This place is great! Right now they have a special for $49 for 8 sessions of laser hair removal. On on the discount sites, they best you can find is $99 for 6 sessions on a small area. That's a $50 different and two extra treatments. ALSO, they offer free touch ups for two years just in case any hairs grow back. Beth is very nice and made me feel very comfortable! It was done in about 5 minutes and didn't hurt. The place was clean and comfortable. It is just one room with a little foyer to check you in or wait if you get there early. Beth was very easy to talk to and I would recommend this place to my family and friends. The best prices in the city by far! They even have a deal for $999 unlimited hair removal for 2 years for your whole body! If I had the money, I would have done that without a doubt. No idea how long those deals will last, so hop on it! I have felt welcome every time I visit this location. The staff are very friendly. The only problem I have is the location is this office itself is difficult to find inside of the office complex. Having a more prominent sign on the building may help. Aside from that the actual location on the north side of Atlanta is very distant for me, because I live on the south side. If Laser Logic had various locations around the city, it would be more accessible. I would get more done if an office were located closer to me. read more

Laser Logic and Beth (the owner) went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Years ago my sister purchased a Groupon from here and I got pregnant soon after. I was able to utilize about 1/2 of my coupon, then I was no longer able to continue. They allowed me to return after the baby was born and I was finished breast feeding (I didn't want to take any chances). The process was hassle-free. Although I did not see any results the initial sessions upon my return, I continued to go. Recently, I have stopped growing hair in this area and I actually did not have a need for the services anymore before my coupon was complete. BURNED. . . that will be the title of this post. I went to a session recently and you might as well say my face was seared off. LOCATION: New location in East Cobb, not too far from the previous place. The office is much bigger, it's located in the very back of the office plaza . SO this is what happened..... :::::Before/During the Treatment::::: Previously i had gotten pimple bumps after a session so I stopped going for awhile, but I have several sessions left and am going on a vacation so I decided to go back, this time requesting that they be "safe" etc. My laser technician inquired about my bumps and I told her they had gone down a lot. (I had called them about it after it happened and they weren't able to give me any advice.) She then began to laser me... and at the end of the session my face was burning bad, more than the normal. I looked in the mirror to see a bunch patch type bumps on my face, I inquired with Beth, my tech, about it and she said it was normal and that it's in fact a "good sign"... she said it means that your skin is absorbing he heat and that it would go away within the hour. I told her that I've never had those before ever and she insisted that everything was fine. As I continued to look in the mirror I just saw how messed my face and neck area looked, this was the worst. So I asked what level she did it on, she stated the maximum setting because "you're pretty dark". Umm okay. :::::After the Treatment::::: They don't provide you with ice here... which I think is a vital mistake. However, knowing this I brought ice and an ice pad. I sat in the car for 30+ minutes after the sessions icing with the AC on. I had these bumps on my face, there was burning, and I wanted to do all I could to avoid acne pimple bumps again. The patchy "heat absorbing" bumps went away in about 2 hours. My pores opened and I got a middle of the cheek big pimple like bump, and other smaller one an hour or less afterwards. I continued icing and AC blasting that night. Didn't work out or anything as to maximize my healing efforts. A burn scar ends up appearing on my neck. I hoped it was something that would go away, but its gotten worse. You can see the pictures. They BURNED me bad... real bad. I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake, but she used WAY WAY to high of setting on me, especially on someone who specifically asked for a "safe" session. Previously when asking for a safe session the woman who did, younger medium brown-complexion black woman, she did a lower setting... not this time. I got FULL blast deep, reckless skin-searing laser removal. :::::My Advice:::: Proceed with caution. These aren't nurses or dermatologists. Speak up and ask questions when something just doesn't seem or feel right. Be very observant of your skin. Make sure to ice and keep cool. My sister got laser done years back and it was done at a spa with doctors. They were very careful about the sessions, and a lot of the people their were also "women of color". I think Laser Logic should put some time into learning what works best for different skin types and colors. Just being black or a woman of color does NOT equal using the MAXIMUM setting on a machine that's already meant for people with dark skin (the Yag Laser). Complexions range from a light tan to literally almost black. I have a chocolate complexion and the Maximum setting literally burned me and my skin is literally coming off (the scabbing from burns). I wanted to give them another chance and after one safe treatment I figured I could... but no. This place is DANGEROUS and unsafe. ::::More info:::: Like others I also suffered from random acne pimple pore-opening type bumps after I a session in which I save before (morning). It was horrible... HORRIBLE. After several months my skin isn't as bad, but I still have the dark marks from where the pimples were. