Tried breakfast here again recently. It was midweek stop so not as busy as weekends. I opted for one of their dozen tables over the counter seating also available. The wait staff was quick to set a hot coffee my table. Very nice and prompt with my requests was much appreciated. They cool specials like pork chilaquiles which is a Mexican breakfast dish. They offer standard breakfast fare as well. I went with western omelette on this stop. The portion was very good and all was very fresh and hot. My only ding will be the home fries were somehow charred and a bit undercooked odd combo for sure. My coffee was very good and refilled regularly. Parking for this location is limited and shared with other businesses. It can be challenging during peak times. Overall, I enjoyed my breakfast and the service. read more

It's very easy to drive right by this place - we actually did haha I wish they had more clear signage street side - they deserve the business!! The cafe is located in what I would describe as a refinished garage (maybe it used to be an auto repair shop?) so it has a very nice open feel with high ceilings. It doesn't exactly feel cozy but I wasn't uncomfortable by any means. From outside you can look right into the nice clean kitchen and see the friendly staff working hard. Our server was very friendly and never rushed us. Coffee was nice and strong. My eggs came out perfect and their corned beef hash is delicious! When we left the workers from the kitchen went out of their way to thank us for coming in and we thought that was a nice touch. What a cute breakfast spot! I love when you get in you are greeted by friendly staff. I love a good breakfast because I think it's the way you should start your day! We were in the area and said why not try it. I ordered the Two Bros special, when I asked about the size of the pancake the waitress stated it's a good small portion. When my meal came out I was shocked at the size! It's a meal for 2! Normally I can it all with no problem but not this time. The portions are generous and freshly made. The eggs were cooked to perfect and great home fries. I enjoyed anything I ate and I would come here again. When we left the hard working cooks in the back thanked us for coming and hoped to see us again. With such a great experience I will come back here to eat again. read more

East Hampton is so fortunate to have Two Brothers Cafe as a breakfast spot. Their amazing food and friendly service is second to none. My favorites are the Poncho breakfast burrito and the Irish Benedict. The Omar coffee will definitely open your eyes. Good and powerful. I was helping my little brother move and I wanted coffee he suggested we go eat food at this place and that it was so good. So I said ok. Went and had the pumpkin brew coffee definitely added almond milk and some light sugar and the coffee was good, ordered omelette with cheese and chicken sausage, had a side of tater tots and we toast. The food was amazing. The staff was very attentive met one of the owners heard his story and it was a beautiful thing to hear. Super proud of him and his family. Congratulations. read more

