We purchased the move out/in cleaning from "Two maids of Granbury" for our home in Aledo Texas. This is the deepest & most thorough cleaning package. It covered the areas we wanted professionally cleaned . Due to having several more home showings scheduled between our move out date December 23 and the date the Two Maids of Granbury put us on there schedule, January 6, we lightly cleaned the house ourselves the day after we moved out - swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned all countertops, mirrors and windows. **We did not clean inside cabinets,  drawers , oven, shelves, baseboards - that's where I wanted & paid for their help. It was discussed with the rep over the phone and by email these were the areas we did not clean and we needed them to focus on that was part of our purchased cleaning package. The afternoon of January 6, we were shocked to see the two maids did not clean these areas AT ALL! They also did not spend the amount of time they claimed to at our home. We have home cameras so have record of when they arrived and left. We contacted a manager, Taylor, with photos & videos of how they left our home. She offered to have them come back the following day. I met them there, I gave them a sponge because they didn't have one, & left them to finish. Cameras showed they were there for about an hour total, definitely not enough time to do what we paid for. We went back to see the "cleaning" results - the areas were still not cleaned. We again shared pictures and videos and all Taylor would say is how many hours her PHCs spent in our home, which wasn't even correct. Even with pictures and videos of clearly an uncleaned home she maintained they had done their job. We ended up cleaning the home ourselves. Two maids cost us nearly $800 for work not done (twice) , extra time & travel on our part, ontop of the stress of trying to get them to honor there contract.. 100% we do Not recommend hiring this company. Do Not Offer A Deep Clean, If You Cannot Handle Basic Cleaning This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and I regret using Two Maids and am embarrassed to have spent so much to get so little from a supposed "Deep Cleaning." We are in the process of selling our home, and hired Two Maids for a deep cleaning before photos and the home going on the market with open houses. We have been moving, so dust naturally collects. The house was not in terrible condition to begin with. We just wanted everything to feel refreshed and polished for people who were looking to purchase our home. Our cleaner, Maria, arrived at about 8:30AM, and did not leave until 4:30. I was told to expect 3-5 hours, so when she was there for 8 hours I expected to come home to a flawless home. Upon entry, less than one hour after she had left, I immediately felt like I had been tricked. It felt like nothing had really been done, other than vacuuming the 3 bedrooms (2 of which were empty). I walked around the house, and just kept finding issues. NOTHING had been dusted, the bathrooms looked like they had barely been touched, and general cleaning on high touch areas like light switches were entirely ignored. After cooling down and showing pictures to my husband, I decided to reach out to Nella regarding what to have expected from that cleaning service. She was very kind and confirmed my worries. We were able to have a second cleaner come out in two days right before photos and videos were taken. The issue was I had to postpone stagers to the next day, since the cleaner took longer than expected, so I spent hours that night cleaning to prepare for the stagers to come and do their job. Even more embarrassing, when the stagers arrived the next day, they assumed I was not able to have professional cleaners at all, and even asked for cleaning supplies so they could clean as they went. I asked the second cleaner, Jennifer, if she felt that the home had been deep cleaned less than 48 hours before, and she mentioned she was shocked that the large book shelves, the focal point of the home, had not been dusted at all. She was not there for long before asking me to check the house before she left to see if there was anything more she could do. I walked in the house, and again, it felt like nothing had been done. I think there was a misunderstanding that I assumed someone was going to actually deep clean this time around, but instead she came to "freshen up" some places, but again, not really clean. Again, I do not think she even went into the bathrooms. I pointed out a few very obvious items, such as soap scum on the glass in the shower, and on the side of the bathtub, as well as more dusting that was entirely overlooked. When I asked her to get the hard water marks out of the shower, she said "sometimes it is etched into the glass" - I was able to lick my thumb and clean a small piece right in front of her. She said she would work on it, and when I came back, had been able to remove the marks off of that one area, but left the rest of the glass shower panels untouched. After asking for 3 areas to be cleaned that she and the first cleaner missed, and her still not doing it to basic clean satisfaction - I gave up, and allowed her to go home. Since then, I have talked to a number of people about their experiences with professional cleaning services and showed them my house, or pictures of the house, they are shocked that I paid what I did for cleaners to do barely anything. I am very disappointed to have spent this much to not see a difference, and spend my own time cleaning after two cleaners have been there. I really like being able to provide honest feedback to management after each clean. Most often, the crews are awesome. The few times we reported oversights, we were treated well and service improved. I am admittedly a tough customer and gave very specific instructions for the level of detail I expect. Two Maids & A Mop staff accepted my challenge and consistently delivered. Crews wear uniforms. They are always really friendly and show up on time. Cleaning supplies are provided so it's easy for the customer. Overall, a great company to work with. read more

Hired this company for a move out move in deep clean and was assured that the house would be cleaned from top to bottom. But, the only places that were cleaned satisfactorily were the cabinets. They left the doors with dust, the blinds were not cleaned. I thought they were going to clean the floors but they used only their microfiber rug on the floors. When I asked them on the areas not cleaned like blinds, they said they were not allowed to clean them, just dust them. When the owner was informed, he came by to inspect the next day armed with a microfiber rug and proceeded to wipe the areas down. Just wiped them down. In short, if you want light feather dusting and your floors cleaned with a swiffer mop, then they are your people. For real cleaning of your house, I wouldn't recommend them. read more

When I've thought about a house cleaning service in the past, it seems like they are very expensive. This one was reasonably priced and they did a great job! There were two maids and a supervisor who stopped by for about half the time. They seemed very professional and to work hard to do a good job. My only complaint is that because it is a larger company, they wouldn't move small objects to vacuum around them, such as chairs. read more

I live in an apartment and paid $90 for this company to clean. They did only a mediocre job at what they actually touched but more importantly did not clean everything in my apartment. It is important to note that this company does not polish or dust furniture, will not open any doors (e.g., to see if a bathroom needs to be cleaned) and misses many spots when carrying out their cleaning. I would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere for better and more comprehensive services. read more

I hired this company several months ago and was very pleased with the service. However, the last few months have been full of problems. The cleaners clean the obvious items a client will see when they first get home giving the appearance of a clean house, but they do not dust all of the blinds, clean under items on the counter, or dust anything well. I complained several times and was never offered a discount on the service that was performed sub par. I bought several cameras to put throughout the house to see what they were not cleaning. I was astounded to see that they were spending half of their time looking out the windows playing with my dog. I watched them skip over dusting half of my downstairs. If you want someone to come vacuum your house and wipe down your counters hire this company. If you want a company that provides consistent service with attention to detail seek another company. These guys were great! I called late on Friday and they were able to come on Monday morning, just before the in-laws came. They did a great job cleaning. When you call you find out that they are paid based on the how well they clean. I did a one time deep clean but I will be getting a regular service now. read more
