This was my second time coming here as I just moved down the street from this place, and I was disappointed with my nails this time. I came in for SNS. As you can see in the photo, you can clearly see the grow-out line from my previous set underneath the polish. It doesn't look like the old growth was properly filed down and blended before the new powder was applied, so there's a visible line across several of my nails. Also, when filing my nail, he hit my skin on a couple of fingers and laughed it off, but it was unprofessional. I expected it to look much smoother and more seamless, especially after paying to have them redone for $72. I will not be returning.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.