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have called me multiple times to reschedule because the laser machine was down. When I tried to find an alternate time it was 3 or 4 weeks out which pushed it to the next month. I had a 2 year unlimited package but what's the point, when there is no availability. They have used the wrong laser on me before, which explains why it was extra painful as well as the skin discoloration afterwards. I was happy going to the original location in Buckhead since I lived in Midtown, but then they moved to some sketchy building in East Cobb. They also cut their business hours, which means I can't even go after work. I want to give them a 5, I really do, however after session two I just can't. PRICING: Pretty good, thanks for always having a great deal and the free touch ups for 2 years. They honor their coupon prices in the office too. :-) LOCATION: In the cut, but convenient enough for me b/c its between work and home. It's basically of Rosewell Rd, in the Tuxedo Row area. OFFICE/AMBIENCE: It's in an older building, at first I didn't think I was in the right location, but I was. STAFF: Everyone has been pretty much cool and friendly. WHY 2 STARS? Because they don't properly instruct you on care after you get laser. My first session I hadn't shaved anything and I iced after. And my skin was perfect! So smooth, I was so happy! I came back 6 weeks later... this time I shaved before like she told me in the last session. (I shaved the morning of). When I came in she saw that I didn't have any hair, I told hair everything was perfect. I let her know that I shaved that morning, and she replied that I should have shaved the night before.... but then she proceeded to laser me anyway. Afterwards I iced a little. Now, after getting it I have bunch of bumps all over.... on my sideburns and cheeks. I don't get bumps on my face, ever! So I know its from these treatments.... even my pores have gotten a little bigger... my pores are always small. Little heat bumps and some are pimple like. I am SO UPSET. This is my face. MY FACE we're talking about here. They should have clear directions and instructions and not do the procedure on anyones face who hasn't followed it directly. They should also buy face ice masks in bulk and offer them to clients for like $5 or $10. And they should stock ice and zip lock bags and give them away to clients afterwards even its just the small snack size bag. LASER LOGIC: Email out care instructions before and after sessions, so that people have constant reminder on what to do. Also, give away snack size ice bags this way you know you've done your part and you'll have more happy clients. MY SUGGESTION to EVERYONE: (especially women of color) - If you're getting your *face done don't shave before coming in, let them get all the hair... yes there will be a smell and little white residue that was your hair, but that's fine. T - Purchase a face ice mask, that's what I'm about to do now. Put this on immediately after your session. -If you forget to bring ice, stop at a fast food spot and ask for a cup of ice and just start putting that on your face... something is better than nothing. - If after the first session you don't have any growth, don't go back.... until you do. I do not think it was wise for me to go back, my skin was baby smooth--- perfect after session 1. Now, after session 2, I have little bumps in places I've NEVER had them in my life... in my life! I'm sharing this in hopes of saving many others from having to go through what I am. I pray to God I'll be fine, I have hope and faith that I will be. But I don't want other women to have to experience bumps after getting laser hair removal. UPDATE Nov 23rd: 3 weeks later and my bumps are still around, but not as bad.They come and go, very randomly. I have had to stop wearing makeup all together (I never wore a lot anyway, just a little, but I can't even do that). I have to follow a strict cleansing routine each morning. I know without a doubt that my new found bump, dare a say acne is a result of my Laser Logic treatment. I love Beth! So i have heard mixed reviews about LHR in general and wasnt sure how many sessions or how comfortable this would be but decided to try it here. I am a naturally brunette, wavy hair person--not that hairy and with olive skin tone so i figured prob 4-6 sessions would do it instead of 8 which is typical i heard. Let me say, i have had 2 sessions on my armpits and bikini and ALREADY I see much much less regrowth--its incredible!! My legs have had one session and grow back much slower --amazed to see results so quickly! And Beth does the sessions fast as well. She also makes you very comfortable--bc lets be honest--unless you are Jenna Jamison--getting in position for a brazilian laser removal is not so exciting LOL. I love this place! I saw the package deals on groupon at an amazing price but if you call them, they'll also honor the price in-house as well. Heather was SO great and took the time to ask all the right questions and was very precise to make sure we got everything zapped since you have to come shaven. Anyway, I've been to other laser hair removal places in the past (like ideal image) and laser logic has the top of the line machine - it's strong and hairs popped up out of my skin as soon as the laser beeped! I am giving you this review after completing my 6th laser treatment! My results are amazing from the first time I completed my first treatment I notice a major different, so much so I added a second treatment area. It is not very many times you look forward to going to an appointment that you are going to be zapped with a laser, but the staff is so wonderful I actually do. I absolutely love these ladies so much and feel very comfortable with them, which is a must considering they are in intimate areas of your body. My biggest concern was, it will not work on African American skin, it will hurt, or it will leave marks. None of these things were true; the pain was about a 4 on a scale of 10. I had my upper body done, neck to waist. Beth was my aesthetician. I am dark skinned and used the YAG laser. I have had laser hair removal before and the laser used by Laser Logic was much more tolerable. I did not have any irritation afterwards and the pain level was very low. In the past, on my underarms and neck, I'd be flinching, yet this did not occur this go round. Beth was very professional and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. This is the third place that I have tried and I wish it was my first. I have had my back treated at two other places only to have it slowly come back. The first place had old technology was