Such good beer! And a great atmosphere. Customer service is great and very friendly. Due to COVID, you need to have a mask on at the entrance or when you're up and walking around, heading to the restroom. Otherwise no mask at your table. Nice to have parking available too! My wife and I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon to check it out. She tried the blonde which we both liked...ask for a slice of orange or lemon in it! I had the brown ale which was really good. On a hot day, sit at the cool stone bar, on a chilly day, sit at the wood topped tables :-) Either way you can bring your own food to enjoy with the beer and let your kids run around this very local, very family friendly place :) read more

The wife and I go here at least 3 to 5 times a week. The beertenders are so nice, they always are quick to greet us and always have a great conversation to carry sitting bar top or at the tables. It's a high end hole in the wall bar. We were introduced to their beer at a beer fest fundraiser for wildlife. The owners were at the booth and invited us to their bar. The bar is hidden in the middle of a neighborhood. They don't serve food but you can bring food in with you. There is a pizza joint next door. They have pretzels and cheese curds and that's it. When we walk in, it is surprisingly quiet. You can hear people speaking but they are not loud or obnoxious. It wasn't a meat market or a place for alcoholics to hang out everyday. If you're looking for that type of bar, this not the place for you. It had its own unique vibe that I have not experienced anywhere else in this state. People came in with friends to enjoy the beer. It was laid back. People truly came in to enjoy the beer. I am not a beer drinker like my husband. And I especially did not drink dark beer. Not until I tried their dark milk stout. I think I drank five glasses. They also give back to their community. They do a lot of fundraising for different organizations. This place is a gem. I was disappointed by my visit to Two22. It's a very nice tap room, and I can tell they put a lot of thought and hard work into it. But almost all the beer is very hoppy. If you prefer that kind of beer, then you might like it a lot. I just think a brewery ought to offer more variety. A couple examples from Two22 are their Blonde, which has an IBU of 51. That is VERY high for a blonde. And I thought it was odd that they refer to a beer with a staggering 94 IBUs as a "session" ale. I understand that session is often more of a reference to the alcohol content than the flavor, but it is also applicable to bitterness. By that standard, 94 IBUs is about as far from a session beer as you can get. I feel bad giving this place such a low rating given the quality of the tap room and the friendly service, but I just want people to know what they're getting into before they go. Like I said, if you like hoppy beers, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of better options in the metro area. read more

I've decided to update my review because I've never been so disappointed in a local brewery. My husband and I walked in tonight, (a Friday night) to a room that was not even half full, and we were not greeted. We sat for about 5 minutes and watched three other couples walk in and get their drinks and we still were not noticed. Twice, an employee walked to the tables closest to us to get the tables their new drinks and we still had not been acknowledged. We decided to leave and never got a goodbye. We are very disappointed to say that we will not be returning. read more

On a recent tour of breweries in this part of town, Two22 was our final stop (of 4). I don't know if it was because I had already tasted too many beers, or because their beers just fell a little short for me, but I didn't love this place. We ran tastes of everything they had on tap, and nothing stood out to me. I didn't dislike anything, but I wasn't excited about any of it either. I did like the space, and that they have a few food items (like hot pretzels!), so I likely will be returning to give them a second try. And I'll even give them the benefit of being my first tastes of the day rather than the last on my next visit :) read more

I want to like this place - I really do, primarily because there's nothing else around us in terms of decent beer and it's really close to our house. However, my god, they need to rotate their beers more. Every time I go in there it's the same old beers - still looking at Boo 22 pumpkin ale in late March. Their website is out of date, saying their current tap list consists of over 30 beers including more interesting options like saison variations. This is not the case. So far, so good for this new brewery located in a Centennial suburb. We stopped in on week two of their grand opening. I was particularly excited to see Two 22 open because it's within walking distance to my house. They made a good choice with this space, especially with the large patio that will be great for hanging out in the summer. We opted first for a sample of 5 selections: two IPA's, a Porter, a cinnamon, red ale and the milk stout. By far my favorites were the two IPA's. I loved the Session with its grapefuity undertones and found the Simcoe IPA very drinkable. The stout was smooth. We didn't care as much for the red ale as it felt off-balance to me. But, for only $6, you can sample any five beers and figure out your own favorite. The other cool thing about this brewery is that for every $10 purchased, they donate $2.22 to local charities. The owners and staff are friendly and will take the time to talk about their beers, the brew industry and anything else you care to chat about. If you live in this area, this place is definitely worth checking out. read more

