Once I viewed the locks they had, which were many choices, I finally settled on one and went to pay at the register. After getting the item, I noticed the package might be a bit difficult to open and asked the employee if there was something to use to open it and without hesitation, they opened it for me, which I certainly appreciated. When I applied the paint to the wall, instead of being China White, a standard color, it showed up as being very yellow. I went back to the store and was told that because they had to mix the base to create the standard correct color, they would have to charge me again.
