sent an inquiry anyway. I was gobsmacked to receive a positive response and to hear of his willingness to schedule an exploratory Zoom call with us to discuss our needs and wants. Things changed after our first meeting with Andrew. My fiancé and I had been lost in a thicket, but Andrew took our hands and led us to our destination. Not only were we granted complete access to a wedding database (that helped us track deadlines, our budget, and guest list), but to Andrew himself. He coached us and helped us to formulate our vision for the wedding. We told him our dream, and he not only designed (YES: HE DOES THAT TOO!), orchestrated and executed every detail - he exceeded every element of our fantasy. I've included pictures that not only showcase the beauty that Andrew created, but that also show the love that he gave us through his work. Kevin and I will forever be grateful to Andrew. What he did for us, our family, and our friends can never be repaid. He is, by far, the best.
