And indeed he was! Elias met us on an expedited schedule and he worked promptly with a deep attention to detail. He identified every little issue and gave us an extreme amount of comfort. He even fended off an annoying seller agent that ambushed him towards the end of his inspection and tried to get information on Elias' findings before he even discussed with the client (me). Sadly, he scheduled the wrong day and my agent went to the property and basically wasted the trip there since we had to reschedule to the next day. For me this wasn't a big deal since I didn't go out myself, but I felt bad that my agent wasted his time. Elias was very apologetic and even bought my agent a gift card as an apology. He totally owned up to his mistake and for me that speaks volumes about a person. The actual inspection was pretty good as far as I can tell, I'm not an expert on these kinds of things but the report was very detailed and had a lot of photos. He flew a drone up to the roof to take a look and even pointed out minor details like staining on the carpet that I honestly didn't catch when I saw the property myself. Seems like he used infrared to check for water leaks when inspecting the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. In terms of pricing, he was one of the more expensive options but given the level of customer service he provided and the quality of the report I would say it's worth it. Overall, the experience with Elias was very positive and if I ever need inspection services again, he'll be the first I call.

He was very kind and patiently explained the process to me, a first-time homeowner. He was efficient and very thorough and was able to go through our 1600 sq ft single-family home in 1.5-2 hours. At the end of the inspection, he summarized his findings and gave his recommendations on the repairs that should take priority. He sent over a detailed report a few days later that included pictures and descriptions of the things to watch out for and what should be repaired sooner than later. It was a pleasure working with Titus Inspections and would recommend Dean to anyone looking for a home inspection by someone they can trust.

On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! Absolutely TERRIBLE and bad business!!

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. One talent Denise and the team had was to sort through so many options and bring to me what I liked without too much distraction. The design process began with computer graphics showing us our new bathroom in simulated 3D, continuously modified to reflect our maturing design goals. During the material selection phase, Chelsea guided us seamlessly from faucets to bathtubs to medicine cabinets to lighting. They stayed with us every step of the way, respecting our preferences, but providing their collective experience with our choices as well, sometimes causing us to re-think the options. The construction phase, though necessarily inconvenient, was conducted with immense respect for our privacy and need for cleanliness and order. That was Ryan's responsibility. Using CD&C was the most pleasant and productive contractor experience we have ever had.
