Two stylists eventually came out, but neither acknowledged me. When I kindly greeted them and mentioned I needed to be checked in, they proceeded to take two other waiting customers. When I asked if the salon was running behind, I was told that they were short-staffed and that I could either wait or rebook--without so much as an apology. I ultimately waited nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being taken back. Throughout the experience, the staff was curt and condescending, which was both surprising and disappointing. I've been a loyal Drybar customer for over ten years and have visited locations across the country. This was by far the poorest experience I've had. If a stylist was unavailable, I would have appreciated a courtesy call so I could adjust my plans accordingly. I have now reached out through multiple channels -- including private message, email, and the post-visit survey -- and have yet to receive any response.
