Look; I was raised in the Rio Grande Valley and I know Tex Mex grub and this place was AWFUL! I ordered the Guiso plate and got chopped fajitas with salsa poured on it! ( Guiso is slowed cooked beef tips in brown rancho sauce!) we also ordered enchiladas.....awful! Avoid this place at ALL costs! To say Taco Bell is better than this place says ALOT! I've been going to Two Senoritas for years. We've always enjoyed sitting out on the patio and having drinks. and the past several times we've been, the hostesses were extremely rude and did not want to seat us or they would tell us their are no more tables. When in fact we walked right by the patio entering the restaurant and noticed there were several tables open. This place has really gone down in service in the past few years. Really hope they get this problem resolved! read more

My husband and I just had lunch here. Waitress was new. We will give her that. Food was good. About half way through the meal my husband took a bite and pulled a toothpick out of his mouth! It was inside the burrito. We told the waitress and here comment was " I don't know, I am not the cook". Someone else took the toothpick and said she would handle it. We were never approached again until we were brought the bill. It could have handled a better way. We just hope the toothpick wasn't a used one! read more

I cannot figure out how anyone gave this place a bad review, it was great! Our waitress was great, they were incredibly accommodating for kids, and to top it off, the food was great! Possible the best Queso Blanco I've ever had in my life. My food was delicious and I am looking for an excuse to have to drive back through TX just to stop back at this restaurant. read more

If you like food that taste like it comes out of a can, you'll like it. If you don't, don't waste your time. Employee's at front counter were rude, had a don't give a s**t attitude. We had take out so we could go to a park and eat, no napkins and no silverware. I think the only reason the parking lot was full was because of the bar in a dry county, it can't be because of the food and great customer service. Won't be going back. read more

Two years later and not much has changed. The chips seem to have went from flour to corn. The salsa was decent - not too hot and laced with the occasional burst of cilantro. I ordered the tortilla soup but they apparently got it mixed up with Qdoba's Mexican Gumbo and added a few cups of rice. It was pretty bland and I didn't find any chicken in it. read more

The language was offensive by bartender who had a lot of negative things to say about "white people" I ordered cheese enchiladas and there was nothing inside of them...literally....it was a hard tortilla with cheese sauce on top and no filling, very disappointing. We've been here before, and the food has always been good, but there comes a point when bad service, bad atmosphere, and poor menu descriptions ruin what would otherwise be a good review. it was a cool night outside, so we were hoping for a warm restaurant to sit down and eat at. Instead, we were seated under the AC vents that seemed to be on Arctic Blast mode. We sat and ordered our drinks and both kinds of queso. I ordered the regular chicken guizo plate, which is described as fajita meat chopped and covered in ranchera sauce. It failed to mention the pepper and onion chunks (literally, chopped-style chunks, not small salsa-style chunks), which I specifically was trying to avoid by ordering the guizo plate! Another member of our party ordered a crispy chicken salad. She asked for French dressing (which was on the list of dressings) and received ranch dressing, so she repeated that she would like French. The waitress disappeared for a moment and returned with- wait for it- Italian dressing. When told that she still hadn't gotten it right, the waitress said that they didn't even have French! So, our fellow party member settled for 1000 Island dressing. The food tasted good, but with our bodies frozen from the AC and the various ordering mix-ups, we walked away unsatisfied. Finally, during a series of trips to and from our table, it took three to four trips for her to realize I needed another Pepsi, even though she had already delivered fresh teas during one of the previous trips! Afterwards, she said thank you for being patient with her, but that only calls into question whether she was new and wasn't being trained properly or if she was just a bad waitress trying to pretend to be new. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Chicken fried steak was tender, but very salty. Gravy tasted like raw flour. Service was poor. Never got a drink refill. Had to go to the cashier and have them track down our server to pay. Not a good first impression. read more

Disgusting! Don't go there for the food. Atmosphere is decent on the patio except you are forced to walk through a cloud of smoke. Guacamole is a flavorless green mush and I spit the tamale back out. We asked the waiter his favorite food, chicken fingers, he should have followed that with don't touch anything else. We informed him, as did the signal of pushing back barely touched plates, that the food was gross. He was gone for a long time after stating he would speak to management but then returned with our check. Management never bothered to speak to us. We just had one of the most unpleasant dining experiences. My wife and I, as a matter of expediency, placed our drink and meal order when our waitress appeared. As we sat there, I consumed a complete bowl of salsa with chips. Finally our waitress reappeared in the room with our meal order only. When I inquired of our drink order, I received only a shrug of the shoulder as she retreated to parts unknown. Our drinks eventually were served as she then disappeared. I consumed a complete bowl of Charro Soup and more chips while waiting for the tortillas that normally accompany an order of fajitas. My wife and I saw our waitress come to another table and started a chit-chat session with that customer and a fellow waitress. We tried to get her attention to no avail and then she disappeared to parts unknown. I tried 3 times to locate her in the facility to no avail and subsequently asked a waiter to locate her. She later appeared with our check. When asked about tea, tortillas and salsa, she eventually appeared with the latter two and a statement that they were out of tea up front. After delivering the tea, she again disappeared. Needless to say the fajitas got cold during all of this and the disgust grew. What a way to run a railroad. read more