The only reason this place gets two stars is the friendly service and overall taproom layout. I'm sad to report that this is within walking distance to my new house, but I still wouldn't walk here again, unless I was feeling masochistic towards my taste buds. I've judged homebrew beer worse than this swill. Maybe it's the cheap "made in China" transfer hoses they're using or just the fact that they can't brew, period. Came here this early afternoon to enjoy a new brewery in our neighborhood. It was fairly quiet when we showed up and were easily able to snag a seat on the patio (there are only 8 wonderful deck chairs at this time). The patio was super quiet, even of street noise, and we got some nice sunburns. I opted for the wheat beer as it had a lower IBU than the blonde, which I would normally go for. My husband tried the same and we both thoroughly enjoyed them. My husband tried the blonde and chocolate stout as well. The blonde had a super hoppy taste and aftertaste to it, which we were both a little iffy on. Otherwise we enjoyed our beer and look forward to our next visit. There are various themed nights and promotions throughout the week. They have revolving food trucks in the parking lot too, in case you get the munchies. read more

The bartenders forgot about me tonight! This place is normally 5 stars. I ordered a beer and she forgot me and 10 minutes later a nother got me my drink. I've been trying to cash out not for 20 minutes and they wont even look at me. I think at this time of night if your not a regular your not good enough..... so at what point do you be rude? Finally they came to cash me out and they had me under a different name at 8 drinks and I only had 4. I guess it sucks being a customer and not a regular. The beer was good as normal.... read more

I'm not sure how this review slipped through the cracks I've been here several times and I really like it. The beers are great, they have a cinnamon red that's not only original but truly delicious, and my runners up for 2nd place are the Simcoe IPA and the milk stout. I've also tried the root beer and that's especially tasty as well. Their patio is nice and large and the offer cornhole for those interested in activity drinking. The people who work here are very nice and seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing. What makes it really stand out is the charity donations. $2.22 out of every $10 made gets donated. That's a great gimmick. I'll keep coming back as long as they keep making Red Cinnamon. Cheers! read more

They have house made root beer! It tastes like a cross between root beer and sarsaparilla but closer to the root beer side. Their beer is equally wonderful! Don't miss out on the days that No'Ke Aloha food truck shows up too. Their wings and pork fried rice go really well with the selection of beer they offer! I am having the Holiday ale, which is nice (I like hat they share the IBUs on their beer list, as I really don't want anything over 30 ;). A quiet place his is not, at least not on Friday, but it is comfortable and friendly. This is one of the pubs on the Aurora Public Library's craft beer tour. 05/01/16 Stopped by to celebrate Orange Theory and tried the spring warmer...I am not a fan of dark beers, so I was a little worried when the pour was dark brown...but I was surprised to find a delicious multi-faceted beer. This place is super close to home and makes good quality beer. Simcoe IPA and the red cinnamon are my favorites! I'm a picky beer drinker and I like the quality of this place. I agree with another reviewer about having more seasonal brews but they are new and just getting going so it's understandable. The one seasonal melon beer was egh. I love their atmosphere too. We have a 14 month old and between their patio and lounge room we can have an area for him to run around. Yes I'm a parent and a beer drinker, we need to get out with our kid once in awhile and have met some other great parents here too. I know giving them a good review may add more people and change this fact but they deserve it. The charity aspect is wonderful too! Way to go! read more

We love this place. The beer is delightful and the staff super friendly. It is so close to home so super convenient and family friendly. There are games and they serve root beer too which works for my kiddos. I love that they support non-profits and donate portions of their profits to make our world a better place.
