This service was paid for by my realtor as a gift after closing, knowing we had moved from out of state. Home was empty - two maids comes initially for a 3 hour move-in clean. They ask for a priority list. I check in with the two cleaners (Deara & Maria), both say they think they will finish and "the home is pretty clean." They reassure me they will get through my priority list and finish the clean. I offered to pay for more time if needed and they declined. When they left I come home hoping to begin unpacking.. and the house and my priority list was barely touched. It was as if they wanted to SEEM like they did the work. I contacted the manager (Nela?) and Maria also discussed the areas she cleaned versus her partner. Both apologized and said they probably had an off day, she'd send one of them back the following day. Maria returns and is there for a short time. Maybe 30 minutes. I am there during this time frame outside the house. I asked prior if I should talk with her or anything else for clarity, I was assured that I didn't need to. She leaves and I come in to my kitchen drawers being wet and presumably the same exact way. Dried food in and on the cabinets, mold, dust/hair, toothpaste or something, dead bugs and dirt, spilled drinks on baseboards, and unclean high traffic areas like light switches and doors. She had told her supervisor the prior day, the dirt was painted over so it didn't come off. She also told me she "touched everything." Her pictures only showed things from far view, and she only sent photos of the two windows open that were cleaned the day before by her partner already - weird right? None of the windows were cleaned still. Then, I'm told on the 3rd time and try by the supervisor rather than her long time and usually dutiful cleaners that they don't clean windows? And also that, she is SO sorry and insinuates my realtor said the house was only dusty and that she could come and see IF the food and dried stuff on the cabinets and appliances could be cleaned because they don't scrape things off or anything, they don't want to damage stuff. What are you hired for then? Even the dusting wasn't done?Wipe down was a wet rag that left my drawers sopping for the photo. Nothing that required a seconds thought was given any time or detail. I am not sure the price that was paid but it is too much. I ended up cleaning it all myself because I did not want to force the hand of an adult CLEANER, in mind, to do their job a third time. Neela the supervisor was initially super personable but was so insistent it wasn't like their company, the cleaners are good, they don't operate that way, she doesn't know what happened and looking to pass off owning the issue that it was a problem. I don't care to hear how good you usually are, address how bad you've been and offer a solution. We went in circles. I was waiting for this to be done to I could begin unpacking and moving into my home with my 3 kids. Waste of time and money. This is after the first and even the second clean from people who own a company based around CLEANING. They are PAID AND HIRED to care about these things. Also, before you reply just know I will post all our texts with numbers and the videos and photos, phone log, etc. if I have to! You are right, I did deny you to come back. You had 2 tries. At that point as grown adults we know we are being incompetent. I would not force anyone to do the work a third time. It's disrespectful to my time and my space. There are more videos and photos but it doesn't let me add anukor read more

Do Not Offer A Deep Clean, If You Cannot Handle Basic Cleaning This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and I regret using Two Maids and am embarrassed to have spent so much to get so little from a supposed "Deep Cleaning." We are in the process of selling our home, and hired Two Maids for a deep cleaning before photos and the home going on the market with open houses. We have been moving, so dust naturally collects. The house was not in terrible condition to begin with. We just wanted everything to feel refreshed and polished for people who were looking to purchase our home. Our cleaner, Maria, arrived at about 8:30AM, and did not leave until 4:30. I was told to expect 3-5 hours, so when she was there for 8 hours I expected to come home to a flawless home. Upon entry, less than one hour after she had left, I immediately felt like I had been tricked. It felt like nothing had really been done, other than vacuuming the 3 bedrooms (2 of which were empty). I walked around the house, and just kept finding issues. NOTHING had been dusted, the bathrooms looked like they had barely been touched, and general cleaning on high touch areas like light switches were entirely ignored. After cooling down and showing pictures to my husband, I decided to reach out to Nella regarding what to have expected from that cleaning service. She was very kind and confirmed my worries. We were able to have a second cleaner come out in two days right before photos and videos were taken. The issue was I had to postpone stagers to the next day, since the cleaner took longer than expected, so I spent hours that night cleaning to prepare for the stagers to come and do their job. Even more embarrassing, when the stagers arrived the next day, they assumed I was not able to have professional cleaners at all, and even asked for cleaning supplies so they could clean as they went. I asked the second cleaner, Jennifer, if she felt that the home had been deep cleaned less than 48 hours before, and she mentioned she was shocked that the large book shelves, the focal point of the home, had not been dusted at all. She was not there for long before asking me to check the house before she left to see if there was anything more she could do. I walked in the house, and again, it felt like nothing had been done. I think there was a misunderstanding that I assumed someone was going to actually deep clean this time around, but instead she came to "freshen up" some places, but again, not really clean. Again, I do not think she even went into the bathrooms. I pointed out a few very obvious items, such as soap scum on the glass in the shower, and on the side of the bathtub, as well as more dusting that was entirely overlooked. When I asked her to get the hard water marks out of the shower, she said "sometimes it is etched into the glass" - I was able to lick my thumb and clean a small piece right in front of her. She said she would work on it, and when I came back, had been able to remove the marks off of that one area, but left the rest of the glass shower panels untouched. After asking for 3 areas to be cleaned that she and the first cleaner missed, and her still not doing it to basic clean satisfaction - I gave up, and allowed her to go home. Since then, I have talked to a number of people about their experiences with professional cleaning services and showed them my house, or pictures of the house, they are shocked that I paid what I did for cleaners to do barely anything. I am very disappointed to have spent this much to not see a difference, and spend my own time cleaning after two cleaners have been there. Pictures shared are photos taken AFTER the supposed deep clean as well as after the second follow up cleaner. read more

