The chicken is great. Don't get me wrong.,…read more (something to take note of before reading this boneless wings cost less than the bone-in wings and you get much more meat from them then you do on the bone-in wings) I got the -wings of fire -cheesling wings (ordered boneless the lady taking the order put in bone-in) -cheesling fries The wings of fire don't come in boneless for some reason. This is a downside, but they are very good one of my favorite things of them is that they have the perfect amount of spice to get me out of my comfort zone, but not be torture me.(I have an above average spice tolerance.) Cheesling wings. I normally love these things, but I normally get them in boneless. I asked for them boneless to the person taking orders. I got home and realized I hadn't gotten boneless (also bone in wings cost a dollar more. Yes, I was charged for bone-in wings. I looked at the receipt.) Cheesling fries. These were ok, but I don't think the cheese powder added much (it was very sweet. Almost gross but bearable) to them next time. I'll probably just get the regular fries. I will continue to eat from here. But I will be contacting the store tomorrow about my wings not being boneless. The ambience was OK multiple televisions playing multiple different programs and a nice looking bar. Another problem was that Maps app says that this place is open till nine but my friends and I got there at 8:30 and the person working upfront said that we have to order takeout and they don't serve food in front past eight

Each of my friends got different flavors and we ranged from boneless to bone in. I got the galbi flavor wings and wow the smokiness of the flavor was my favorite part. Being someone who loves spice however it wasn't as spicy as I expected it to be. The tteokbokki was the perfect amount of spice (I do wish there were less fish cakes and more of the rice cakes). The waitress was working hard!!! It seemed like she was the only one out front and she ran the place well. She greeted us as we walked in and was very respectful throughout. Plenty of seating available and also options for pick up. The bathrooms were also pretty clean (except bring napkins if you hate air dryers like I do lol).

The chicken is hot, tasty, juicy, and meaty. Although we didn't get it this time, one of my favorite sides is the honey roasted carrots and Brussel sprouts. Lots of sauces are provided for the chicken and fries - green is a bit spicy while the yellow sauce is mayo-based. Delicious!!

It helped to get us through the shut-down lock-downs of the pandemic! I had the veggie burrito and flan. Both were absolutely delicious! I also love their green beans, mashed potato, and other things you can put together in a veggie sides dish -- you get to choose four. It's great! They have mac and cheese, too .... I really enjoy the food but of course, it's the art that drew me in the most in the first place -- even when first seeing it online years ago, I found the look of the logo to be very visually appealing. As well, this is much of what I so liked during my first dine-in experience. The only thing I didn't like was that it was rather loud. Well, it also happened to be very cold but it was very cold out that night and I was stuck wearing warm-weather clothes from the warmth earlier in the day, so ... it was a bit uncomfortable but also, I was having to consider someone else's comfort who found it to be much louder & colder ('freezing,' in fact!), than I did. The metal chairs are rather hard. There are booths with soft cushions, too -- so you have your choice. The coolest thing is if you're a fire-lover, sometimes they cook with what appears to be a flash-frying method and the flames are really big and bright -- so cool to see! If you eat with your eyes, there are many visual treats to be had here! If you just eat with your mouth, there are plenty of tasty treats! It's an all-around, all-over taste and other-senses sensation! (Filling, too -- I believe you will not leave here hungry!) Overall, I highly recommend it!

We got the fingers (medium), the waffle fries, the mac and cheese, and for myself, the chicken sando (hot, without the pickles and slaw, which is probably sacrilegious to some. Good, quick service, the place was a couple of steps above a normal fast food place (very clean compared to other places; music was a titch loud but not obnoxiously so), and the touch screen order system easy to use. And now to the food. First off, the spice levels are no joke. My spouse got through a finger and a half on medium before quitting, though they found it more manageable the more they ate. The hot is HOT, it definitely grabbed my attention. But it wasn't overpowering and didn't detract from the flavor of the chicken. And that chicken is GOOD. Flavorful, juicy, good crisp. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had, hands down. The waffle fries were good (slightly soggy); dipped in hangry sauce they were very good. Really liked the mac and cheese; cheesy, good texture (better than other places mac and cheese). Wasn't a huge fan of the Texas toast but I had eaten quite a bit by that point. The spouse really liked the pickles that came with the fingers. We will be back again (though dropping down the spice level).