painful for the first few treatments. They got newer stuff before my treatments ended but were out of business when I needed a touch up. The second place had new stuff but a couple of years later I needed a touch up and it was $80. I figured for a little more than two treatments there I could be things done for good at Laser Logic. I have been with Heather the most and she is great. She asks questions and makes adjustments between treatments. The other techs are great too. My last treatment will be soon and I am very happy with the progress. Give Laser Logic a try. They are pretty conveniently located in Buckhead but be mindful of the traffic in the area during lunch and afternoon. It is in an office building for now but it looks like they are growing fast. Dana does my treatments and she's always very friendly and positive. She talked to me the whole time during my session and helped me relax. I will say that I am ideal candidate - very pale skin and dark hair. therefore no problems at all. they always run a groupon and price really can't be beat. I would have liked to send an email complaint but could not find an email address so Instead I am writing my complaints here in the hope that the owners see them and make some changes. I have been coming here over the past year and have had an average experience. Initially I was very pleased with my treatments but this has gone downhill. Today was the tipping point! I have different techs all the time and some are great, while others are hideous and cannot wait to get rid of you. I got a call 1 hour before my appointment asking if I could come in earlier because they had some cancellations. Unfortunately I could not because I was at work. I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment and was rushed into a room and told to get changed out of my clothes. Once ready I was then asked to move rooms. Problem number 1: I was given a broken pair of protective goggles that had a big hole in the left lens! 2: The technician (who i'd never seen before) proceeded to ask me how many appointments I had had. I told her 11-12. She then kept asking questions about what package I had purchased and when I had purchased it, and that I shouldn't be coming for full sessions. Instead she said only touch ups. It is not my fault that my hair is still growing in 30% of the areas! Sounded to me like she wanted a quick session because she had somewhere else to be! 3: The technician got a few spots on my legs and was randomly zapping areas, she was clearly in a hurry and paid little care/ attention to detail. She also missed spots where there was visible hair growth. 4: She advised that I should not shave for 1 week before the visit - every other time I have been advised 3 days, there is absolutely no consistency in their quality of staff. 5: After 10 minutes of randomly zapping she said she was done. She packed up and then proceeded to empty the trash cans while I was getting dressed. She also didn't offer me any aloe or mention after care. I left and walked out to my car - she walked straight out behind me with all of her belongings and left for the day. If she had somewhere to be I would have preferred my appointment to have been cancelled and rescheduled. Instead I wasted my time traveling to the office for a wasted appointment where the tech was reckless and in a hurry. read more

I have already been to multiple laser locations, and I never knew just how much of a difference the equipment and the technician can make on the pain during treatment and the progress after. I was shocked by how painless it was here (magnitudes better than NYAH- I hardly felt it). Every time I go it's a new tech who don't know my correct settings so I had to speak up to make sure they know what they're doing. The owner contacted me to beg me to stay because of their mess ups. I have just had my initial consultation and first treatment for laser hair removal. Both visits have been great so far. My initial consult was quick but all my questions were answered and the staff was very friendly. My first treatment was scheduled for the next day. I was of course concerned about how my skin would react and fortunately not only was the experience relatively pain-free (just a bit of discomfort on certain places where the laser gets close to the bone) and irritation was minimal. I was given some aloe gel to apply afterwards and the redness was gone by morning. I`m so glad that I have decided to go this route and am looking forward to seeing the results. read more

They are located on the back side of some run down office buildings. At first, I didn't think that I was in the right place. My "consultation" wasn't a consultation at all! It lasted about 10 minutes. She walked me to the back, asked if I had any questions, and did a test spot on my arm. They didn't ask any health or medical questions. They didn't tell me anything about the laser or how it all works. How am I suppose to ask questions when I know nothing about the procedure? They are all about quantity and not quality! Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. After that consultation, there is NO WAY that I am going to this place! I'll pay more to go somewhere professional and informative. read more

Very pleased with my results. I started over 2 years ago before the move. I saw immediate results and added packages. Quick in and out, online scheduling available. Sometimes hard to get appointments but you can schedule your next session when you leave, just bring your calendar. My only complaint is having a different person each time. Which served as a HUGE inconvenience for me, as I must drive further to continue my laser hair removal treatments after I bought the package while they were at their Buckhead location. Their prices are great... especially if you get the Groupon/ discount site deals..... I am on my 4th round of treatments and have yet to see results. I have light skin and dark hair (which is IDEAL for laser hair removal) and I still have to shave. The last tech who did my services stated that it was because the settings on the lasers were not correct for me and that she would fix it. Lets hope it starts to work! Overall, the people are very friendly. Wait is usually less than 10 minutes. Scheduling is easy.