Two maids is hands down the best maid services I have ever used! I recently referred them to a friend who used them for a move out cleaning and she had nothing but good things to say. She'll be using them for her new home as well. read more

Cleaners were on time. Did a great job cleaning house from top to bottom. Pricing was very reasonable. Signed up for a monthly service and I absolutely love coming home to a clean house. Kids always look forward to the special detail they put into their rooms. read more

I am completely satisfied and happy with the service that I received. During this time of COVID she came wearing a mask to protect both of us. Thank you! She did an amazing job cleaning an apartment that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I couldn't stop smiling as I went room to room and finding everything completely clean and smelling nice. I would recommend this service and company to everyone looking for a service. Great customer services and great cleaning service. read more

I really like being able to provide honest feedback to management after each clean. Most often, the crews are awesome. The few times we reported oversights, we were treated well and service improved. I am admittedly a tough customer and gave very specific instructions for the level of detail I expect. Two Maids & A Mop staff accepted my challenge and consistently delivered. Crews wear uniforms. They are always really friendly and show up on time. Cleaning supplies are provided so it's easy for the customer. Overall, a great company to work with. read more

Hired this company for a move out move in deep clean and was assured that the house would be cleaned from top to bottom. But, the only places that were cleaned satisfactorily were the cabinets. They left the doors with dust, the blinds were not cleaned. I thought they were going to clean the floors but they used only their microfiber rug on the floors. When I asked them on the areas not cleaned like blinds, they said they were not allowed to clean them, just dust them. When the owner was informed, he came by to inspect the next day armed with a microfiber rug and proceeded to wipe the areas down. Just wiped them down. In short, if you want light feather dusting and your floors cleaned with a swiffer mop, then they are your people. For real cleaning of your house, I wouldn't recommend them. read more

When I've thought about a house cleaning service in the past, it seems like they are very expensive. This one was reasonably priced and they did a great job! There were two maids and a supervisor who stopped by for about half the time. They seemed very professional and to work hard to do a good job. My only complaint is that because it is a larger company, they wouldn't move small objects to vacuum around them, such as chairs. read more

I hired this company several months ago and was very pleased with the service. However, the last few months have been full of problems. The cleaners clean the obvious items a client will see when they first get home giving the appearance of a clean house, but they do not dust all of the blinds, clean under items on the counter, or dust anything well. I complained several times and was never offered a discount on the service that was performed sub par. I bought several cameras to put throughout the house to see what they were not cleaning. I was astounded to see that they were spending half of their time looking out the windows playing with my dog. I watched them skip over dusting half of my downstairs. If you want someone to come vacuum your house and wipe down your counters hire this company. If you want a company that provides consistent service with attention to detail seek another company. If anyone would like to see the videos of the company cleaning jobs please message me and I will send them to you with the cleaners faces blurred out to protect their identity, you will see what a sloppy service they provide. This company starts out strong and after several months the level of service declines. read more

I live in an apartment and paid $90 for this company to clean. They did only a mediocre job at what they actually touched but more importantly did not clean everything in my apartment. It is important to note that this company does not polish or dust furniture, will not open any doors (e.g., to see if a bathroom needs to be cleaned) and misses many spots when carrying out their cleaning. I would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere for better and more comprehensive services. read more

These guys were great! I called late on Friday and they were able to come on Monday morning, just before the in-laws came. They did a great job cleaning. When you call you find out that they are paid based on the how well they clean. I did a one time deep clean but I will be getting a regular service now. read more