Stopped in for breakfast and were greeted promptly and told to seat ourselves. This is a small cafe with seating being a combination of tables and counter space. Seating is comfortable with plenty of room for parties of two or more. Our server was at our table quickly offering cups and coffee. We opted for hot tea, and they offer a good selection of varieties. There are daily specials along with a very extensive menu from eggs, omelettes, egg burritos, burgers and wraps. Plenty of selections to choose from. We ordered two eggs, medium, tater tots, cinnamon raisin toast and bacon, well done and two eggs, over easy, bacon and home fries, both well done, and French toast. Entrees arrived pretty quickly and looked very tasty. The medium eggs were done as ordered and the tater tots were nice and crispy. The toast arrived a little dry and needed more butter. And the well done bacon was limp, not crisp. The over easy eggs were just that and the home fries were red potatoes with the skin left on and had a nice crispy side to each piece. The bacon was nice and crispy as expected. The French toast was two slices of very thick bread and came with butter. Tables have plenty of napkins, Frank's hot sauce, maple syrup and the usual condiments you'd find anywhere. Service was excellent and made the stay enjoyable. My first impression before having ordered food was that the place was immaculately clean. Big windows that let the sunshine in. Eugene, who was cooking diligently with his staff in the kitchen, was smiling and clearly enjoying his business. I had heard about them on channel 3, and this was my first breakfast experience. The woman who served us was very sweet and kind. The atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. Then the food came. mom ordered from the senior menu, which was just the perfect size for her. I decided to go for something new, which was the Pancho Burrito. It has chicken and jalapeño and scrambled eggs and an aïoli sauce that was just perfectly balanced in taste and consistency. As you will see by the pictures, the presentation was neat and tidy on my plate. I am impressed! It's True. The staff there is very friendly and they are all easy to be around. Absolutely love this place. This restaurant is the best thing that has happened to East Hampton. The owners, Eugene and Sam, are the friendliest people you will ever meet. Always in a good mood, cracking jokes and chatting about. They always treat their customers with the upmost respect and devoted attention. The food is on another level. The regular menu is your typical breakfast/lunch, with breakfast sandwiches, omelets, pancakes, waffles, home fries, burgers, sandwiches, Açaí bowls, smoothies, etc... All made fresh with pride and quality that keeps me coming back multiple times a week and more. The coffee is the best around; always fresh and hot. They use Cafe Bustelo which has deep and rich flavors, that make a great "cup of joe". Their iced coffee is also a popular choice among diners as well. What is truly unique about Two Brothers, and what sets this place apart from everyone else around, are the weekly specials and occasional Pop-Up dinners. They bring a lot of diversity and flare into their specials by combining Latin flavors with traditional American cuisine. The result are meals that aren't anything like it around in this neck of the woods - From Cuban sandwiches to tacos, custom wraps, Spanish rice, pernil, chimichurri steaks, etc... you name it, and they will probably add it to the menu. This is definitely a newer cafe for when I pulled up, it had that nice and fresh look and feel; even when I stepped inside. Folks were already tearing into their food and I was seated promptly. I was here for their Chili!! Grabbed mine with onions and cheese, a blend of hearty flavors and comforting warmth if you ask me. That first spoonful had the rich aroma of simmering spices dancing around my senses, inviting me to indulge in its savory depths. The chili itself boasts a robust base, with tender chunks of beef enveloped in a harmonious blend of tomatoes, beans and aromatic spices. Each bite had subtle hints of cumin, paprika and chili powder adding layers of complexity to this dish. The addition of onions lends a savory note, perfectly complementing the bold flavors of the chili. The texture adds a delightful contrast to this stew, allowing the sweetness to balance out the heat from the spice. The cheese that I had mixed in, each gooey spoonful melds with the rich broth, creating a velvety blanket of indulgence that coats the tongue in creamy goodness. Good food that comes out amazingly fast. I got the eggs Benedict and my boyfriend got an omelette. Everything was delicious. Randomly, I have to say that the stand out were their bread products! The English muffins for my Benedict were large and super crispy, not your usual floppy and small egg platforms. They elevated the dish! This held over to the toast too. There was wheat toast that came with the omelette. As full as I was, I could not stop stealing bites of the slices. So good. Thick, delicious slices. Not sure if they make their breads in house. Either way they have some high quality goods. They also had a lovely bananas foster coffee as their flavored coffee of the day. Also very good. Not sure what the brand was but I loved it. Family owned the 2 Brothers serve-up the hottest breakfast menus items from Traditional Eggs, Hash browns and Toast to my favorite.... This is a newer restaurant on main street in East Hampton. I've had breakfast here twice & each time it was a bit disappointing. First visit I ordered the irish benedict, hash browns & rye toast. There were more potatoes than corned beef in the hash & it featured very strong spices. The spices totally dominated the food & did not go well with the eggs or hollandaise. Hash browns were patties like you would find in a store. 2nd visit I ordered a western omelette with tomatoes, home fries, & rye toast. The omelette was quite tasty. The home fries were from a bag, dry & disappointing. Prices were similar to or a bit higher than other similar restaurants in the area. read more

I had driven past this place and saw it replace the Sleepy Rooster so I had to go in and try it. I went in to order and the guy taking orders had great customer service. It took a little bit to get the breakfast sandwich so I would order ahead. The coffee was ok and the sandwich was not bad. The actual ingredients on the bagel were not bad but the bagel is about that average quality found around the area. Not a bad place to stop but not my go to spot. read more

I've driven by this place a bunch of times and finally stopped in today. Small family owned business that appears to do a lot of takeout orders. They do lots of sandwiches and breakfast food as well as coffee. The staff seemed friendly and our bagel sandwiches were amazing. My only complaint was the corned beef hash which had no flavor and was basically mashed potatoes with traces of corned beef inside it thrown on the grill. We also had to wait 22 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches which seems a bit excessive. Regardless, this is a much better option than Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast / brunch. They also employ women and people of color which I appreciate. read more
