The worst botox experience. If you want to waste 550$ on…read moreforehead botox this is your place! Botox shouldnt cost this much first of all, I got hustled. They charge per section rather than units. Find a place that charges per unit, becuase everyone is different when it comes to the amount of units needed. The gentleman who administered the botox was MR DEPEW. He did 2 sections, my forehead and 11 lines. He is clearly VERY INEXPERIENCED. He injected way too much botox, and it caused my eyebrows to drop dramatically. He hooded my eyes so bad, I could barely open them. The skin is sagging so much, that my eyelashes began to hold the skin up. I've been in pain, I can barely open my eyes, they're so heavy, and I look 20 years older. They sag so much that it start creating bags under my eyes. So instead of having a flawless look from botox, I've got extremely hooded eyes, and look sooooo much older. I should have ran out the door when he was manically telling me how he injects himself with botox all the time. He seemed a little to excited to be doing the treatment, bc he put way too much in my forehead. He told me after he injected me if there was an issue he would give a free touch up to fix any issues. 9 days after the botox, I called and drove 90minutes to come in and express my concerns, I showed him how bad it was, and started tugging at my very saggy eyelids. I was in tears. I told him how much pain I was in, and asked if he can raise the hooded eyes, even just a little. He said he wouldn't do anything about it, and he put too much botox in, and wouldn't put that much botox in next time. Well there won't be a next time. I called again at day 14 bc of the anxiety and pain it was causing my eyes. I was told he would call me back. This was on a Friday. And of course he never called me back. So they closed for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday. Monday I got a call from them saying I could come in and speak to him about it again. I respectfully declined at this point becuase I do not trust MR DEPEW at all to ever touch my face. Especially after he blew me off, after he promised the free touch up. He didn't keep his word. So now I'm out 550$ with my eyes looking like this for 3 months. This is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend this. They may do better work in other areas, but what happens if a problem arises, like it happened to me. Do you want them to blow you off and let you suffer? THEYRE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but once they have your money, your nothing to them...You would want someone who will correct the issue, and not act manic when injecting botox or giving you surgery. I cant even imagine letting this guy give me surgery. That's a HARD NO FOR ME. See photos below and you can see the skin overlapping. The photos that are flawless are BEFORE BOTOX. The hooded eyes are AFTER THE BOTOX. UGHHHHH ITS HORRIBLE. Please don't give these people your money for botox.

The first time, they treated me on an IPL machine that targeted brown spots. I noticed the effects right away, with my freckles appearing darker before they eventually came off a week later. During my second appointment, they booked me with a dual IPL machine calibrated towards both reds and browns. This also worked well with my skin. Since I am of asian decent, I am of higher risk of side effects when IPL is not administered properly, so the staff was very careful and considerate. Pain wise, I would rate this treatment a 6/10. Not pleasant, but not traumatic either. Forewarning for those considering IPL to target redness and spider veins: while you might notice a decrease in redness, my aesthetician informed me that this effect is temporary! Eventually the veins will resurface :( Both appointments were quick and easy, and I am very satisfied with the results. side note-- this is definitely a side effect, but I also noticed that the hair on my upper lip was zapped away and never really grew back post-treatment. I'm horrible with names but my Esthetician explained every step of the way and made sure I was okay during the treatment. She provided post care instructions and what to be aware about. I look forward to the next 2 treatments. The process of IPL isn't painful. Keep in mind I'm a HSP and I just found it to be uncomfortable and literally shocking.. that took me a few times to get used to it. (Please Google what IPL is) PROCESS: 1. Put hair cap and goggles on.. 2. Esthetician applies a clear thictk substance, same stuff used during ultrasounds, on to your face. This ensures..there's some extra padding between the laser light 3. She then explained what it'll feel like and what she'll be targeting first. She got all my sunspots and veins. Then forehead area. Though it zaps at one area it hits surrounding areas as well. IPL feels like a bunch of thick rubber bands hitting you. Despite goggles/ eyes closed... Is extremely bright. In the blackness of my eye..all I saw was literally the boom emoji. You guys might chuckle but I'm serious! That emoji and the yellow and orange is what I witnessed. My Esthetician was extremely detailed and also knowledgeable on various skin types/sensitivities. She applied Aloe on my face after it was done. 4. She explains my post care needs and what to avoid. 5. She took me to the front to book my next appointment with additional notes for appointment. I would estimate a half dozen times. I screamed after the first shock and spasmed involuntarily. Was given more lidocaine injected and then was shocked again. Then second one almost made me pass out, but the doctor just powered through and kept doing it despite my spasms and screams every time until the cauterizing was done. After the stitching was done the doctor paused at the door and said "sorry about that I guess we hit an exposed nerve" and then disappeared. I've filed a complaint with the georgia state medical board.
