I tried two hands twice just to give it a second chance thinking I might've gotten the wrong item. It just doesn't work. I waited a while for my food and although it wasn't expensive, the food made me sick. The cheese, seasoning and overly breaded combo does not work.

I've been coming to Two hands for about 2 years now, and this was my most disappointing visit. I usually get the two hands dog that's drizzled slightly in ranch, but unfortunately I had left the restaurant before checking and they DRENCHED it in ranch... it was horrible. The whole corn dog was soggy and I even tried taking off the ranch but it was too late. I think they got some new employees that are not paying attention or don't care about the quality of food and the presentation cause I've never had an issue until today. I also got the dirty fries which are tator tots with cheeto dust and a spicy sauce and they barely put any sauce on that, so it was very dry and plain. Horrible visit today.

This establishment is in a new building but wasn't on the yelp portal which is why I built it. The location is awesome and it does have free minimal parking on site, located on the side, as well as, behind the business. The entrances to the inside, are in back as well as, in front. Jake was welcoming. Upon my entrance he welcomed and helped me to pick out what turned out being really good! I had the Elote one which was spicy(I don't like spicy) but I didn't know it would be spicy, however it was !!! This explains why this one(Elote), is really popular because the elite sauce is so good that I sucked it dry!!! (Get your mind out of the gutter) In any case, I definitely recommend stopping here for anything on the menu as I've, gone to other locations (they are a individually owned chain) and have tried different items .. each time without disappointment. I like this location because I didn't have to wait in a long long line outside in the heat, like the one in Mesa. If you go please, ask for Jake and say hi... tell him that I sent ya, since he's good at recommendingwhat to get!!!

I got the three pack of corn dogs and the spicy tots. One corn dog was half mozzarella/,cheddar, spicy beef and regular beef it was SO good. Highly recommend.

    Seating Area

That shit is bussin fr fr. I got the potato corn dog with mozzarella and the sauce they put on it is delicious, absolutely full of cheese. The store is incredibly clean and well kept with adorable decor and it was depressingly empty! Their drinks were also really good. If you fuck with corn dogs or straight cheese deep fried, definitely go here.

Btw avid Gen go-er at the Tempe location from 2021 and been going to Gens from California Cerritos location since 2016. My to-go experience: I ordered uber eats pickup for a bogo 4 meat special. As soon as I walk in the app is telling me the food is ready, however I notice it's busy so no worries on an extra wait I can go walk around the marketplace. I'm waiting as the hostess is attending to people there, again no worries. She acknowledges me and I tell her I have the pickup, she instantly says I don't know about your order, they usually bring it up (to the front desk) or we have to grab it from the back. So I ask if she knows how much longer the order will be, and she almost cuts me off saying as you can see we're really busy so I don't know. I then ask if there's any system or way to check how much longer and she gives me a disgusted look and says again "we're busy so I don't know 10 minutes? I can't say, so yeah" and looks away mad. I don't mind if a place is busy, but if it's gonna be 30 minutes vs 3 minutes I would appreciate knowing so I can know when to be there to pickup. It took approx another 8 minutes till the food was ready. I don't mind the wait, however asking how long the food will be and having the ability to walk 1 minute into the kitchen and asking is not a crazy expectation, let alone being rude about it. She literally sat there looking at the table sheet after the interaction. I would get if there was a line of people but when I talked to her I was the only person in the front! My dine in experience: All I have to say about this one was my friend and I arrived around 11:05am for the lunch special and there were 4 groups ready to eat. We were the second ones in line and got seated 5th (another couple walked in and they sat them first). We were attended to 4 times after the initial introduction, 3 of them I had to wave them down because they kept forgetting to bring stuff and would ignore us. They had three servers plus the manager on duty. All in all this place had gone downhill the past three years and has not been the same. I usually go to mana but sometimes I like to check back in to see if it returns to it's former glory like the Chandler location, however I don't think management hires enough waiters and they have poor communication within the facility, as well as a RUDE FRONT DESK lady (only one of them, the other I didn't talk to). Take my advice as you will, but there are other options that absolutely take the cake over this place.

