    Lunch special two cheese slices.
    Eric W.

Stopped in here while checking out a store a few doors down. Interior basically looks new. Menu boards at the front of the store don't show the full menu and are on erasable boards. I went with the lunch special (two cheese slices and a fountain drink) that was only $4.99 + tax and was a great deal. Slices were large; at some points a touch thin on the bottom, but with a thick crust. Great place for a quick lunch with good prices. Dark horse for best inexpensive restaurant outside of the farmers market within walking distance of the convention center.

Excellent quality pizza. The pizza is surely just as good and as carefully-made as Slugger's Pizzeria, on E. New St. The pizza itself gets a 5* rating from me, and not just because my friend works there. The food gets a 5* rating, because it deserves it,at the high standard of quality which it is at, plain and simple. My first time having returned to the establishment in approx. 3 & 1/2 years, and this time around, the pizza is far better than from where it was, previously. The first ime around, the pizza was sold in absurdly small and square slices, it was over-priced, embarrassing, and to be brutally honest as I usually are... ...it was ghastly. This time around however, the pizza is surely worthy of a 5* rating, and I shall surely return. The owner works his little ass off,and I greatly respect his hard work.A drop more friendliness is needed, but... it's fine. He does a fine job, and it is well-worth the visit to his clean establishment. The atmosphere of the establishment is relaxed, and I really enjoyed the art work which adorns the dining area. There is plenty of room, and it makes for a fine dining experience. On a scale of 1 - 5, '1' being the shi**iest pizza in world history, and '5' being the absolute best ever made so shall I judge this neopolitan pizza. The overall quality and ingredients used in this pizza: 5 - Excellent. Very well done, and well-executed. Friendliness of the owner upon entry into the establishment: 3 - average, but could be improved upon. Price of the pizza: 3 - Fair. A drop on the high-side, but it is well worth it. No question about it. The pizza delivery man for the place: 5 - Friendly, polite, and honest. A, I loves ya, buddy! Overall cleanliness of the establishment: 5 - 100% on-point. Well done. Interior decor of the establishment: 4+. Well done, and kool. Nice job. To the owner: Well done. Keep up the hard work, and you do a fine job, indeed.

Their pizza is "thee bomb! let me put the t-h-e-e in there. It's the real. Located in a nice area downtown Lancaster with in-door seating and just across the street from the King St. Parking Garage. It's thriving for all the right reaso

Lunch special #3 sub was two cousin cheesesteak special. It was bland to my liking

Oh man what can I say. I got their lunch special #3 which included any sub (hot or cold) fries, and a fountain drink. I got their cheesesteak. To be specific, the two cousin special which was a cheesesteak with cheese, sauce, steak, mushrooms, and green peppers. It was okay. Decent portion but it lacked flavor so I had to add salt and garlic powder. Wanted more beef in mine. The fries were really good but it was a really small portion. I didn't want to give up so I tried the Fresh mozzarella pizza. I was hoping it would be good but it was average. It looked good on picture but it was just average :( the staff was very friendly and the food came out hot and fresh during lunch time though.

Dough was AWFUL. Cheese was cheap. In town for a visit. Won't order again. $23 for a three topping pizza. Waste.

Since opening its doors in the summer of 2016, this West James Street gem has been marrying Old Country Italian traditions with the incredible bounty of Lancaster County agriculture. It's no surprise they've caught national attention, earning a James Beard Award semifinalist nod for their culinary excellence. Even culinary icon Alton Brown has sung the praises of the team behind this kitchen. The atmosphere is buzzy and warm, anchored by the beautiful glow of their wood-burning hearth. To kick off the night, you have to dive into their incredible beverage program--specifically the amaro selection. Their curated bittersweet herbal liqueur flights are unmatched and provide the perfect, authentic start to the meal. As for the food, the menu is a masterclass in balance: Little Gem Salad: Do not skip this. It sounds simple, but the crunch of the lettuces paired with a flawless lemon-garlic dressing, shards of grana padano, and crisp house croutons ruins all other Caesar-adjacent salads for you. Carpaccio: Melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. It showcases their commitment to high-quality sourcing. Wood-Fired Octopus: Impeccably charred on the outside while remaining incredibly tender on the inside, avoiding the chewiness that trips up lesser kitchens. Gnocchi Amatriciana: Absolute pillows of perfection. The handmade gnocchi holds onto the rich, savory, and slightly smoky Amatriciana sauce beautifully. Olive Oil Cake: A phenomenal finish. It's dense yet moist, perfectly sweet, and lets the fruity notes of a high-quality extra virgin olive oil shine. Note for pizza lovers: While LUCA used to sling their famous wood-fired pies at the main restaurant, they actually moved their entire pizza operation to focus on it full-time. If you are specifically craving their incredible blistered crusts, you'll want to head to Pizzeria LUCA, their second location over at The Crossings (Christopher Place). It's a bit more casual but carries the exact same ingredient-driven ethos.Five stars all day. Make your reservations weeks in advance--you'll need them!

We enjoyed our wine, olive appetizer and entrees. I got the ravioli and my wife enjoyed the guinea hen dish. The portions here are not large, so it's good to get a few dishes. The ambience in the side dining room was nice and much easier to converse in than the louder, main room. Our server was very knowledgeable and excited about the menu. The not so good: The wait between our appetizers and entrees was nearly an hour. We had another event to get to and were somewhat pressed for time.
