Me and my girlfriend were heading to the outlets and wanted to get some food. The food looked good so we wanted to give it a go. And boy was that a good decision. We went on a Friday morning and they were quite busy. But we walked in and immediately were greeted and seated. Our waitress was Tenner. SHE WAS SO CHEERFUL AND PLEASANT. So very happy to have a local breakfast place in Mcdonough! Food was delicious!! We had the big bowl and the quinoa bowl and both were great. To Eggs in McDonough is Awesome. The only problem that I have came across every time that I have visited that location is the Hostess. To the owners and management, The first thing that people see when they come in is the Hostess. He or she should be welcoming, with a great personality, greet, smile, acknowledgement, pleasant attitude. The younger white female is bad for your business. Always have an bad attitude and it always shows. I know this isn't the first complaint about her but should be the last. read more

Best breakfast/brunch spot in McDonough! Treats you like family and the food/drinks are reasonably priced and mouth watering! India is my favorite! She's a superb waitress and bomb bartender! Ma (what everyone calls her) & her husband (the owners) are so welcoming and friendly. My baby girl loves herself some Ma lol. I get the salmon & grits, beignets & fried whiting most of the time, but everything is delicious honestly. My husband loves their avocado toast. My visit was not so pleasant. I made two other attempts to try and eat here but either parking was an issue or they are closed on Mondays, which is crazy, and or when entering in was overly crowded with people waiting to be seated. I didn't like that the waitress sat in the booth to take my order rather than stand up and give me the respect as a patron that I was entitled to. I was quoted by her 5 or dollar charge for mimosas with no menu prices on paper of the Mimosa's and or wine beverages. I was charged six dollars for my mimosa in a skinny plastic glass flute. The servers and wait staff held laughter and conversation loudly behind my head as I ate the whole time. I was very uncomfortable. The Uncle Benny breakfast; I could've made that at home, it was nothing to brag about. I will say the grits were very good, flavorful. read more

The service was fabulous! From the young man who sat us at our table to our server, everyone was so nice. We got there just in time to beat the Sunday morning rush. The food was great. Enjoyed everything, but the eggs. Mine and my husband's were overcooked. I'm hopeful that it was just because they were so busy on this Sunday morning. Another complaint is the cost of a cup of just regular brewed coffee. Over $5 for 2 cups is a tad bit overpriced. Priced right around what you would pay at a high priced coffee shop and this is not Starbucks. Regardless, the food was great, a little overpriced for breakfast food, but worth it because it tasted so good. We'll be back again for more. read more

The food never disappoints, the service is great and the prices are reasonable. It's a win, win, win for me.

The bloody Mary was a little spicy for me but that's easily change, and the waitress was very attentive. I also tried the mimosa which honestly was really good, but nothing to write home about. There was a very long wait so I would advise using the wait list that is on their website. When I arrived the weight was two hours. I certainly am not gonna take any stars away from a restaurant that has a long wait as a long wait usually represents a great place to dine. I hope that you'll enjoy your experience as much as I did. Would've gave it zero stars but the bartender was sweet & understanding of the issue I had with the food. I ordered a salmon and grits bowl. The salmon itself, didn't look like salmon at all. I'm a salmon lover & this didn't taste or look like real salmon!!! Looks like another fish that they used to substituted for salmon. It was a flat fillet fish. When I complained about the quality of the salmon & I would like to order something else from the menu. The mgr told me nonchalantly, that they only serve two types of fish whitey & salmon. What I have is salmon & it's not his problem that I don't think that's real salmon. I can order something else but I will be charged for two meals because all sales are final. Poor customer service from the mgr, if I'm dissatisfied with the product, you as a mgr, should see what you can do to satisfy your customer. I'm not asking for a comp meal just an exchange because I'm not happy with the quality of food I was served. Serving poor quality salmon or fake salmon is unacceptable. My new fave spot!! I now have a go-to for the McDonough area and believe me this is a much needed establishment. The food, service, staff and management are so nice. It really felt like visiting family. Upon being seated I overheard some regulars chatting with the staff and giving recommendations for what's good. The menu has so many tasty offerings so this will be my excuse to come back repeatedly, lol. I got the French toast plate with bananas, chicken sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese. I have no regrets. The portions are generous and the food was hot and flavorful. A special shoutout to my server India who gave great customer service. Also too, the restaurant has a full bar. I didn't have anything to drink for my first visit but I'm eyeing that Watermelon Mimosa. I definitely recommend folks to check this place out but be mindful of coming during peak times. This place attracts crowds so be patient if there's a wait or try to either come early or through the week. But it's well worth the wait. read more