Any waiter that hears the bell comes to your table to assist. The response never took longer than 20 seconds most of the time. To start the appetizer tray at the beginning is an awesome touch that I'm not used to in other places I have tried. It kind of took the guess work out of ordering in my opinion so I only had to focus on what meat or dish I wanted since my sides were already selected and refillable for free through the course of the meal. We ordered the seafood sundubu, beef bulgogi, and sweat and spicy korean fried chicken wings. The portion size was very generous on the wings and on the crispier side which my wife prefers. The seafood sundubu was delicious and was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of tofu and seafood types in the dish. The beef bulgogi was also tasty and as I said before just scratched that korean food craving that we had. This has been added to our rotation of date night locations for us! On the table there is a button to call the waiter for ordering or for any other needs. Each Korean restaurant seems to offer a bit of variety in their dishes, and sometimes a specialty dish that the others Korean restaurants do not. We started off with seafood pancake and it had shrimp, octopus and large green onion. I would have appreciated a bit more seafood, but it was cooked crispy on the outside and nice and thick. The dipping sauce was very good. We ordered beef bulgogi ssam-bap (serves 2) which traditionally can be eaten with a lettuce wrap, garlic and ssamjang (non-spicy red paste). It arrived with a diverse tray of greens, perilla leaves and carrots, samjang and garlic. The greens were enough to feed kennel of at least four rabbits. The beef was a fair amount however it was overcooked. It also arrived with a soup and ban chan of 8 items. These provide a variety of the traditional side dishes, or ban chan of Korean food. We also ordered a cold namyeong soup with a side of kalbi. The soup had daikon radish and is traditionally eaten in the summer. The kalbi had the tender soft meat that is its highlight. Overall, we had a great experience and while Korean food is traditionally a meal that runs about $20 a person, it has an aesthetic presentation, it is flavorful, especially with umami, and it is fairly healthy. I would definitely return again and it is a great place to enjoy the meal with other others.

They have the best cucumber kimchi I've ever had, and fantastic kimchi soup that's not too spicy. The beef belly and bulgogi were our favorite meats. Many of their options like the green salad, bulgogi, marinated ribs, and vegetables were not nearly as sweet as I often find them in other KBBQ joints, which was a great change. The service is great. I didn't feel waited on, I felt like I was just generally seen. There's a doorbell if you need something quickly. Otherwise all staff were super friendly and anticipated our needs with grill changes which was nice. The atmosphere is great. It's small and casual but very comfortable and upscale at the same time. It feels very relaxed while maintaining a high standard. The music is great (for us), all kinds of EDM at a good volume. And no TVs, which is actually nice - it let us focus on the vibes, the food, and each other. Many other parties were laughing and having a good time. We spent about 130 between the two of us, having ordered an XL combo and an extra side (chicken buldak - I couldn't eat the noodles but the chicken was bomb). It was a great way to spend a Friday night. We plan to make this a regular spot in our rotation - we still have a lot of sides and meats to try. Well done, please keep it up. Would recommend.

We were able to snag happy hour deals for the chili edamame and the Las Vegas and spicy yellowtail rolls. The rolls were very tasty and came out in less than 5mins. The edamame.... THE BEST edamame I've had to date. These are a required must-try for anyone going here. We decided to try a hot pot for the first time and went with a fan favorite spicy seafood pot. I was scared it would be fishy, which I don't like. But it was in a tonkotsu broth (pork bone broth) so the seafood flavor was just in the seafood itself, which was perfect for me. It was so good. Not very spicy though, and I think that would level it up a bit. Off happy hour, it is a bit pricey. A hotpot is $20 but easily feeds two or three people, but the rolls are about $7-$14 a piece which adds up. Happy hour is a good time to be there. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. During the hour we were there, the restaurant wasn't busy. There were only a couple of tables being served, yet our drinks were never refilled, our table wasn't bused, and our rice never arrived with our hot pot soups even after our server asked if we wanted it. It seemed to be forgotten. What really stood out was that we ended up eating dessert with a table full of dirty dishes still sitting in front of us and empty drinks that had not been refilled. I also noticed that the table next to us appeared to receive much more attentive service. Their drinks were refilled, their dishes were cleared promptly, and staff regularly checked on them to see if they needed anything. In comparison, our table received very little attention. I don't know why there was such a difference in service. It left me wondering whether we were being treated differently, though I can't say for certain. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service was disappointing and significantly affected our experience. (Server was Dhillon T.)
