The Dirty Fries, aren't really fries but tater tots (called tater puffs on the menu board) sprinkled with Two Hands Dirty Sauce and Cheeto powder. The most basic ones are the American classic dog and the Classic dog. The American classic dog is an old fashioned state fair corn dog with ketchup and mustard. The Classics dog is basically the American one but with sugar. You can choose the amount of sugar. The Crispy rice puff dog is a step up from both. It is basically a Classic dog with crispy rice puffs on the outside to give an added crunch. It makes for a thicker corn dog. The mayo and ketchup give the flavor. Sugar is optional on it. You can get half sausage with half mozzarella or half mozzarella with half cheddar or you can get whole mozzarella. You can't get whole cheddar. You can get whole sausage or whole spicy sausage out whole plant based sausage. You can't get a half of the spicy sausage or plant based sausage. The spicy sausage has chunks of jalapeño in it. The injeolmi dog is sweet. It has a soy bean powder on it. It has a two hands sweet sauce on it too. That is a sweet sweetened condensed milk flavor. You can't get sugar added on it. The two hands dog is sweet as well. It has two hands seasoning on it, which is garlic onion. Best described as a sweet and salty ranch powder. It also has a sweet ranch drizzle that tastes like sweet cheese Mayo. You can't get sugar added on it. The potato dog is spicy only due to the hot Cheeto dust. It does have a two hands dirty sauce that is mayo mixed with cheese. You can't get sugar added on it. It is similar to the crispy rice in that there is a cubed potato coating instead of a crispy rice coating. The spicy dog has Nashville spicy seasoning and two hand spicy sauce. The two hand spicy sauce is made with mayo and siracha sauce. The seasoning is Cheeto dust. You can't get sugar added on it. Some people think the spicy sauce tastes like sriracha or jalapeño and others think it tastes like sweet and sour canes sauce. The dough batter is the same on all. Once cooked, it becomes fluffy and not doughy on the inside. The outside is crispy and not greasy. The cooked batter is not sweet as that on a typical state fair corn dog. On the potato and the rice dog, the potato and rice make the outside greater than the filling. Some might want more filling to make the ratio of filling to exterior more palatable. Also, I wish the whole dog was covered with hot cheeto powder and other toppings. Only half of the dog gets coated with the toppings. Then, it is only half flavorful. You can ask to have the sauce on the side and not directly on your corn dog. This helps with knowing if you will like the sauce and helps make each bite tastier. read more

Some say you can judge a place based on how clean their bathroom is. Well, this locations bathroom is absolutely filthy. Hand soap attached to the wall is empty, and the one on the sink is watered down. They proudly display their "A" rating in the front window despite the toilet having piss stains. I've been coming to Two hands for about 2 years now, and this was my most disappointing visit. I usually get the two hands dog that's drizzled slightly in ranch, but unfortunately I had left the restaurant before checking and they DRENCHED it in ranch... it was horrible. The whole corn dog was soggy and I even tried taking off the ranch but it was too late. I think they got some new employees that are not paying attention or don't care about the quality of food and the presentation cause I've never had an issue until today. I also got the dirty fries which are tator tots with cheeto dust and a spicy sauce and they barely put any sauce on that, so it was very dry and plain. Horrible visit today. read more

This establishment is in a new building but wasn't on the yelp portal which is why I built it. The location is awesome and it does have free minimal parking on site, located on the side, as well as, behind the business. The entrances to the inside, are in back as well as, in front. Jake was welcoming. Upon my entrance he welcomed and helped me to pick out what turned out being really good! I had the Elote one which was spicy(I don't like spicy) but I didn't know it would be spicy, however it was !!! This explains why this one(Elote), is really popular because the elite sauce is so good that I sucked it dry!!! (Get your mind out of the gutter) In any case, I definitely recommend stopping here for anything on the menu as I've, gone to other locations (they are a individually owned chain) and have tried different items .. each time without disappointment. I like this location because I didn't have to wait in a long long line outside in the heat, like the one in Mesa. I do love these hot dogs but I hate the wait. I've been here about 5 times or so and order anywhere between 1-3 hot dogs and its always been a 22-27 minute wait. Its usually pretty full inside of the restaurant too so there's awkward waiting space if you're not able to sit down. I have tried to order ahead of time over the phone or grub hub but they still take longer than the time on the app says they're ready by. When this Two Hands first opened it was really everything! Now the service has gone way downhill. Customer service is practically nonexistent, lobby & tables are consistently dirty & the side eye when you ask them kindly to wipe it down is real Food is always on point, never gotten sick or had any issues but them taking the $9.99 combo deal with a dog, side & drink away feels shameful for $15 bucks you might as well splurge the extra $5 and get 3 different dogs with the side & drink and get a better bang for your buck!!
